What a Perfect Day.. [P, NK]
Fri Oct 04, 2013 8:58 pm
Sora was spread out in an Eagle position as he laid upon the rooftop of his small house. His mom sent him out to do something instead of lazing around in the house. She should have known it was a habit of his to do that by now. The sky was big and blue, a few clouds passing by here and there. Sora was dressed in his normal attire, blue button up shirt with black jeans and shinobi sandals. Well.. the sandals weren't really his idea. His friend at the academy got it for him to wear, saying that his regular shoes just weren't right. The boy didn't know what that meant, but girls were always so complicated. Sora sat up from his previous position and rested his head on his right hand.
'I can always head to the training grounds and do my exercises there... yea that would be a good way to pass time.' he thought with a small smile. The Academy Student rose completely from his spot on the roof and leaped off without hesitation. He expertly landed on the ground below and shoved both hands into his pockets. Now which way to the training grounds.. left or right? He always seemed to forget from time to time. The boy should have gotten used to it since he been in the village for about four years. Sora decided to rely on his instincts and went to the left. Looking around, he noticed that he was walking through an ally. Since when was there an ally near by his house? He really needed to pay attention more.
The boy took a turn and bumped into a large object. It felt like a person so that was what Sora guessed it was. The stranger turned around to face him, his eyes looking a bit droopy. 'Must be a drunkard.' the Yuki thought. He had encountered them plenty of times before, but never really ended up in a situation like this one. "Hey, look what we have here." the drunkard mumbled darkly. The stranger grabbed Sora by the collar and pulled him up to eye level. It caused the boy to be a few inches off the ground since he was at least a foot shorter. "You need to learn where you're going-" He knows this already. "Maybe you should be taught a lesson!" He disliked learning anything unless it involved being a ninja.
Before the drunkard could land a punch on him, Sora aimed a kick for the older man's solar plexus. It was a good thing they taught Human Body at the academy. It was some very useful information in battle. The Academy Student saw the drunkard drop him and get down onto his knees from the attack, gasping from the pain. "Man, he was a bit weak." Sora mumbled. He ran for the path that lead towards the training grounds, already wasting enough time. It took a few minutes before the boy reached his destination. Civilians getting in his way while looking out for the drunkard ate up a good amount of time. However, that didn't matter at the moment. He was there and he was ready to do some actual training!
Sora stretched his arms as he walked towards a tree in the area. It would tall enough for him to climb so that was good. Being his age and height made training hard at times for some strange reason. He never knew why but it just did. It was very troublesome. The boy got onto the ground and started to do some simple stretches. Since the author of this post wants it to be very long, they will explain at least one or two of these exercises. First, Sora crossed his right leg over his left one and then put his right arm on his right leg. He stayed in that position for about 20 seconds before doing it again, but with the opposite limbs. Next he would get out of that uncomfortable position and perform the next exercise.
Sora laid down onto his flat on his stomach. He then used both of his forearms to get his body into a push up position. After staying like that for a full minute, the boy dropped onto the ground and thought about what he was going to do next. "There's always push ups and sit ups." he said out loud, "I can probably use the tree afterwards." Sora went into a real push up position and began to perform the exercise. The ideal number for this would be about 30 so that was what he was going to do! The boy continued until he reached his tiny goal, a drop of sweat on his face from the small amount of heat. He really disliked it whenever the weather was hot. It's way better off cold, they were in the mountains anyway.
"Done!" he shouted. That surprisingly didn't take up a lot of time. In fact, that was a bit easy. Guess he had no choice but to move onto the other exercises now. The only way to get stronger was to practice! Sora got onto his back and started with sit ups next. They were going to be way easier than push ups, he could tell. The boy started at a very fast pace until he began to get slower and slower. He burst of energy vanished as he did his exercise at a pace that would be considered normal. This time he was trying to do 50 sit ups. It took a bit longer than when he done push ups, but it was completed quickly none the less. Sora yawned and looked towards the direction of the sun.
It was at the highest point in the sky, meaning it was most likely noon. That wasn't a problem at all, that just meant he had plenty more time. He could always eat lunch at 2 or 3:00 anyway. The yuki unbuttoned his shirt and laid it on the ground near the tree. The light reflected off of his dark blue hair, making it shine. Sora began to climb up the tree not planning on rushing towards the top. He stopped at a very thick and strong looking branch that was well off the ground. The boy went onto the branch and adjusted himself to hang off of it. He immediately started to lift himself up and down. He was planning on doing as much of these as possible! The academy student had seem some Genin's doing it the other day.
They seemed to do it with ease! He tried the exercise once all of them had left and could barely do one. That was about a week ago however. He trained every now and then from that moment and he was determined to reach way more than what he saw the other kids do.
Which was about 150 of these things.
Sora was definitely going to be at it for a long time.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He was on the ground under the tree, trying to take gigantic gulps of the air. He actually did it, exactly 160 pull ups. For most it would have been very easy, but for Sora it was one of the hardest things he had ever done. Sweat dripped down his forehead, some of it already on the back of his neck which made his hair wet. He had put back on his shirt and left it unbuttoned. There wasn't anything under the shirt, but he didn't care at all. He rose from his spot on the ground and brushed himself off, as if there was imaginary dirt all over him. The boy shoved his hands into his pockets once more and began to walk home. Many girls around his age stared at him for a bit before giggling uncontrollably.
Like he said before, he will never understand girls. Sora continued to walk in the direction of his house before bumping into yet another person. Strangely, it felt the same as before... "Well well well, look who came back over here." Oh, it was just the drunkard again. He sighed and looked up at the weak man. It seemed he had brought a buddy along with him this time. How typical. "I still didn't teach you that lesson. Oh, but there's good news! My friend here is going to help me with it!" he said. His "friend" grinned evilly and nodded and agreement. Sora crouched down and settled into a horse back stance and awaited for his new enemies to charge at him. And that's exactly what they had did.
The bigger one, the one he had bumped into, aimed a punch for the boy's left cheek. He smoothly leaned the left and dodged the pathetic attempt, almost forgetting about the other thug. That one aimed a kick for Sora's stomach. The young boy jumped back to dodge the attack and aimed a headbutt for the bigger one's face. It hit it's mark and sent the older man a few feet away, his head hitting a wall. The one left behind continued to attack though. But before he could do anything serious, Sora already kicked the mans stomach and then punched him into the opposite direction. Both of them were left unconscious from the Yuki's attacks. "I bet they'll stay away from me for a while." the boy muttered.
"Or.. plan revenge.. meh." He shrugged and turned to the direction towards his house again.

Sora sat at the Bakery store, happily eating a small cupcake. The owner seemed to loved his for some strange reason, since she always gave him free sweets. Not that he was complaining. In fact, he loved all the stuff he got for free! The boy looked out the window of the shop, noticing a group of girls staring at him. All of them were giggling and pointing at his exact position. There was a very simple term for these type of kids. It was the most terrible thing that could ever happen to a person Sora's age. They would never leave their goal alone, stalking them to the point of even watching them take a shower. Oh yes, there was a very terrible word for these kinds of people.
Fangirls.
"Dang, I thought I lost them in the crowd near the academy!" Sora mumbled with a frown. He waited until all them turned to face another target of theirs, the poor boy running the second they spotted him. He grabbed the rest of his cupcake, shoved it into his mouth, and ran out the door with a "Bye Sophie-neechan!". Sora dashed pass the group of girls, praying that they wouldn't notice him. Sadly it seemed luck wasn't on his side that day for one of the girls screamed as he went by. "There he is!" she exclaimed. That quickly caught the attention of the rest of the girl, all of them screeching and taking after the Yuki. He continued to run as quickly as he could, bumping into various people saying "sorry" each time.
Sora looked back to see if they were still chasing him. It seemed they had stopped for another person to go after, poor poor boy. He stopped and set his hands on his knees, lightly panting. The academy student seemed to have stopped in front of the book store, or what he likes to call it, "The Hang Out for Perverts". They always had that dumb Icha Icha Paradise his mom never wants him to read. What they needed were some books on Ice jutsu! He couldn't find any in the entire village when in Yukigakure they had plenty. Then again... this was a lightning village and Yukigakure was a snow village... it made sense if you thought about it. That didn't mean it wasn't annoying though!
The boy walked towards the store and stood at the counter. "Yo!" he exclaimed with a small smile. An employee came over and grinned at the little customer. "Why hello how-" the man had cut himself off and made a face. Sora rose and eyebrow and looked around, not noticing anything strange at all. "Uuuh.. what's up?" the Yuki questioned, still not knowing why the employee looked like that. He found out once the man had kicked him in the opposite direction of the store! "No clothes, No service!" He exclaimed. The student landed on the ground with a thud and groan. He looked down at his attire and noticed it wasn't there... only his underwear. "Ah! I stripped again?!" He shouted with a frown.
"There he is!" Sora turned in the direction of the voice and went wide eyed. There was a gigantic group of them.. fangirls. He quickly got up off the ground and ran in the direction of the training grounds, knowing most of them wouldn't follow him there. "Get him!" The head of the group exclaimed. The ground began to rumble as the girls charged towards the Yuki, determined to get their fangirlish goals fulfilled (*Insert author shudder here*). Sora almost tripped multiple times, causing one of the girls to tear a small piece of his boxers off. 'These things aren't human!' he thought with a panicked expression. His eyes sparkled with hope once he saw the training grounds ahead.
"YES!" he shouted. Sora peaked behind him and saw a large number of the fangirls had backed off, only about 5 still chasing after him. The Yuki ran faster than ever before towards the entrance, his legs getting tired from running all the way from the other side of the village. The remaining fangirls quickly noticed his goal and jumped, aiming to grab him and drag him in the opposite direction. But Sora wasn't about to let that happen! Nu uh, no way in hell. The boy leaped before they could even touch him and roughly landed on the training grounds. He skidded to a stop on the ground and grinned in success. The fangirls at the entrance hissed and snarled at their prey, disappointed that they weren't able to catch him.
Sora fell onto his butt and laughed in victory while they walked away from the training grounds. That had to be worst chase yet, and they had chased him ever since he moved to the village! "Yea!" The boy exclaimed and rose to his feet, "No one can ever match me! Not even those stupid fangirls! I'm invincible!" To prove his point, Sora proceeded to flex and laugh the entire time. Then, he heard a growl.. and a giggle.. and an evil laugh. He slowly turned his head to face the training grounds entrance.. and what he saw almost gave him a heart attack. There was a gargantuan mob of fangirls, looking ready to kill. "Get him!" the largest one shouted.
"GOD DAMMIT!!"
