The whispered conversation between Reizo and Komori was only heard between themselves as Saya’s attention was taken briefly by the waiter who had placed her order before her. By the time she had thanked the server Komori had already agreed to teach Reizo more about ninjutsu, and he was now expanding on the tattoos on his body. And Saya decided to let the topic of Kumogakure’s lack of attention to Reizo’s time in Hoshi recede into the back of her mind. It was something to think about at a later time.
She was chewing on a slice of tamagoyaki when Komori brought up his arm for them to see. Saya perched forward a bit more, not caring if she slightly pushed Reizo to the side, to appreciate the design. It was curious to her that Senshi made tattoos to help boost their strengths, and the girl was already trying to make a list of questions for her to ask Senshi the next time they saw each other.
”Did all of you guys get a tattoo from him?” Saya asked, head tilted in question when Komon’s name was mentioned. Maybe it was the jealous and greedy streak in the girl, but getting a tattoo was starting to sound nice. And when the Hozuki asked if she wanted to see the other tattoo, she replied with a simple “sure” and a nod of her head.
Wasn’t it normal to expect a similar tattoo on the other appendage? Saya certainly thought so and was caught off guard when the jounin quickly stripped off his jacket and shirt. She didn’t bat an eye at his half-nakedness, but simply applauded the work of art and how pretty his chakra flared around the image. ”Wow...” The girl could only nod in approval as she hopped off her stool to take a closer look at the glowing tattoo. It was indeed really cool. ”That tattoo does suite you, Komori. It looks great.”
Reizo, on the other hand, was more focused on Komori’s bodily structure than the tattoo. His appraisal of the other jounin’s body had Saya switching gears as she tried to find what Reizo had seen. There was an intense look on her face as she did so.
Komori’s body looked fine enough for a shinobi. Lean and muscular for his build. It was why a lot of the girls practically drooled all over him and his looks. However, after her gaze roamed over his toned body, Saya did see what Reizo had meant.
Then, as if to punctuate the difference between them, the blonde jinchuuruki pulled off his own outerwear. He was certainly more muscular compared to Komori’s lean frame and Saya only hummed critically as she was now holding and slurping her beef and noodles in front of her (after having retrieved it when Reizo was talking to Komori). Unbeknownst to the trio a small gathering of females (and some male) stood a good few yards from the food stall and began to whisper behind their hands.
”I like the designs Senshi put on you, Reizo,” Saya commented lightly before placing down her bowl of food on the counter so she could take a couple of steps to stand behind him to admire the works of her sensei. ”It’s very well done.” She lifted a finger and poked the skin where the Fu Dog’s eye was before tracing Reizo’s family name.
Looking at them with hopeful eyes, she asked, “Do you guys think Senshi would be able to give me one too? Or maybe, you know, teach me how to do it?”

With a loud yawn Renji would awaken from a short nap he had taken on a tree branch over looking the main gate. Since Returning from hoshi, the young genin had been pulling a lot of overnight guard duty. Whenever he was to tired to walk all the way home Renji would climb up into this tree to take a nap before heading home. Not a fan of being woken up in the middle of his sleep, the Hyuuga also had suppressed his chakra before falling asleep.
As he yawns again, Renji would wipe at his eyes in an attempt to help them adjust to the day light that was now assaulting them. Upon fully opening his eyes, one of the first things the young Hyuuga would notice is a small crowd of mostly women, and one man, amassing outside of a nearby food shack. Unable to see what’s going on from his vantage point, Renji would jump down from his perch, landing on one knee and makes the short jog over towards the food shack.
As he gets to the food shack, Renji would still have his chakra suppressed from earlier, so that no one would notice his presence unless they physically saw him. The crowd surrounding the shack had nearly doubled in size by now, forcing Renji to have to push his way though the crowd in order to get to the front.
Finally at the front of the crowd, Renji would notice his teammate Saya sitting at the counter, as she was having a conversation with two shirtless men. After future investigation, Renji would identify one of the two men as Komori, but who was the other? ( from where he was standing Renji would be unable to see Reizo’s headband.)
Not always the best at reading a situation, Renji would assume that Komori and Saya were on a mission to escort a foreign VIP through town, and that this VIP was from a village where the men did not where shirts or something. Not wanting to be rude or disrespectful, Renji would immediately throw off his jacket and shirt, throwing them on to one of the bar stools.
Years of running around the village as a youth coupled with his past year of shinobi training had been pretty good to Renji as he was quite muscular himself. Though he was nowhere near as physically imposing as the blonde hair man. Renji had more of a swimmers build to him.
Now shirtless like the other two men, Renji would walk up to the group and , looking to Saya and Komori would say “morning yall, I see you guys are on a mission, huh.” turning to the blonde haired man, The young Hyuuga would bow his head out of respect as he says “good day sir. I hope your trip has…” Renji would stop mid sentence as he finally notices the Kumo headband on the man’s head.
Half embarrassed, Renji would now be nervously scratching at the back of his head as he says “ha, sorry about that, I didn’t know you were from Kumo too.” Finishing his statement with and ear to ear smile as he continued to nervously scratch at his head hoping someone would say something quickly.

‘A simple wave’, Reizo thought. That’s a fine ass piece of art there, sir. Also the tattoo on the sculpted body was also based off of a series done by a man who had been painting for 60 years prior, so it was probably very hard to imitate. If only Komon were here, so he could actually read the jinchuuriki’s mind. ”Wow...” Saya had said. Komori, of course, took this to mean that she was checking him out and winked at her, which he was doing more and more lately. Overexposure and all. Also Reizo was giving him a weird look. “Reizo, buddy, you just got out of a coma that you’ve been in for a few months. You’re lookin’ a little flabby yourself. We both need to get more in shape,” Komori said over the sound of doing laundry against his washboard abs. Komori then placed his hand on Reizo’s right shoulder, breaking the Iron Armor Seal and unleashing the two tailed bijuu on the village out of his own pettiness. As for Saya’s questioning regarding the tattoos, Komori would respond with a rather confused look, switching to concern, “I haven’t seen Senshi since we were in Hoshi, actually. We could try finding him later, I’m sure he’d be okay passing on his teachings to you.” The Hozuki took this opportunity to flash a smile. “It’ll probably have to wait until you’re chuunin though,” Komori said with a lighter tone.
“Oh, hey, Renj’,” Komori said purposefully ignoring the second syllable to his name. He gave the new shirtless addition to their anti clothing club a once over, not noticing any tattoos on him, unless Komori was blind and/or too lazy to actually check. Oh well. Komori turned his attention back to his food for a moment, finishing it off and calling the stall’s vendor over to pay for all three of their meals. He would then turn back towards the Hyuuga. “Hey, man, do you want anything?” Komori would now notice, or at least admit to noticing, the small crowd that had formed nearby. Now he was in his natural habitat. He stood up, offering his seat to Renji. “It’s on me,” he said with a glimmering smile. Komori was now standing with his arms crossed over his chest, allowing him to flex his biceps without looking like a total tool, like how Reizo looked in general. He could have heard he heard one girl hit the ground as she fainted. He turned over to see that he was, in fact, right in his assumption, he one handedly signed the ram seal at a speed of 195, body flickering over to her at the swift speed of 295 with the wave tattoo covering his back beginning to glow further, because that was basically teleportation to civilians and his fellow comrades, and teleportation is awesome, yo.
“Are you okay, miss?” His electric blue eyes stared into her emerald greens as he offered her his hand, the small group around her trying and failing to suppress their squeals at the man who could hear grass crunching from 50 meters away. He pretended not to notice, however. He was an egotist, but he was not a total ass about it, at least. Her eyes seemed to gloss over slightly as she struggled to speak, picturing an entire life with Kumogakure’s most handsome jounin, Komori Hozuki, before snapping back to reality. Her shocked expression and flushed cheeks were dead giveaways she had succumbed to the temptation that is falling in love with Komori. For all intents and purposes, Komori was now distracted, but he would keep an ear out and chime in to the others’ conversation if the need arose, but for now, he was tending to his fan club.

Reizo pursed his lips at Komori's insinuation that he had lost some muscle from his coma. While that was undoubtedly true, the two were still not comparable at all in terms of strength or musculature. Even if Reizo had been in a coma for 8 years, through the magic of anime he would still be just as fit as when he had entered his coma. "Well that could only serve to motivate us to train even harder!" Reizo responded with enthusiasm, clenching his right hand into a fist.
At that moment, Reizo got chills up his spine as Saya traced his tattoo. Clutching his shirt and jacket to his chest like an exposed woman, the blonde hastily put his clothes back on. "AH- that felt weird..." he would complain. He would nod in agreement with Komori's statements regarding Senshi and the tattoo, and was about to add a couple of specifics when a new visitor arrived. He too, was shirtless. What the hell is going on... why can't you and your friends just behave normally, the cat grumbled from within Reizo's mental space. I uhh, don't know what to say, he replied.
The boy puzzled Reizo with his mentioning of Reizo's trip. How could he have known about his return? Did news really travel so quickly? Maybe Senshi set up other telepathic networks among the shinobi and that's how he found out? Too weird. the blonde thought. Komori would mention that the boy's name was Renj, which was unfamiliar to the Jounin. Perhaps this kid had gained popularity while he was in Hoshi? Was it possible this kid was in Hoshi as well? That would certainly explain how he knew about the traveling, unless of course it was some misunderstanding. Nevertheless, Reizo would ask none of these questions and simply address the Genin by introducing himself. "Hiya, I'm Reizo. Nice to meet you, Renj," he would say, extending his right hand for a handshake.
Komori would then pay for everyone's meals, which Reizo would've normally protested; however, it was a rather unusual act of charity from Komori, and so he remained silent and accepted it as a token of friendship. He would merely thank Komori for his kindness, and would have to repay the debt at a later date.
A crowd was starting to gather, no doubt to ogle at the display of virility the pair of Jounin had demonstrated. A young teenage girl seemed to pass out, which immediately caught the attention of Reizo as well as Komori. Being the show-off that he was, Komori teleported to the girl's side. Reizo on the other hand shot a quick look at Saya that implied "we should do something, we're medical nin", got up from his seat and squatted beside the lovestruck girl. As Komori had already covered the most basic of questions, Reizo sought to qualify the symptoms that the girl was showing. "Do you need water, Miss? Or perhaps something to eat? You don't have a fever do you?" he would ask, placing the back of one hand to her forehead and cheeks. She didn't seem to have a fever, it was possible she didn't eat or she was dehydrated. The likely reason was simply that she got too excited and it was just a one-off episode, but he had to be sure- it was his duty after all. "What's your name? Here, you should probably sit down and eat something," Reizo suggested (somebody else can come up with her name), now shooting Komori a look as if to say "bring her over to a stool and let her eat with us for a moment." The medical ninja simply wasn't allowed to let her go without proper treatment, it was part of his oath. The incident had caused even more people to gather, and now what had started as a small club of spectating pre-teens had expanded to include men and women of all ages, all questioning as to what had happened and why there were 2 shirtless shinobi there (Renji and Komori ofc).

Saya pulled her fingers away from Reizo’s back muscles, feeling him shiver from her touch. He quickly pulled his clothes back over himself. She snorted at his actions, though there was a mischievous grin pulling at her lips. What a girl. Maybe she’d do something like that again just to see him freak out. Yeah, that sounded like fun. And perhaps it was a bit sadistic, but one couldn’t deny a girl her form of entertainment.
”That would be acceptable. I can’t wait to see him again!” Saya replied to Komori. This time it was a genuine smile. One that didn’t seem mocking whenever it came to the Hozuki jounin (because his directed winks at her were starting to grate on her nerves), nor was it the impish one that she held earlier. ”And that’s fine. I’ll be starting those soon.” The kunoichi said before spotting her teammate approaching the trio.
He seemed to have arrived before Reizo threw on his clothing because she was now blinking at his state of undress. Saya raised a brow at him in question, ”Hey Renji. We’re not on a mission, but it’s great to see you…?” Her words trailed off for a second before the incessant thought in her mind was voiced out. ”Why are you half-naked?” Her inquiry came in hard, almost sounding exasperated with all the bare skin being shown. Not that there was anything wrong with it as evident of all the women (and some men) giggling and ogling the jounins’ bodies.
But just like she had done with Komori and Reizo, Saya’s eyes flickered to his muscles and shrugged. Renji was a taijutsu specialist and so of course his body would be quite nice to look at from a normal girl’s perspective. For Saya, they were simply flesh and connected muscle. A basis for movement and flexibility. That, and her densisitization was most likely due to having seen many a men during her hours at the hospital. While she had been eyeing her teammate with a critical look, Komori had paid for their meals.
How gentlemanly of him. Such acts would certainly boost them up her ladder of “good people.”
Before Saya could thank him, however, he had flickered over to the crowd and was hovering over a fallen woman. She did, indeed, catch Reizo’s pointed expression and returned his nod as she followed his lead. Turning back, Saya quickly addressed Renji, ”Bring a glass of water with you, please? Just in case the girl needs it.”
She arrived just a few seconds after Reizo, hovering over his shoulder as he asked her the standard questions in a medical situation. The swooning young woman blinked open her eyes, darting from Komori’s visage to Reizo’s. She couldn’t seem to utter out one word as she tried to answer the questions. ”Y-Ye… I-I… N-N-Nnngh…” Saya raised a brow at the girl’s incapability to speak. And so, the genin decided to reiterate Reizo’s questions again.
”Miss? Are you in need of water or food? Have you, perhaps, been feeling ill lately?” In doing so, however, the civilian girl’s eyes snapped to Saya and almost hissed at her obviously rude interruption. BUT, she was a sick citizen that clearly needed a man’s ministrations rather than a woman’s. ”O-Oh..... thank you, kind Sirs.... M-My name is.... Hakari.” And the poor girl didn’t know who to cling onto - dark and gorgeous Komori, or sunny and majestic Reizo?
Saya was taken aback by the sudden hostility and stepped away. That is, only to hear another woman give out a moan and sink to the ground in view of the jounin. Instincts had Saya moving in and kneeling by the girl, only for her to be slightly pushed away. The action was quickly followed by a very familiar voice, ”Not you, Saya! Oh my god. What are you, daft?” Whispered her longtime nuisance and fellow genin yearmate, Kaho. ”Actually. Here, just hold me and call them over.” The pseudo-patient took Saya's arms and wrapped them around her shoulder and over her stomach so that the Kirihara would have to support her deadass weight.
Of course. Kaho would pull something as stupid as fainting to gain an attractive man’s attention.
Saya could only sigh and roll her eyes at the girl. She swore that this girl would probably get her teammates killed in the future if she kept up her attitude. Nevertheless, she waved a hand over to the Hozuki and her Hyuuga teammate. ”Komori! Renji! We got another one.”

As he introduces himself to Reizo, Renji would be relived that No one had asked him why he was standing there shirtless as he was a bit embarrassed about the misunderstanding and not noticing Reizo’s headband. Just when Renji had started to think that his half nakedness would go by unnoticed, his teammate Saya would ask him “why are you half naked?” her words would cause the hairs on the back of Renji neck to stand on end as goosebumps would begin to rise across his body. A bit flustered by her inquire, the young genin would begin to speak a mile a minute; he wouldn’t really be saying anything just a bunch of nervous gibberish.
Luckily for Renji he would be saved by Komori, as the jouinin would offer Renji his seat and to pay for the groups meal “Saved by the gold brother” Renji would think to himself. Quickly taking the now vacant seat and burying his head into the menu, Renji would begin reading aloud items off of it that sounded good. In hopes of changing the conversation Renji would say from behind his menu “Say, Saya what do you recommend, I’m starving”, a nervous smile on the young boys face.
With his face buried deep in the menu, and his mind stuck on the embarrassing mishap that had just occurred, Renji would not notice as the lady from the crowd passes out. He’d also miss when Komori and Reizo snap into action to help her. Had it not been for Saya telling Renji “bring a glass of water with you, please? She might need it.” He probably would have missed the whole ordeal.
As he looks up from the menu, the Genin would see Saya rushing over towards Reizo and the downed girl. Not wanting to forget them, Renji would grab his cloths and stores them with his storage displacement jutsu. He would then Quickly grab the glass of water and pitcher the waiter had just set down for him and rushes over to Saya’s side. “is she going to be ok?” Renji would ask of the two medical ninja as he sets the pitcher down and hands Saya the glass.
Clearly out of his element when it comes to most things medical, Renji would back away in order to give them some space to work. Not sure what else to do, he would rush over to the crowd, which was still growing, and tries to corral them back “ please people give them some space to work here.” Renji would shout out as he tries to back the on lookers away.
Apparently winning a match in the gladiator arena came with quite a bit of fan fare as the crowd would not listen to the young genin’s request. Instead they would be shouting and cheering towards the shirtless jounin. One lady even yelling to him “please, sign my baby!” as she holds her son out past Renji’s out stretched arms in hopes of getting an autograph.
Just as the crowd was getting to large to handle, a patrol group from the gate would come by, relieving Renji of having to hold back the crowd. It would be at this point when Renji would hear Saya say they had another one. Seeing as Reizo was already tending to the first person who had passed out, Renji would quickly rush to see if he could be any help with this new patient they had.
Sweating and a bit out of breath as he gets over to the two girls, Renji would recall his jacket from his storage dimension. “here you go ma’m, you don’t want to catch a cold.” Renji would say as he hands the jacket to the girl. He would then look to his more medically inclined teammate for further instructions on what to do next.

Reizo tried stealing Komori’s thunder so he punched him in the face.
Ah, the mind was a beautiful thing, especially when nobody could hear his thoughts, since Komon was not around. Also Reizo put his clothes back on because his masculinity was challenged by Komori. Both of them stared into the void, but Reizo blinked. Komori held the girl’s hand as Reizo and Saya began doing medical stuff, which the Hozuki had never excelled at, as he had never studied the subject. Between Reizo, Senshi, Saya, and maybe Sakana he could not remember, Kumogakure had a plethora of medical shinobi. Meanwhile, he and Senshi were the only fuinjutsu shinobi of note, and with Senshi’s absence, it looked like every sealing related issue would fall into his lap instead.
The girl looked up at Komori, ignoring Reizo mostly since he was the inferior one, her eyes shining at his. “It’s okay, Hakari, you’re safe now,” the tall, dark, and handsome Hozuki would say, not noticing Saya wandering off. That was until a moment later when she called him specifically, in addition to Renji but whatever, so Komori gave her one last comforting look before addressing Reizo, “Make sure she’s okay. If she needs food or anything, just ask me and I’ll cover the cost.” It was easy for him to do so, with his savings. He had just recently made a few thousand ryo in the most recent gladiator match, which had brought him both fame and fortune, so he had enough to go around. Save for the kage, he was probably the richest shinobi in the Land of Lightning. “PLEASE SIGN MY BABY,” came from somewhere in the crowd.
He made his way over to Saya. “Another girl? Heatstroke must be brutal,” Komori said, ignoring the fact that his god like body was the cause of this. He held up a fist towards the sun. “Damn you, sun!” His toned body glimmered in the sunlight, his eyes closed for dramatic effect as he dropped to his knees. Nevermind that this was in the middle of winter or something like that. He opened his eyes once more, his attention focused on the equally melodramatic girl in front of him. “What’s your name?” he asked softly as she shifted her body weight off of Saya and onto Komori’s lap instead, the jacket that Renji gave her covering her lower body like a blanket. She shuddered against his touch as he steadied her. “I-It’s Kaho. I-I’m still c-cold,” she managed to say before shivering again. “Saya,” Komori said as he looked up towards her. “Do you mind grabbing my shirt from over there?” He fully knew that this might bother her so he through in something else. “If you do, I’ll buy you more foooood,” he said with his voice elevated in a teasing manner. Assuming she or someone did so, the jacket would be placed over her upper body as she snuggled up closer to Komori, who was still making sure she was okay. He noticed that Renji was sort of standing there, seemingly waiting for instructions or something. “Hey, Renj’, you’ve earned yourself a break if you’d like. Things seemed to have settled down here, why don’t you make sure to eat.” With that, Komori would attempt to help the young girl up, probably pissing off Saya somehow in the process as Reizo would essentially do the same thing that Komori was doing but in a less cool manner.

Luckily for Komori, he decided against punching Reizo.
The blonde Jounin would take control of the situation with Hakari. Komori could only offer words of reassurance, he was useless when it came to actually assessing and resolving medical issues. Helping the girl to her feet, Reizo would escort her to the empty stool next to where Renji had been sitting. He wanted to make sure the girl could stand on using her own power. She seemed to be doing rather well for herself, and the boy questioned whether she had even needed much assistance at all, or if she had simply faked it for attention. "Boy, Komori sure is being generous today. Something must've put him in a really good mood. Well, you heard him- you're entitled to anything on the menu. You should really eat something in case it's your blood sugar or pressure that's low," he would say to Hakari, skeptical of his own words.
Reizo glanced back in the direction of Komori where he was helping some other girl. While it's nice you're being so generous, you're gonna go broke at this rate. We should dip as soon as Renji's finished eating. What are they so excited about anyway? he telepathically asked the Hozuki, completely oblivious to the fight that had taken place between the two brothers. And I want the real answer, not a sarcastic joke, he added, reading that Komori would try to play off some joke about his goods bringing all the girls to the yard.
After Hakari was handed her menu, Reizo would return to his seat and order a pitcher of hot tea for the group. He poured some for himself, and then for Saya. Assuming Renji returned to his seat to eat, he'd offer some to him as well while Komori settled Kaho down. The Jinchuriki would sip on the scalding beverage as delicately as possible so as to not burn himself, closing his eyes to try to find some peace of mind. The commotion was starting to bother the blonde; he intentionally arrived back in the village unannounced to avoid attention and confrontation. He deliberated scaring the crowd off by using display of power or letting the Cat put on its own display, but it seemed she had managed to fall asleep amid all of this. It was as though she intentionally timed her sleep patterns to annoy him most when he was trying to sleep.

Right before the whole fainting event happened, Saya would have said to her teammate, ”I’m not exactly sure. You can never go wrong with meat and fried food though.” She had pointed to a couple of choice dishes before she had been whisked away by duty. And that was her current situation now. Saya had taken the glass that Renji had taken at her request (and she did notice the pitcher of water as well; bless her teammate) and kind of held it idly in her hand.
Hakari, as she had introduced herself, made it quite clear that she would not be tended to by a girl. She seemed completely enamoured with both jounin, even sending a side-eye glance at Renji when he had been trying to push the crowd away. Saya couldn’t help but frown even more when Komori requested that she go get his shirt to give to her yearmate. A vein pulsed above her temple. Did he really…? Wait, wait. Food. He offered her food. The young genin narrowed her eyes at the two - Komori plastering on his idiotic grin and Kaho with her half-smirk and half-surprised expression.
Hmph. Saya downed the water that was meant for the so called patients and handed it to a nearby civilian patrol. She then reached out for Renji’s wrist (simply because they would not be needed any longer) and stalked towards the food stall. ”Girls can be so ridiculous,” Saya hissed her breath, hoping that no one heard her though it was possible that her teammate did. She placed the glass on the counter with a hard yet quiet thud before picking up the Hozuki’s shirt and zipping back to the duo while at that moment in time Reizo was helping Hakari get settled on an empty stool.
With a swift movement Saya snatched Renji’s jacket off of Kaho and practically threw Komori’s shirt at her simpering face, and catching her fellow genin off guard. The dark brown haired genin clawed the shirt off her face and instinctively snarled, ”W-What the! Saya, you - ! ! ! ” Her expressions flickered between her “oh-woe-is-me-I’ve-fainted-and-I-can’t-get-up-I-need-a-man” and the usual “this-bitch” before sticking to the former. She dramatically hunched closer to Komori and whimpered. ”O-Oh… My head. That hurt my already aching head.”
”Oh, really? My apologies, Little Miss,” Saya replied sweetly. Complete with her customary “I am a medical ninja and must be patient” smile. ”It slipped.” Then she addressed the Hozuki with a blank look, ”You owe me dinner for a week.”
With that said she turned on her heel, not caring of Komori and Kaho’s reaction to her demand (because really, he didn’t specify anything about his offer so she was just going to fill in the details for him). At the scene of the food stall, Saya lightly tossed the Hyuuga’s jacket to other half-naked man. ”Put on your clothes, Renji. I don’t want you to catch a cold.” As she spoke Saya chanced a glance at their first patient and found that she kept sneaking hopeful looks at Reizo, who had poured them some tea.
Komori and Kaho had settled down on the other stools. Saya’s hackles rose, prompting her to adding more to her conversation with Renji. ”Not that jacket though. Burn it. You’ll be infected with that girl’s incurable disease - stupidity.”
As if realizing her own hostile tone Saya pinched the bridge of her nose before taking the small cup of tea and downing it like she had with the water just moments before. Why was it so hard to control her emotions when it came to her academy classmate? Even the presence of poor Hakari rubbed her the wrong way. Though the latter might be justified as the emerald-eyed girl was trying to caress his arm in attempt to gain his attention. Was that... a ring on her left fourth finger? Hakari was a taken woman?
She could feel her blood pressure spike at the implied conclusion before deciding to slip between them and asked the jinchuuriki, ”More tea, please?”

As he stands there with not much else to do, Renji would look over to his empty seat and the menu he had left open on the table. Seeing this would remind Renji of the dishes that Saya had recommended earlier before all of this started. “hmm, I guess I’ll try the fried beef.” The young Hyuuga would think to himself. His stomach growling as he shifts his attention back to Komori, Saya and Kaho.
Not paying attention , Renji would miss Komori’s request of Saya. Turning around just as Komori had finished his statement, Renji would only see that his teammate is clearly visibly upset. Now staring at the pulsating vein on Saya’s head “Say, what, are you trying to unlock your Byagugan.” Is what Renji would want to say to her, but judging by how upset she looked Renji knew that he was probably best off not saying anything. Besides, From the looks of it her anger was focused on Komori, and Renji wanted none of that fire directed at him.
In between tending to Kaho, Komori would tell Renji he can take a break and to get something to eat. However, before Renji could get a chance to thank the shirtless jounin, he would be quickly whisked away by his teammate. As she’s leading him to the shack, Renji would think that he heard Saya mumble something under her breath. But he would miss most of it as he was mumbling under his own breath “if she sprouts a Byakugan, I’m going to pass out.” As he still can see the vein pounding on the girls forehead.
Finally back at his seat Renji would grab a menu and quickly places his order “umm, one large fried beef special, and the cool shirtless man over there is going to pay for it.” A smile on his face as he points towards Komori.
The waiter would have a shocked look on his face at first before it quickly turns to a smile “you mean the man, the myth, the Legend? The undefeated champ. I could never charge him, he won me a ton of money in the arena” the waiter would say as his smile transforms into a greedy grin. He would then hand Renji his plate and goes back to doing waiter things.
Having not eaten since yesterday, Renji quickly grab a knife and fork and digs into his meal. Holding nothing back, he would be eating like a savage, losing the knife and fork within seconds and opting to use his hands as they allowed him to shovel more food into his mouth at a much faster rate.
Renji would finish his food at world record pace, giving off an audible burp as he rubs his now full belly. With a smile on his face he would say “now that was good, my complements to the chef.”
By now, it had been a while since the start of the whole fainting ordeals, and Renji’s adrenaline was starting to wear off. He would once again be feeling the brisk winter air across his body, and with out the adrenaline rush, the air was Freezing; causing the boy to shiver a bit. Saya must of seen that Renji was cold as she would tell him to put back on his cloths as she tosses over his jacket to him.
Recalling his shirt from his storage dimension The young Hyuuga would quickly throw it on. It would almost instantly relive him the cold air. Just as Renji was about to put his jacket on, Saya would Tell him to burn it instead. Not wanting to piss off his teammate, Renji would simply store his jacket back into his storage dimension. “you know, Saya, you’d make one hell of a hyuuga.” Renji would say to her with a smile on his face as he thinks about the vein that was just pulsing on the girls temple.
It was as if Reizo had read Renji’s mind, as some tea was just what the young genin needed to wash down the meal he had just ate. Grabbing a cup the Hyuuga would take a sip of his beverage, thanking the blonde jounin as he does so.
