Black beast Returns

As the black wolf continued to move faster towards its destination, it would have been able to sense the people following after it and those that had suddenly been "stopped" by some unknown means. While the beast was out of the view of the few chasing him, it would have split, creating a second form which would have immediately dove into the bushes, averting the gaze of the two chasing after him. The main or "prime" wolf would have continued on its aforementioned path, jumping the clearing and landing while the other or "fractured" wolf sped towards Lev and Rin. With the main would continuing on, he could only stop to listen to the cry of the one kunoichi who had followed him through the jump and made it, but in the even hurt herself. Cursing his own good nature, the wolf would have instinctively walked closer to her, its senses attuned and searching the environment to assure itself that no one was trying anything dumb.

After reaching five meters from the girl the wolf would have sniffed the air around her and continued to circle her," This....doesn't seem good but for now i'll see whats going to happen," the red eyes would continue to watch over her slowly waiting for her to move.

Meanwhile the second wolf would have made it to the area of both Lev and Rin, transforming back into the form of the Raikage," Well...these two aren't needed so...," with a swift chop to the neck, both Lev and Rin would have been knocked out and dropped from the mission. With Lev, he would have picked up and carried off while Rin was left to the ninja that were watching over the whole event.

As The Wolf Appeared right Over him, Fen would jump up out of the ground and attempt to grab onto the wolf, His plan would go great he thought, if he gets onto the back of the wolf, he planned to hold onto the fur with one hand, and the other hand would pull rock section cane from his shirt, and he would wrap it around the wolf's neck, and then with a speed of as fast as he could go, move the hand holding the fur, and grab onto the other section of the cane, and then he would try with all his strength, pull the cane into the wolf's neck, attempting to choke the wolf out, and meanwhile, he while pulling on the cane, he would try to work his knees underneath himself, and slowly try to stand, adding more preasure, hoping to assure the wolf dropping incapasitated, if this would fail, fen would think of something else

The ankle Akihana had intentionally hurt to draw the wolf back showed the beginning of bruises, blotchy bumps that would turn from greenish to purple over the next few days if left unattended. But it wasn't the markings on her otherwise porcelain skin the kunoichi was worried about, she was too busy watching the wolf which had indeed stopped.

Breathless, Akihana kept still, letting the animal come to her and not doing anything to scare it away. No, her job was not to spring traps, it was to confirm her suspicion. The beast was indeed not out to hurt anyone and in fact it was backtracking to ensure she wasn't too badly hurt.

First rule of battle, ensure no bystanders are hurt, the genin recited in her head as the wolf came closer, coming into Fenn's field of attack. Second rule, no needless violence. Aihana didn't want the beast hurt and though he looked like he could more than look after himself, the young woman still sent up a silent plea to the heavens.

Fenn and the medic had worked and trained together enough times to know how his technique worked so when the redhead emerged from the ground, Akihana didn't wait to see if his attempt to restrain the wolf would succeed. Instinctively, the blonde called out "Just don't hurt him, Fenn."

Watching the result that ensued, Akihana would wait to see if Fenn's tackle had worked before throwing a net over the pair and retraining the beast, sure that it wouldn't hurt Fenn in its attempts to get out. If on the other hand the redhead's move failed, Akihana and her partner would have to rethink their strategy.

As the wolf continued to circle Akihana the subtle shiftings of the earth below gave way to an even greater threat as a body was suddenly felt up on him, his basic and most common reaction being- buck. As he flared his hind legs into the air, his body slowly began to alight with fire as he growled, the fire would begin to become apparent over its fur as it howled. Providing the boy was smart enough to get off of the wolf before the fire of 100 power had engulfed him, they would find the wolf staring at the both of them with a gleam in its red eyes.

Before the two genin that followed through with the mission a pillar of silver fire would emerge from under the ground, engulfing the fox before shortly dispersing, the form of a teenager appearing in its midst," Alright...let's see here," looking at the two with the now human red eyes, the young male (Raikage) would slowly bring his hands together before stoically clapping," Well congratulations~ Although it took you an eternity to actually get this far," thumbing towards the sun which had almost reached its peak," you actually made it unlike your companions...don't worry they are in good hands, trust me," with a clap two pieces of paper would appear inside of his hands, the papers being thrown to the two with a small smile on his face.

"Many have tried to take on the mission of the Black Beast and many have failed, but on this day you two have worked together to accomplish something great. With these papers i hereby announce you as Chuunin of Kumogakure. Now don't ruin this opportunity...or i'll kill ya," laughing he would hold up a single finger and begin to disappear in a plume of silver fire.

As he disappered the clone which he had sent out to gather the other two would shortly disappear with Lev in tow, taking him along for the ride

[Since you two were the only ones to attempt to capture the beast (and somewhat achieved the goal) you both get the promotion to chuunin...seriously use it well or there will be death involved]

Fen would of course jump off the moment he felt heat, and as he landed next to Akihana, poised to attack, the pillar arose, and then the raikage stood there, and Fen's mouth dropped, this was a simple test, this was unheard of, but as the paper was flicked out at him, he caught it and would read it, upon reading he would see he reached Chunnin rank, and assumed this ment good news for Akihana, and hugged her tightly and then when he let her go, he would take off back for town, to go collect up his reward, he hoped that Akihana would be close behind him, or at least know the location of the place she would need to go to collect the reward, as he would, he received ten grand ryo, and he would also receive the appropiete attire that he would need for his chunnin rank, he would then take off out the door, and Wait for Akihana, rather she be right behind him, or further behind, he wished to celebrate with her their combined achivement

Fenn was indeed successful in tackling the beast, only to let go mere seconds before flame spread all over its body, making Akihana gasp at the power exuding from who she suspected the form to be of. A moment later, all her suspicions were confirmed as the animal morphed into the form of the Raikage. Fenn moved to her side, dirt and dust still clinging to him as he helped her up. If shew was going to get  a promotion, Akihana sure as hell wouldn't do it sitting down with a bad ankle.

As the dark haired teen looked at them with a mixture of pride and admonishment, Akihana couldn't help but feel giddy on her success. A chunin, she had made it. They had made it. Despite how tired, hurt and covered in dirt they were, there they stood, two chunin of Cloud in front of their Raikage and Akihana couldn't have been happier if she'd tried. Everything was slowly falling into place, the kunoichi reflected as she hugged Fenn back with joy.

Tossing them their papers, the red eyed teen disappeared in another plume of smoke, leaving them to their devices. The next order of business was simply getting to the administrative offices with Fenn's help. Both partners arrived to collect their reward and then made their way home for a celebration feast, Akihana already anticipating the excitement with which Fenn wold recount today's adventures to Arata.
