Backstory: Inspired by the Kurama clan of old, practitioners of this technique isolate parts of their psyche, and by placing them inside of a shadow clone, the application of nature chakra can slowly bring 'life' to these psychological fragments. Whether or not they count as individuals is up to debate, as they're technically not complete people, but none can deny their effectiveness.


Appearance: The user forms a shadow clone, then imbues it with nature chakra. During this time, the shadow clone can seem hazy, shifting between many forms as if trying to decide what form best suits it. Ultimately, their appearance is up to the user OOC, but the characters do not have a choice IC.

What it does: After forming the technique handseals, the user meditates with their palm on the Yang Manifestation's forehead, waiting as they slowly began to take shape. In character, this can take hours or minutes, and may involve odd dreams, feelings, or visions. Such effects are purely for CD, and due to the long time frame required for the manifestations to take shape, this technique cannot be used during a combat topic.

Living clones follow existing special technique rules, and a maximum of two can be in existence at any given time under the control of one person. Although they CAN start with one of the user's specialties or elements, it is not a requirement; neither is it a requirement for them to inherit their user's natural bloodline (though they certainly can).

Clones created through this method have distinct chakra signatures, and may not necessarily feel like the user.

Yang Genjutsu Manifestations have two unique features:

Natural Yang: Clones created through this technique start with the Nature Chakra Proficiency skill. However, it is locked until they hit C-power rank, unless they transplant or inherit a bloodline that allows early access of the skill. Once this skill is active, clones share a nature stack pool with their user; in order to use this feature, they must be within the same thread and within 100m of each other. Due to this connection, any cooldowns between nature chakra-based techniques that both the clones and the originator know are shared. Should they leave this area, nature chakra stacks are split evenly between the clones with any remainders that don't split evenly being lost.

It should be noted that clones created by this technique can only gain a maximum of one nature stack per post- regardless of current transplants, bloodlines, or active summons. Any additional nature stacks gained by a clone that passes this cap dissipates and is lost.

Id Manifestation: Yang Manifestations are ultimately born through splintered aspects of their creator's psyche. As a result, techniques used by clone or creator alike that do not affect the user will not affect the other clones/creator. Friendly fire is 100% still possible, as this will not defend from walking into a fireball or similar. In order for this to be active, though, the character(s) in range of the technique have to pay a flat 5/10/20/30/40/50 per post, depending on the rank of the technique they're in.
