Have you ever seen the rain? {P}

Ryuu had recently arrived back from his excursion into the jungle and some might say he came back a changed man or rather a man with a purpose. Now, all he needed was a plan. Luckily plans were easy to come by when coupled with purpose. What was Ryuu's purpose one might ask? Naturally it was the overthrow, in his eyes liberation, of Amegakure from the rule of the current village leader. Of course the jounin was no fool he would not openly declare his intentions until it was far too late for the village leader to suspect a thing. Hell, Ryuu had even hoodwinked a Tengakure shinobi into helping him, but trickery was not the best way to get allies as it usually ended in betrayal. What Ryuu really needed was a dedicated ally, but the trick was finding the right one.
Currently it was mid day and surprisingly the rain had relented for the time being. Ryuu proudly wore the headband of Amegakure around his neck. The headband itself was complimented by the warm black sweater the jounin wore along with slightly worn jeans. His pitch black hair was slick from the rain that had soaked him earlier in the day on his expedition into the jungle. At this point in time the jounin had just walked through the village gates after checking back in with the gate guards. There were a few people milling about here and there, but, for the most part, the streets were quiet. Assuming he was not stopped the jounin would make his way to a bench that sat near the gates.
Directly behind the bench itself was one of Amegakure's famed skyscrapers. Taking a seat Ryuu would simply watch people go by. As they went the jounin extended his unpracticed chakra senses in an attempt to work on his sensing a bit. Though, Ryuu did not close his eyes he merely concentrated on the chakra signatures around him. Granted each one was by no means distinct, but he could feel each one. For now all the jounin did was wait. What he was waiting for, well, he was not sure what it was. Perhaps inspiration, perhaps a plan, no one could truly tell without being inside Ryuu's mind.

It seemed that inspiration would take more time. For now Ryuu still had things to plan and kage...er....village leaders to kill. Kage would come later. The road to that was a road wrought with a few pitfalls, but first he would take down a village leader. In all honestly he felt like the village leader would not be too much of a problem after all he was only one man. Hell, he was the leader of a minor village that had been hardly touched in a long while. Soon he would be worm food. Then again all shinobi were worm food in the end, but no matter. All the same Ryuu knew that he had sat around for too long now. There were a few items he had to pick up. Thus, reluctantly, the jounin removed his concentration from his chakra senses and stood up from the bench he once sat on. Then, in smooth confident strides, the jounin walked back to his home where he would plot the downfall of a not so mighty leader. It was a shame the village leader had no way of knowing what Ryuu was planning. And, well, when he does find out it'll be too late.
