Naoki had some questions about the actual surgery, wondering if Den needed Toma and how Den planned on dealing with the transplant.

"Whichever you prefer, painkillers or going under. As for Toma, I won't need him for the surgery. I should be able to perform it just fine by myself, and if I need an extra pair of hands I can just make a shadow clone." Den was eager to get the surgery under way, he'd get to assist someone in their own quest while also obtaining more data on how his mutation worked.

Naoki stood up, picked up his chair and dragged it to the center of the room, more or less. "Painkillers. I'll want to observe the procedure. Will you need any instruments?"

Naoki dragged his chair into the center of the room, did he intend on having Den perform the surgery in his own office? Naoki then asked that he received painkillers rather than go under, he wished to see the procedure as it was performed. 

As for instruments, Den just needed a tourniquet and a scalpel, which he would use to cut away the dead flesh of what remained of Naoki's arm when the procedure was done. Perhaps a towel or something as well, in case any blood did drip out. 

"I will get all that I need when I retrieve the body of Rin. So, you want the surgery performed here?" Den would wait for an answer while concentrating on teleporting to Sanctuary, he would teleport after Naoki responded, but would say before disappearing, "Be right back." 

Due to Den being able to later time in Sanctuary, he would seem to appear back in the same spot near instantly. In his left hand would be a small box that contained the tourniquet, a scalpel, and Rin's left arm. On the ground would be a white blanket, that Den was standing on, as well as the rest of the body of Rin. Another tourniquet would be on Rin's shoulder, stopping any blood from leaking out onto the blanket for the most part. Another blanket would be over Den's shoulder if Naoki told him they were doing the surgery in the leaders chambers. Den would touch it with his right arm as a way of making sure Naoki knew he was referring to it when he spoke, "Just in case things do end up getting a little messy, any fluids will pill on this and you can dispose of it later."

Naoki would look at Den, in whose voice he heard a question if they should do the procedure here. Realizing that they might be disturbed, Naoki would make a single handed seal, expanding a chakra field that would surround him, Den and both of their chairs. Unless Denkiteki stepped out of the field, it would then pull them through nether onto a small secluded island just east of Shimagakure, but still within the storm barrier. "Nobody would bother us here."

As Den disappeared, Naoki took his shirt off. He would not want to bloody it and he only assumed there would be blood involved. Then he would realize that his chakra system was filled with seals, no telling of what would happen if Denkiteki tried to absorb them. When Den reappeared, Naoki could be seen extended his right arm forth and from it dozens of glowing orbs appearing. The sunflies would not carry any commands and just swirl around in a calming display. When over 30 was expelled and the Uchiha was sure there were no more inside his arm, he would seat himself on the chair and nod at the Med-nin. "I am ready."

A chakra field surrounded Den and Naoki, Den was confused at first, but then they appeared on some island. Den noted that Naoki was apparently capable of using space time jutsu as well before leaving.

Den would return with the things mentioned before, as well as painkillers. He'd watch as Naoki let out more of the strange balls of light, but didn't bother to ask about it. The man said he was ready, so Den set to work. He would administer the painkillers if allowed, then set about tightening the tourniquet on Naoki's shoulder.

If all of this was allowed, after waiting for the painkillers to kick in Den would begin performing the hand seals for his mass absorption technique, hoping the pain killers would be enough to stop any pain Naoki was about to feel. Den had a scalpel in his mouth as he did this, as he would have to remove the skin after absorbing the innards of the arm. After performing the seals, Den would press his left arm on Naoki's right, and his skin on his left hand would turn grey as he activated his sage transformation. The process would occur at 125 speed, Naoki's arm liquefying on the inside then being absorbed into Den's body. The former kage would then move quickly to grab the scalpel in his mouth, being around blades all of his life Den of course had not cut himself with the scalpel at all whilst holding it in his mouth and when removing it.

Den would quickly remove the skin of what was left of Naoki's arm, then reach put the scalpel on the ground. He performed the hand seals for Mystical Palm, then would grab Rin's arm and used the medical technique to fuse it to Naoki's shoulder. Den would hold his hand on the shoulder a bit longer to allow nerve connections to be made, and to ensure no infections would be caused either.

Naoki restrained himself from activating his sharingan to read Den's hand seal sequence, but there was no point. The man said it was a mutation, so it was most likely unique to him and nothing the Uchiha were to see would make any sense to him anyway. The painkillers were starting to take effect, he could feel his right arm going numb. In a way it was sad, this was his arm, the arm he grew up with, the one he got from his mother as he was born. And this will be the last time he feels it. But greatness required sacrifices, so Naoki went ahead with this. In a bit, Den would put his left hand on the leader's right arm. The Uchiha could feel something, he could feel his hand contracting, but there was no pain. In a moment it would be gone and Den would cut away remains before proceeding with attaching the new arm. It looked like the procedure was successful. Although the painkillers in his shoulder and Den's medical jutsu soothed the pain, Naoki could still feel it, as soon as the nerves were reattached. The leader would wait for Denkiteki to be finished.

The transplant had been a success, now Den just had to make it permanent. "There's only one part left."

Den would do the hand seals for his custom technique, Implant Alteration. He would then place his hand back on Naoki's new arm, and Naoki would probably feel it change. It's DNA structure was almost entirely re-written, meant to match Naoki's save for the genes that caused Wood Release to manifest. He might also feel a sort of tingling sensation in his own body, as his genes were altered to possess those that allowed Wood Release as well. 

By the time den was done, the only thing someone might notice different about Naoki's arm was that it was paler than the rest of the body, unless Naoki didn't have any sort of tan. Now done, Den would remove the tourniquet from Naoki's arm, and would stand back to allow Naoki to move if he wished.

"Alright, the transplant was a complete success." Den would say with a look of pride in his face, because the transplant had gone so well. He had perfectly blended the man's DNA, almost as though some of his genes were somehow compatible with the Senju's. Den had had a similar experience with his own DNA, but he made the incorrect conclusion that somehow the wood release genes were simply easier to manipulate than the other genes he had dealt with, "Not only will you be able to learn wood release, but now your DNA is altered so that now the very genes that give one Wood Release are a part of you."

Den was in such a good mood because of his success, that he was willing to forget his personnel rules abotu not revealing his abilities. He wanted to test this mans new bloodline, to see if he had transplanted it as well as he thought. A smile would cross Den's face as he spoke, "Now, would you like to learn Wood Release?"

The procedure seemed to be successful, but Den wanted to do one more thing before he was done. He performed another hand seal sequence before placing his palm on Naoki's new arm. A strange, tingling sensation followed, starting in the arm and soon spreading through the Uchiha's body. He was slightly suspicious of it, rather ready to unleash a torrent of sunflies at the first sigh of danger, but it never came. In another moment the sensation was gone and Den announced her was done and that it was a complete success. He would then explain that during the procedure the blended the Senju DNA with Naoki's own, which should now make it so his entire body carries the genes. Naoki figured it was the part where his body tingled and that it was done so he would not reject the arm.

As Den stepped back to give him some room, the Uchiha would stand up and attempt to raise his arm. It did not move easy, probably because it was kind of dead for a while, the nerves were just newly revived and the painkillers intervened a bit. But it moved. He raised it by his side, shoulder high, then bent so the hand was in front of his face. The sunflies that previously swirled around them would not come closer to Naoki, some of them landing on his new arm. The Uchiha would not notice that he was inspecting the arm with his sharingan active. The seals appeared to be entering the chakra system in the arm just fine, sitting on the skin, then sinking in. In a minute all of them would be returned. When Den suggested to teach him wood release, Naoki would raise his head. For a moment he was unsure if it was a joke or not, but while there was a smile on Denkiteki's face, it appeared to be a sincere one. In a moment the Uchiha would realize he just revealed his sharingan. "Well, I guess we both had some secrets. " He would say, making it understandable that he would take Den's offer. "It will be a few minutes before I can transport us back, so might as well spend it training."

As Naoki turned to face Den, the former kage noticed that his eyes were now crimson, and possessed 3 tomoe. Wa she an Uchiha, or was this not the first time Naoki had played with the DNA of another clan? Den decided to play it safe, and unless he found a reason otherwise wouldn't show Naoki his own sharingan.

Naoki mentioned not being able to teleport them back for a few. Den could have taken them back himself, but he figured that he might as well take the opportunity to train Naoki.

"Alright, well Wood Release is easy enough, you just have to combine water and earth chakra and the result is, "Den would do the hand seals for Wood Release cutting, the original ones rather than a simple half hand seal, then would extend his hand towards Naoki, with palm facing the sky. A branch would seem to grow from Den's left middle finger, growing towards the sky. It would only grow 10 cms tall, and was about as thick as his middle finger, "you can create trees or their parts."
