D-Rank Mission

Lea was already in pursuit. He jumped onto the next roof top, still two roof tops behind his chase. Earlier he had been assigned another D Rank Mission. He was told some one was putting graffiti on walls of buildings around the village. It had not take Lea long to find the boy. Lea turned a corner and caught him in the act, paint brush in each hand. Lea tried to jump him without the boy noticing but had tripped over some thing, a bucket maybe? The boy had looked at Lea and then took off running. He climbed on to a near by roof and the chase had begun. Lea did not want to hurt the boy to badly but that made capturing him more difficult. Twice already he had thought he had him but the boy some how managed to slip away. Now they were darting on the roof tops. Lea thought the boy was getting slower and sloppy about his jumps. 'Now is my chance!' Lea told himself. Lea used Body Flicker to get in front of the boy then followed up with Leaf Coiling Whirlwind, round house kicking him in the stomach. Tired from the extended chase the boy never had a chance to dodge. He flew back and landed on his back on a near by roof top. 
"End of the line." Lea told the boy, trying to sound like he had authority. In reality he wasn't much older than the boy, he even thought the boy might be older than himself. So Lea puffed out his chest a little, trying to seem older and stronger. The boy just lay there panting, unaware Lea was even talking. Suddenly the boy sprung up and darted again, jumping down to the ground below and running through the maze of buildings. 'He tricked me!' Lea mentally kicked him self in the butt. How could he have let him get away a third time.
Lea dashed after him, following him from above as best he could. The boy was quick, but Lea was quicker. He kept sight of him no matter where the boy ran. Finally the boy messed up. He had run down an ally that was a dead end. With walls on all three sides of the boy, Lea dropped down from the roof top he was on to land behind the boy. He blocked the boys only exit, thinking he had him for sure this time. The boy looked at Lea then with a smile, scaled the wall in front of him and was back on the roof tops. Lea, not wasting any time, Hopped up there after him, running up the wall with his Tee Climbing Technique.
Once on the roof tops again Lea looked left and right til he spotted the boy. He was about three roof tops away but he was not moving. His foot was caught in a crack in one of the roof tops. Or so it appeared at least. Lea approached with caution. 
"Are you really stuck?" Lea asked as he got closer, ready to run again at any moment. The boy just hung his head as if in shame.
"...Yes I am." He said after a few embarrassed seconds.
"Good." Lea responded before striking the boy over the head. The boy was knocked unconscious. Lea fished him out of the crack he was stuck in and slung him over one shoulder. 'One graffiti prankster, Check' He said to himself with a smile as he headed towards the proper authorities to turn in the rebel boy. Lea hoped it would be the last time the boy caused trouble, but doubted it.

For stats you only earn if its B rank or higher as stated here:

with B-Rank and higher
missions you will also be awarded stats.
The stat conversion for missions is 400
words per stat, and no more than 10
stats can be gained per mission.

As for JP its based upon your mission rank:

receive the following JP;
SS: 14 JP
S: 12 JP
A: 10 JP
B: 7 JP
C: 5 JP
D: 3 JP
E: 1 JP
