Backstory: Scholars throughout history have used scrolls to write down knowledge and information. These scrolls may contain knowledge about various techniques that users can extract for their use.

Health:-
Description: The user immediately consumes the scroll to learn a jutsu without a WC requirement. The user must meet all requirements of the jutsu to understand it. These claims can only be made on a player's stat page.

A particular rank will accompany each scroll. A player may learn a jutsu of that rank or lower with the scroll. (For Example, a player with a B rank jutsu scroll may learn any jutsu B Rank or lower). This mythical item cannot be sold to Rusty's Resale or any shop for profit.
