Change of View (P;IO)

Saiga walked through the empty halls of his chambers. The sound of his sandals as they met the hall floor could be heard echoing throughout the entire providence. Entering his office he would take a seat behind his desk. He had already finished the required paperwork. All that was left to do was finish his office hours. In case someone decided to visit. He did not want to miss any opportunities at building an alliance.

Shingetsu walked towards the chambers of his his leader and paused momentarily; there was practically no protection offered to him in the form of people.. Perhaps he had held back during their spar or his skills were of the more destructive nature? Shingetsu was not sure but he simply walked straight into the chambers, following the paths. His feet obviously making an echoing footstep sound that built up until finally stopping; The Kaguya at the doorway of Saiga.

The approaching footsteps could be heard from where Saiga sat behind his desk.

No guards, nor workers were around at the time. Saiga decided to give them a break, he doubted the village would be attacked at the moment. Still he was prepared just in case, having recently found that he was a member of the Kinzokutei clan and capable of manipulating Osmium dust, he felt comfortable in his abilities to protect himself at the moment. Approximately two gallons of Osmium filled the draws of his desk, since he had no place to keep them at the moment. He still felt it would be best to keep the dust near him.

As the footsteps neared, they came to an abrupt halt at his door. Curious of whom the person was, but not so as to place himself in an even more dangerous position, he adjusts his posture. Placing both hands on his desk he stares to the door before saying,

"Well don't just stand there, come in."

He awaits patiently for the person to enter the room.

Hearing the familiar voice merely confirmed that the man was indeed the leader in Shingetsu's mind, so he decided to not lurk like a rat and instead he walked into the light. His dirty blonde hair swept to the side, his eyes were easily visible now which revealed he indeed suffered from heterochromia; one eye amber with the other a dull grey. Now standing in front of the desk, he eyed the man for a few more seconds and he certainly felt a small smile crack at his lips at how he had the most raw strength in the room.

"Say, Saiga.. you don't happen to have forged any alliances yet, have you? I've seen very little people entering and exiting the village which seems like it could be.. quite problematic for us to say the least. Friends in high places are certainly good."

A smile appeared on his face, the moment he recognized the person to be Shingetsu, the man he had sparred with only a few days ago. The man jumped straight into business skipping all of the formal greetings that would normally occur. Saiga did not mind this, and he expected such from the man whom seemed to walk around with a sense of dominance.

"Well, if it interests you. Shimagakure recently sent a letter in request of an alliance. Of course, as any wise man would, I agreed. I shall be headed there soon. Perhaps within the next few days."

Saiga says, standing he walks away from his desk towards a set of leather chairs, 2 in total, both placed in front of each other. With only a wooden table between them for courtesies.

"I'm sure you did not come all the way here to just ask that. Take a seat if you will, before we begin to further discuss things."

He gestures with his right hand to the leather chair in front of him positioned two meters away from the entrance.

Turning his head to follow the movements of Saiga, Shingetsu watched as he approached a simple pair of seating that he assumed would have been for negotiating and signing scrolls.. it was very simple he noted. The previous response he had received about an allying being forged with Shimagakure was delightful for the man to hear, after all, in this time of utter darkness you could always wish you could rely on another for support and aid. 

Moving towards the seating, he allowed his body to fall down carefully onto one of the chairs as to not break it with his sheer strength, once he had managed such a great feat he rested a little, his arms dangling from the chair with one arm hanging over it. 

"Well, Saiga, you would not be entirely wrong. I came here to, how do I put it.." Shingetsu paused for a second, looking down at the ground with a small lick of his lips to erase the dryness. A few memories of attacking bullies and killing animals ran through his head before he looked back up to the man, gazing into his eyes. "I came here to offer you a chance to become something higher. A.. step ladder if you will?"

Following suit, Saiga takes a seat in the chair nearest to him, closer to his desk, across from Shingetsu. He listens to the man speak, apparently he had a proposition to offer him. Which could possibly place him in a higher position. He did not know whether the man was trust worthy or not, only meeting him once before, but listening to what the man had to say would not hurt, especially if it were to be true.

"Carry on." Saiga says simply.

Allowing his vision to move upwards to the roof, he noticed how this was also queerly plain. He did expect a little more from the man but perhaps he had not made any refurbishings yet, of course, he was new to his spot. Carrying on as he scanned the room idly, "You could always extend alliances to people, but that's not very beneficial to you as alliances do not promise anything as many people are snakes in this world. What you should do is make them give you something in return for your alliance, and if they refuse to.. you show them what Takigakure is capable of."

Saiga observes the boys focus of attention, as it shifted throughout the office. Saiga looked around also, the place was a bore. He'd only been Leader for a week, but decorating the office was the least of his worries. Seeing as how this affected his guess he would have to do something about it in the future. Just that he had a very expensive taste, that the current village income would not be able to meet at the moment. Saiga begins to laugh at the mans suggestion,

"Are you suggesting bribery?" 

The suggestion itself was not funny at all, it was just that bribery is the thing which granted Saiga his current position, as village leader. Had he not bribed the contenders at the time someone else may have taken the spot. Not to mention his father also had a history which involved bribes. Collecting himself, Saiga clears his throat and stares towards the man, his eyes a deep blood red color.

"Shingetsu, it seems that you are a man that is mentally on par with myself. For I too have been thinking the same thing. Though I already have a meeting with Shimagakure coming up. Which village do you believe we should make this "deal" with?"

The eyebrow of Shingetsu perked up a little at how Saiga chuckled when he said bribey. Possibly a hint to something that he did not know himself? A few things ran through his head until he gave up on the idea and deemed it not too important at this point in time, instead deciding to stoer that little locket of information at the back of his head. 

Nodding faintly, he shrugged as well, "You could say so. It is not bribery as such they would not be receiving any material compensation, that would be us, it's more.. a style of intimidating if you will?"
