The girl made her move Her first being that to throw three shuriken, but before the throw could be made Ryuk was already on the move. The hand was up suggesting taking aim with the weapon as she poked her head around the tree already taking a precaution Ryuk threw his own Kunai, which was held in his hand as he was in the process of putting it away when he saw the girl, at a speed of 5 which would meet with the three shuriken just 3 meters before the young man. The next move he mad was a simple one and it came naturally to him being an uzumaki. A chakra chain would form in his hand as he made his way closer to the other side of the tree, which he could only guess she would appear at next due to her ducking back around the tree, As the girl popped out on the other side he would already be at a close distance to the tree, that being around a meter or closer and throw the chain and as luck would have it he aimed at the right spot, you see if you in tend to injure or kill some on the easiest way is to aim for the biggest part of their body which in his case would be the torso, The kunai would deflect away as the chain made its way around the tree, the boy still moving at this point, and wrap around the tree sticking its self in just beside the girl if she did not move away. using this to his advantage he grabbed the chain with his other hand and pulled tight as he moved closer restricting he movement of the girl if all went as planned.

If this did go as planned he would be upon the girl and the next move he would make would be to take his knee and hit her in the stomach with it, it may not do much but it should have a little effect on her. "Now now if you dont use weapons i wont use any either...Deal? he asked her putting his hand around her throat and choking her a little bit awaiting her response.

Damn! He caught her after all! And now she is stuck to a tree none the less. If this was not a sign of embarassment, nothing was! Sighing she waited on him to come to her! Nw she wasn't expecting what happened next! He kneed her in the stomach. What kind of jerk was this guy? She was already stuck to a tree with a damn Chakra chain, so he knees her in the stomach to? She was about to answer him when he began to choke her!

"Deal!" She managed to say despite the hands wrapped around her throat! Yes, how intelligent, keep hurting someone who can't fight back! Way to go! You are some kind of special now aren't you! Kyo thought to herself! This guy was becoming more of a headache by the minute, and even though she was caught, she was more agravated at him than afraid of him!

She spoke the words he wanted to hear and while still holding her throat he let go of the chakra chain as it dissolved into nothingness. The grip still held he spoke "Begin." And with that he would try to sling the girl with all his might, that being a strength of 5, to the right of him, to her left possibly making stumble and maybe even fall if she was not expecting it. If successful he would make his next move of running towards her and attempt to kick her in the head. "Why dont you show me some more of those tricks that you used before?!?!?!" He said in a slightly shouting voice with a touch of insane in it. You see he knew that right now he could take this little girl with no problem so why not learn a thing or two while he could?

Normally, hearing the right word you release someone! Not in this case! He released the chain but kept his grip on her throat, and it didn't feel to good! He then flung her like a rag doll! This was not Kyohakus day! Sadly she was feeling frightened and out of options! She had no idea how to fight or any jutsus to use! Time for the basics. She decided to go for a kick to his stomach! He was a jerk after all, and he had not flung her far, just far enough to make her skip twice across the ground on her rear, and make her feel highly annoyed!
"Whatever you say." She said as she ran for him, and when she was only about six feet in front of him she extended her leg hoping to hit him in the center of the stomach! If it connected, he would fall backwards to the ground with a sore stomach, possibly vomiting from the force.

The girl seemed to have some kind of plan but it was for not. For As she hit the ground Ryuk was already on her with a kick aimed at the head striking her hard in the temple. "Come on now you can do better than that cant you?" He asked her as he began his next attack. At this point the girl would be twisted head away from him and her leg looked like a prime target to hit next with his leg still up from the kick he would bring it down in a swift motion heel first on the back of the young girls knee cap, possibly eliciting a cry a pain from her.

Making his next move directly after with his toes pointing up angled towards the girls buttocks he would shove forward with his full might making her tumble over. A laugh would escape his lips as he watched wondering what she might do about the assault.

Damn it! If there was one thing more humiliating than losing, it was being embarrassed on top of everything! She knew she had no way to win this now. She was weak, she had  barely any training and what little she knew were the basics! She was literally an embarrassment to herself, her brother and her clan. Tears welled up in her eyes! No! She can't let him see the tears in her eyes! This feeling made her want to die! In a way she hoped he would just end her life and kill her! The pain and fear she felt as a wave of emotions hit her!
There was no winning this against this kid! He was by far stronger than her and had more training than her! She had no one to run to now! And what if his intent was more than just killing her, what if he was going to torture her then kill her? What was she going to do? She had lost Hikarishi now and she was alone by herself! This can't be happening! No, everything she knew was gone now! Alone, scared and on the verge of losing what little she had left, her self respect! Maybe if she had a way to use her eyes, like all the other Uchiha she knew, maybe she could win this. She could use Genjutus. But her eyes weren't useful at this point. 
Suddenly something weird started to happen! Her eyes felt weird. Everything kind of turned an odd color of red similar to the color she saw when she activates her eyes.  But, there was something strange, she could feel her eyes starting to change! But, why? Never mind don't question it. She told herself, just let it happen! Was this a good thing? Suddenly, a third tomoe appeared in her eyes! Hikarishi had told her this would eventually happen. Maybe the humiliation, torment and fear of losing this fight was causing it to happen! Maybe there was something behind this after all. Despite this change in her eyes, she wasn't feeling better.
"Look, you win alright! I can't fight you asshole! You win, I lose. It's over now leave me alone!" She said looking away from him. She was hurting from being hit and kicked. And she was on the ground looking away from him! The last thing she wanted him to see was her eyes! Most Uchiha are murdered for there eyes and since she developed a new tomoe, she was sure her eyes would be wanted!

"I win...." It was an easy concept really but there was one issue with it it was to easy for him today he would look at the girl and shake his head. "And you call your self a ninja...." he said as he turned his back to her trying to think of the seals for jutsu that came from the academy he had watched so often but had barely went to. "Come on now...you cant give up that easily its just wrong fight until your last breath is in you and then you might be able to quit.....through death that is." he spoke looking back at the girl no longer interested in a fight but instead he saw her eyes they had changed from being red and having to small dots to having three.

"What did you do to your eyes?" he asked in interest.

Ryuk smiled as the girl didnt answer "Look if you want i can teach you more..." He said as he turned around walking away from the girl...Follow me if you want.
