Backstory: The Sealing Masters of Uzushiogakure had developed a seal that would store extensive knowledge of a subject into one tiny book. At the height of their power the Uzumaki had filled an entire library with these books and used them to train up on a variety of different subjects with ease. With the destruction of the village long ago these books were scattered across the land and are now seen as highly valuable to those to seek to gain knowledge.

Description:The user can swap one specialty for another without having to pay the WC requirement. The user may also use the item to learn a new specialty for free should they meet the power rank requirement. Any learned jutsu from the swapped specialty cannot be used and cannot be refunded for WC.
