I threw the kunai without any boosters on my character. My character has 100 speed and 35 strength witch adds up with the +40 to become 175. Should I just say I threw it at a slower speed?

As far as I'm aware, speed blitzing and autohits aren't allowed. This just means you need to give your opponent a sporting chance. If you threw the kunai at him at his RT, he wouldn't catch it but he would at least see it coming (as a blur) and could try to avoid. This rule usually keeps the new members safe from more powerful players who target them.

So yes, in my opinion, I would say lower speed to match RT. Feel free to get another opinion though as I kind of suck at battle modding. <3

Well since he's not using any boosters and it just happens to be that fast then its not really speed blitzing, at least not on purpose.

And not that it changes my opinion, Ashur said something about how he wasn't even actually aimming to hit Nejonin but instead it was just a warning of sorts. Either way I think that its valid, but I could be wrong xD.

Chronos feeling as though a fight was coming on started to walk to Ashur's right side by 5 meters feeling the wind blow, but stop right in front of the area between them because the tension was like a wall that had formed some sort of arena for the four of them. "Are we really about to do this right now?" Chronos asked in a slightly nervous tone. He then just stood there waiting for Ashur's or Nejonin's response.

Ashur nodded, and simply walked off like a badass.
"Sorry for the fright."
He ruffled Chronos's hair while seeing as if Nejonin and Jason would respond to him wanting to leave.
"Hey, you are my favorite so far, how about I train you a bit? I might surprise you, who knows."
Ashur walked off with a smile while envisioning the inner workings of a rasengan.
