She got it. This girl would be a quick learner it seemed, and that was exactly what Hisano was hoping for. She split her concentration between the girl's movements and the work she was doing with her paper element, trying to visualize the shape she was going for. She needed to get these small scraps of paper formed into shuuriken. Her teacher's voice resonated in her mind as she suddently shifted her body weight, her shoulders dropping downward as her back leg slid to open up her stance.

"Hisano. You are a Koutaichi. The paper element runs in your blood. Control it and you will be great. With it you can create all of the weapons you need to prove our clan a remarkable terror on the battle field. Visualize the shifting of the paper, every crease in detail and our Kekki Gengai will do the rest. "

Now, she thought, her body suddenly going rigid. As the girl's attack was about to connect she formed her counter, dropping her back knee to lower her upper body, creating a soft contour. With a pop of her foot she would lift the sweep upward, softening the momentum and allowing it to slide up her leg. WHen it met her knee she pushed forward, moving past her as she raised back upward. If this worked it would once more flip the girl backwards, stopping just behind where she'd just struck. Her heel landed in such a way that it would ground her opponent, ensuring she landed back on her feet, once more with a hand placed in the center of her back to control the turn.

With her superior speed she'd circle around the girl, their bodies meeting just as she got to her opposite shoulder, turning them together. She expected a counter strike here of course, considering where this waltz would take them next. It was perfect how Amaya began to stand just as her strike was countered, her own movement working with Hisano's to continue the dance in tandem.

Amaya was countered of course, but their fighting movements blended together in such a graceful art, as if they were dancing in perfect sync. In truth, Amaya was already getting tired from it, but she had to keep going. The only way to get better was to, of course, keep up with her sensei. That involved an attempt to match her grace and perfection, even if she couldn't match her speed. She was pretty much in awe of the woman who was her dance partner at this moment, her graceful movements complimenting Amaya's own in a way that melded the movements together in a rhythm, while also concentrating on her paper practice. It was pretty amazing to the young ninja, and she hoped she could be just as graceful and skilled in the future. Suddenly they were turning together, and Amaya had to focus on where to put her momentum. She thought of a rather advanced kick, at least to her, but decided to incorporate it into their dance. She slid back, and in the same movement, her foot would start to go backwards as if she was preparing some sort of large kick that would be utterly un-graceful. Instead though, she would flip around, in a weird flip, her kick heading at the womans head. She knew she was not going to hit, so as she inevitably landed on one foot, she would crouch down and roll, to get closer to the other woman, and attempt to spring up,and spin the woman around by her hips. She had no intention of actually throwing the woman, but this dance involved a lot of spinning so she saw this as the logical next step, a counter to Hisano's last spin of Amaya. She wasn't sure if she was starting to feel stronger, but she was understanding that ones movements had to be fluid and seem as if they all connected in one big combination, like the near graceful dance they were doing. It was all but perfect, except for Amaya's unpracticed clumsiness, though she hoped she was getting better in the eyes of her sensei. She just needed to be strong enough to go on missions and prove herself to the woman, prove herself as a worthy protoge, someone who could learn and adapt at the speeds needed to become strong. Her strength wasn't in taijutsu, she knew, but if her master was going to spar in such a fashion, Amaya wouldn't be left behind.

She moved into the kick, ducking just under the attack before the girl had expected it to actually connect, and catching it with her arm curled upward to lock her leg in tight against her shoulder. With a quick turn she would, if this worked as described, lift the girl up with momentum seeming to throw her, spinning twice. This was her shining moment, Hisano thought. She couldn't cradle this one. If she got her feet back beneath her then she could touch down gracefully, a balerina's leap coming from the intricate dance they called battle. Otherwise she would hit the ground.

She moved forward quickly at her full speed, setting up for the just in case. If she hit the ground Hisano would flip forward, just over the girl's head and lifted her gently back up to a standing position. If she stuck the landing it would be her opponents turn to the offensive. She'd still flip over her, unless something was put into her path, her body barelly missing the top of the smaller girl's head as she landed about a foot behind her left foot then right, her back leg acting as a spring board to continue her momentum in response to the girl's next attack.

The dance her and her sensei were doing was becoming, in Amayas mind, overcomplicated. Not that there was a realy problem, it was just becoming hard for the girl to keep up, especially when she was being flipped somewhat gracefully through the air. She couldnt just fall flat on her face, as that would ruin the dance and all of its intricacies, she had to stick the landing and come up smelling like roses. She would tuck in her legs as she was sent skyward, making a somersault through the air, and managing to land. She kept up her momentum as she landed by dropping as soon as her feet touched the ground and Hisano was flipping over her, in a sweep kick designed to catch the woman just as she landed. If all went well, Hisano would land, and have her legs swept from under her, followed by Amaya doing a flip of her own, jamming her fists in a line across the Womans chest and cartwheeling past her to stick another landing. This was pretty much all done following the momentum of her landing, so she thought she had done pretty well for herself, even if her attacks didn't go exactly as planned.

She was planning something, she noticed as she flipped through the air, the girl's body dropping downward early to begin the movement that would catch her in time with her landing, at the speed she moved. Impressive again. Instead of touching down she pulled her feet in to her chest as she neared the ground, the leg flipping under her beautifully. As Amaya jumped she continued to fall, turning her body just enough in midair that the back of her neck hit the ground, her shoulder blades and spine rolling her forward against the cool earth beneath as the punches hit the empty air, should they still be thrown.

"You have potential. A little slow but you seem to be able to plan well, and you caught on pretty easilly that I was using a dance style of fighting as opposed to the traditional. If you practice this intensely, You'll become a powerful shinobi. It's a fighting style created by myself and someone very close to me. I think she named it... The demon style. I don't know why exactly. It doesn't feel terribly demonic, and it looks beautiful when executed properly, which you're doing well at so far. " As she spoke her critiques, no. Critique wasn't the word to describe this as much as compliments. Yes. Compliment would suffice. As she spoke her compliments her body sprung her back up and away from the girl, the forward roll putting her out of harm once Amaya landed once more and the momentum sliding her across the earth about a foot once her feet touched down again. She could have simply pushed off again of course, but that wouldn't have been as interesting to watch, and Fighting, like dance, was about showmenship up to the point when you needed to end a life.

During this movement of the dance the paper would continue to shift, it's spin seeming to increase a bit as their dance began to speed up and become more intense. They almost seemed to be bouncing around now, just back and forth lightly swaying in time to a music no one could hear as another corner curled in to create a small star like point in the small bits of chakra infused paper.

Amaya was starting to get a tiny bit tired of all her moves missing, but at least understand that she didn't nearly match Hisano's speed at all. This was a prett sad fact that she was going to have to live with, even as she did the punches she realized would be doomed to failure from the start. Hisano had pretty much seen through her entire plan in a few instances, which was, actually pretty remarkable, and then thrown herself an ample distance away, which was slightly more remarkable. The taller woman had more then height as an advantage here, and that wasn't helping Amaya's case at all. Hisano could roll or flip over just about any move the small girl made, which was sort of unhelpful. Sighing, the girl got into a more loose version of her fighting stance, and controlled her irregular breathing, focusing on her target. Even if she couldn't hit, she had to make some kind of effort, and for that she had to plan pretty thouroughly.
"This why of fighting would put me ahead of a lot of the students at the academy, and the fluidity in which I would win may mark me as a demon, so I can almost see her reasoning. Everything is put together like a puzzle that only you know, and your opponent has to put the pieces together before they are overwhelmed. At least, thats how I see it."
Her next move would be to run forward, preparing for the girl to flip. She made a physical movement to resemble a sliding kick, but in reality, she waited for the girl to go upwards, in which case, instead of continuing the climb downwards, she would spring upwards in a rocket uppercut. Of course, the uppercut would look a lot cooler if she could manifest flames out of her hands, but for the moment, she would have to deal with the rather normal looking strike. However, if the girl decided to stay where she was, the sliding kick would continue to go through, and she would angle her body to kick left or right from the sliding potion if Hisano tried to dodge either way. Even if she couldn't hit the woman, Amaya could attempt to force her backwards as long as she could, and that would be some sort of victory for her in the end, though she wasn't sure she was fast enough.

"That's the general theory behind it. It's creator was... Well. Brilliant, though a late bloomer. With this style you can react fluidly from every angle. As you continue yo practice you'll find that you've built up a remarkable ammount of muscle within your legs and arms that make your ability to get out of a danger zone incredible. This fine tuned engine will" She paused, having planned through her response to the girl's attacks even as she explained her fighting style. She kept the young girl in her sights, shifting her eyes about as she spoke in such a way that her form was always at least in her peripheral. She dropped down, seeming to sliding across the earth towards hisano but still she didn't move. At the last moment, just before their bodies would have connected, foot to sliding foot, SHe shifted.

Her weight rested secretly on her back leg, a technique she'd learn in actual dancing. As they met she spun, her toe almost seeming to run away from the girls as it floated across the ground not seeming like it every touched the earth below. Her body would move just a bit to her opponents right and then around to end behind the girl, but strangely enough she wouldn't have seemed to take a single step, her feet simply gliding around on air just above ground level until she stopped moving, rushing foward behind the girl assumably as she tried to stop momentum.

If this worked as described her lead foot would raise up to come down on the back of Amaya's knee, an attack that would gently take her to the ground as her own body seemed to shift and spin once more weightlessly. Her foot would then go under the girl's body, sweeping her back up as it planted against the earth at an angle to stop her student's fall just after it started, and with a quick shift of her knee send her airborn.

Assuming all of this happened she would reach out to catch the girl by the shoulders, cradling her momentum in a semi circle to basically plant her down on the ground behind her, flashing her a bright smile, and to make it more remarkable, any who would be able to see the small bits of paper would find them following the patern as they spun, dancing past and over one another.

Amaya had gotten so close, as she slid ever closer to the girl who was her target, the pale blue haired Hisano, and yet, once again, danced out of her reach. She then did a series of movements that were, to be honest, a little out of Amayas sight range. The older woman was just so much more experienced and quick, it was almost hard to believe. If this fight had been serious, Amaya could have been taken out anytime that Hisano had chosen, the jonin being fluid and quick, each of her motions had a reason and place. It was, actually pretty unhelpful. Amaya was getting quite the workout, and it was getting harder and harder to keep oxygen flowing through her lungs. She tried to hide it, but she was very exhausted, and yet, she kept going. Struggling forward with all her strength. As Hisano would continue to move out of Amaya's reach, the girl would rush forward, the long black hair of hers rushing behind her. She would send a powerful kick crashing to Hisano's side, and continuing the momentum of that kick, she would flow into a second kick with the other leg once the first landed.

Excelent. She was finally geting the hang of this fully. She hadn't expected the counter attack, though thankfully her body was in a position to respond. As her foot continued it's path Amaya kicked backwards. She rotated her knee under and then quickly snapped it out in such a way that it would catch her at the ankle, her new foot placing putting her in a wide stance and pushin her kick far past Hisano's body. Her attack would inevitably throw the girl off her momentum, and following it She's slip her other leg forward, hooking her heel against the girl's ankle and pulling to drop her to the ground, once more cradling the fall to ensure she didn't hurt her.

"Good fight kid, but maybe we should take a break" She'd suggest if this stopped attacks for a moment. "Have a seat. Let's talk. "

Amaya sort of huffed as she was, once again, nearly thrown on her butt. As Hisano spoke, she nodded and puffed a breath at her long hair, attempting to move it out of her way, before realizing she was actually going to need to straighten it herself. she was sweating quite a lot, and her breath control wasn't super working, but she still threw her coat back on, and plopped down on the bench it came from. Crossing her legs she would look at wherever Hisano put herself. "What *huff huff* did you need sensei?"
Here breathing made it a bit more dificult to speak, but all the same she tried to show some level of respect.
