[Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm, this is an unregistered technique and all members have received pm's concerning the new rules about unregistered canon techniques, post is voided and I'm gonna go ahead and call the hit.]

As the Sannin of Sunagakure did not vacate the building the wind powered fire dragon would strike the building causing it to cave in what would be comparable to a blast of hellfire from the apparent 'Demon Lord' that launched it leaving the Sannin of Sunagakure to breath his last breath under the might of the Invincible.

As the ANBU operative dives and is about to step over the gap to the adjacent roof Echo summons Caliburn his rage seething at what he deems as a cowardly retreat of the clone, not realizing that he has in fact just murdered his target.

As Shizen is in mid-air Echo tosses Caliburn downwards aimed towards the center of the ANBU's spine meant for impalement.

If this should go through the strength and speed of the blade would cause Shizen to be pulled down towards the ground Echo following close behind.

As the ANBU member is about to strike the ground Echo would flip his right foot aiming downwards the first thud followed by a crash as Echo's right heel slams down onto the pommel of Caliburn driving it in deeper the force causing a crater to form around the ANBU members frame.

A new rule has been added to aid in the clarity of the site, the rule entails that all jutsu used on the site must be registered, both canon and custom.
All jutsu must be linked in some form to the listed corresponding jutsu on the stat page.
This rule will be fully taken into effect in exactly one week, during this time look through your jutsu and see if you have any that are not registered, this includes as listed above; any and all canon jutsu.
If you have an unregistered jutsu you have during the time frame to register it, if for any reason you do not wish to register it yourself please respond to this message with the name so it can be added to the staffs creation list, please ensure you search the jutsu in question to ensure if it is registered or not to prevent a potential double registry.

False, I said the penalties will not be put in place such as an entire character freeze.
I gave a week to fix them before I freeze your character, not a free week to use them, that is self explanatory.

Also I wish to point out the move was used without limits and with the broken canon, then registered with limits to get an unfair use?

Pardon me, but if you check the timing of the post then the timing of the jutsu registry, I posted my words before submitting the jutsu which has yet to be approved. As it is unapproved I just use the jutsu as I stated, which would be how the jutsu works via Narutopedia. However, yes, I did indeed forget to read that before making the post thus receiving the penalty. As it is a reminder, do I have permission to edit?

Since I'm currently in the topic as Shizen I cannot say yes or no, that is something you need to take up with Echo if he allows it, or to ask another staff =/
Just so you know the rule was not made out of bias to screw you over, Lost made it and everyone has to remake their stat pages, even I had to.

[Echo's call of the hit and the hit itself is vaild. Not sure if my confirmation was needed, but since I have to go back to Jury Duty for the next few hours, I decided to take care of it just in case.]

[Im not focusing on the hit, I'm focusing on my post and the use of Tearing Earth Turning Palm. I simply asked for the edit as the penalty for using a canon jutsu unregistered is a warning. If I cannot edit then yes, it is a hit, or just the fraction of using the technique is void.]

While this remains as Echo's call, the use of that technique alone is more then enough to void your entire post.
Before I took the time to fully legitimize the rule and message every member we had issues in the past of entire characters being frozen due to this. (Note Sam's entire kill of Suzaku being voided over this same issue.)
It would be different if it was the day of, but it was three days after the message was sent out thus you had the time to read the message and register it as needed.
If you asked for a slight extension until the technique was approved then it would of been granted, but instead you used the technique regardless when you were online before the time of posting when there are witnesses of you being in the chatbox.
Alas, what I said still stands, if you were to work something out with Echo then that can change things, but he wishes to have it voided and the hit be called.

I do however wish to point out one thing that does not make sense in your post;

The clone would smile to his fellow ANBU. As he had said this, a sudden shock would cross his body, a sudden realization coming through the clone's head. "He's...here"
The clone would whisper to himself. "It seems he has grown some senses, taking care of situations himself." The clone would smile ever so brightly as his replicate form could sense the original, the original Azaiyo having release himself from his own dimension, the clone still remaining as a guard.

This is where the clone should of instantly vanished, thus anything involving the clone is voided after you enter the realm.
Due to this, how would you know about an assault being fired forth?

Planning a perfect defense, Azaiyo would quickly run into his open dimension once more, the commands within still active.

What reason do you have to do this when even prior you were standing in the office?

Noticing that there would indeed be an incoming attack, the building the Kazekage once owned now crumbled to pieces, the dimension would be the new home of Azaiyo himself.

How are you seeing the attack?
Also I wanna question the logic even behind earth turning palm;
Echo is flying and shooting a fire dragon downwards, your response to this, is to make an earth quake and kill your village and friendly fire Shouten?

As he had released himself from his own dimension, the dimension remaining open and in clear sight, the command of closing still active only in the words of Azaiyo himself. As it had been a while since Azaiyo had been in the real world, he would examine the room, being located at the far back of it, about 30 meters. The news he had heard was fascinating, the news that he had been promoted once more in the village. However, with this, he would continue standing, face the outside world, head straight, in preparation of doing absolutely anything he could. Of course, he knew that he had a 'second sight' with him, his knowledge and the clone's knowledge currently different.
