Training [private]

-speed-
Kino was
in his office, looking over some papers. He was bored as hell. He remembered he
had already gotten the peace with Sunagakure done, so now he would train. He
had guaranteed that he would train, guaranteed himself anyways. He made his way
out of his office, taking of his Raikage robes, and his Raikage hat. He took
off all the things the kage would normally wear to multiple things in a day,
and put on his old outfit. He put on his black shirt he normally wore for
training. He put on his black pants. And he also dragged out his cloak which he
normally wore when going out, whether it be training, or a rather simple trip
to the shops for some food. He was deciding to put his hood up. He usually put
his hood up over his head when he would go out, but that was to make sure his
face wasn’t seen. He disliked it when someone would look at him, though in the
recent few days he had stopped putting the hood up, just because he had felt
like it. He took out his old sword, and put it beneath his cloak, and covered
it up. He used his cloak to hide his weapons; normally it would surprise his
enemies when he pulled it out for a surprise attack, but other times they would
handle it rather calmly. He made his way out of his office; he had planned on
training for the rest of the day so he had cleared any work he had today. He
knew the ANBU would be able to handle the jobs Kino had given them, and he gave
all genin squads, chuunin, and Jounin missions to avoid them coming into the Raikage’s
office. He headed out, with his hood up so the people wouldn’t recognize Kino
as easy as when he wears the Raikage’s robes. He would jump on top of the roof
tops to avoid detection from the civilians, the Kumogakure buildings were built
rather tall, so it would be unlikely that Kino would be caught on top of the
roof tops. He would continue to run through the village, just jumping around
the roof tops, he would run across them when he would land on them. His cloak
was flying through the air as he ran, along with the wind pushing it along. The
weather was nice out today, a rather perfect day for training. The sun high in
the sky, with what seemed to be no clouds in the sky at all; the wind was
moving rather calmly, slowly. Everything seemed to be calm today. If Kino would
have considered the weather, he may have let some genin squads get in some
training, instead of sending them all on missions and giving them work that
would most likely last all day long.
He would
continue to jump through Kumogakure, getting in a small work out, running
around, and jumping on most of the buildings in Kumogakure. He was considering
going out of the village to train, a better place to train. He ran and jumped
across the buildings, jumping off the sides off of buildings and headed for the
Kumogakure village gates. He would stop, taking a short rest after jumping on
the roof tops, jumping off the sides of some buildings and running across the
roof tops, to take a small, short, tiny break. He would sit on tall buildings,
on the edge of the building looking down at the people, running around the
village heading for their jobs, or they were heading out towards the shops.
Kino would get up, and jump off the building. His cloak would fly as he headed
off the building, the wind also helping the cloak fly. Kino would have his left
foot ahead of most of his body. His left foot would hit the surface of the next
building, and Kino had landed safely. He would continue to run across the
building, and then jump again once he would reach the very edge of the building
he had landed on top of. He continued to make his way for the Kumogakure
village gates, ready to begin his training. He had decided to train in a jutsu
that an Uchiha would normally perform to show that the Uchiha has matured. Kino
would run nonstop towards the village gates, ready to begin his true training.
After a while, he would arrive at the village gates, he had ran for a while,
Kino’s office was in the center of Kumogakure. He would remain on top of the
village buildings, and jump over to the gates top, and jump off and avoid
detection, though maybe few shinobi had seen Kino, might not have recognized,
or might not have bothered to think of why Kino was out.
-Strength-
Kino was
now far from Kumogakure, he was thinking of what to do. He had considered more
exercising, yes; he had decided to do some more, simple exercising. He was
going to attempt to lift rather large rocks, or some would call boulders. He
would walk up to a boulder, and place his hands underneath it. He would bend
his legs, looking to avoid any injury. When one doesn’t bend their legs while
attempting to lift something rather heavy, it is possible that they might break
their leg, or sprain one, or maybe even both if not careful. While Kino wanted
to get stronger, he wanted to keep himself safe and avoid any injury if
possible. He would begin to attempt to lift the boulder up, though it was
indeed heavier than Kino had originally thought. He would continue to try and
lift it, not succeeding at all. He would stop, after getting nowhere after ten
minutes. He would get into a battle stance, his fists raised into the air and
his feet, in the same spot as before. He would begin to punch the boulder, over
and over again not really stopping for any breaks, just focusing on gaining
more strength, more power. That power was going to help Kino defend and protect
Kumogakure from anything or anyone that would dare to threaten one of the
greatest shinobi villages in the shinobi world. It was true, Kumogakure was not
the greatest village the shinobi world has ever known, yet, it was still one of
the greatest. Kino now would make it his job to protect, and enhance Kumogakure
until it is the greatest shinobi villages the shinobi world has ever known. He
would continue to attack the boulder, faster and faster, his hands getting
bruised each time he hit the thing, leaving near or no damage to the rather
large boulder at all. He placed both his fists, acting like they were in a
punching form on the boulder, both right in front of him. He would begin the
push; pushing both hands against the rock attempting to push it forward a great
distance. He had managed to push it a bit, but had soon gotten tired. He wasn’t
too strong, but he was planning on getting stronger with this training he was
doing at the moment. He stopped, deciding it was a good time to make his way
towards the other mountains and begin his true training, instead of just
exercising.
-Chakra-
Kino
walked up to a rather large mountain, thousands of feet into the air. He had
not known exactly how tall the mountain was, he had just now looked at it. He
charged his chakra into his feet, he had something else in mind for chakra
control training, this was just a warm up. He planted his left foot flat on a
flat surface on the mountain, and then pulled his right foot up above the left
foot and placed down on top of the flat surface, the mountain. He would begin
to run up the mountain, his hands by his sides, ready to grab something if he
would fall. He kept his focus, so that he wouldn’t charge too much chakra into
his feet and break into the mountain, or he wouldn’t charge less than the
necessary amount of chakra. He would continue to run up the mountain, his eyes
keeping an eye on where he ran making sure he didn’t run into anything, though
there wasn’t really that much to run into. Kino didn’t know how much things
there was to run into when running on the side of a mountain, but he had
expected maybe, tree branches? Cracks in the mountain, those needed to be
avoided. Soon enough, Kino would find a cliff just a few feet above him; he
would stop flowing his chakra into his feet, and reach his hand out, grabbing
the ledge of the mountain cliff. The sun was already going down, Kino didn’t
seem to have much more time, but he had ordered his ANBU ninja to cover up
Kino’s absence for now, he had two more days after today.
He would
stop for now, laying his head on the side of the mountain, far from the ledge
of the cliff. He waited overnight, not really getting any sleep at all. After
the sun would rise again, he would awaken. His eyes would open, and his arm
would move towards his eyes and rub the sand out of them, the sand most people
had woken up with in the morning or maybe even after a short nap. He took a
deep breath, getting some fresh air then letting it out right after, and
snapped his fingers. He placed his right hand on his neck, right below his
chin, and twisted his neck over to the left a bit as it made a snapping sound.
He looked off the cliff, now it was his time to train. He was about to do
something he hadn’t done in a while, ever since the academy. The very last time
he did this was during the Kumogakure Village’s Academy graduation exam.
Indeed, he was about to perform a jutsu. He would begin to think of the first
time he had performed a jutsu, it was before he had even entered the shinobi
academy.
[Flashback
timez :O]
Kino had
awoken. A young child, about the age of a normal child that would enter the
academy. Kino was not in the academy however, his parents, the ones not
allowing him to enter the academy yet, were shinobi. The reason they were not
allowing him to enter was that because they did not want Kino to become a
shinobi. Kino would wander around the village, doing his chores, shopping for
his parents while they were on their mission. He had no real friends, he was
kept inside most of his life and he has never really liked to talk to people,
even with his own family. He just stayed inside for most of his childhood,
lying in his bed doing nothing. Even after a few months, Kino wouldn’t be
allowed to enter the shinobi academy. However, sooner or later he would begin
training on his own. He soon found a teacher, an outsider, a missing ninja most
likely. Kino befriended this man, not knowing who or what he was; he just knew
he was a shinobi. Kino asked the man to train him, and the man accepted, most
likely planning something, or he just was kind. Kino told him he was from the
Uchiha clan, once the man had asked his clan. The training had begun, Kino was
being trained by a missing nin, a nuke nin. The first thing, and apparently the
last thing. They would begin to train, a jutsu. A fire style jutsu, commonly
used by the Uchiha clan. The jutsu was a rather known, and used one. Fire Ball
Jutsu. This jutsu was normally used to tell when an Uchiha had matured; Kino
was training it having no knowledge of chakra, or jutsu. He had no knowledge of
anything that really involved shinobi; the only thing he knew was how to defend
himself with small weapons. He was taught the hand signs, aand then eventually
he had mastered the fire ball jutsu. After a few weeks after mastering the fire
ball jutsu, well, not mastering but first performing after quite a bit of
training, the man was killed, murdered by Kumogakure shinobi. Kino’s first
sensei, his first teacher had been killed by his own village; he had no idea on
how to feel. But he got over it rather quickly, after being told the man was
planning on killing Kino. Kino had believed them, and continued his boring
life.
[End
.>.]
He looked
at the rising sun, not directly at it however. He held his hands up, soon
pulling them closer towards each other. Performing a series of hand signs, one
after another and moved his chakra from his chest, up towards his mouth. He
spit out his chakra, and a small fire ball came out. It was rather small, just
a small burst of flames. It had been a while since Kino had performed the
jutsu; it had been a while since he had performed any jutsu really… The last
time he had performed the jutsu, the genin exams. No, the last time was the
chuunin exams, but it was just for a second, a simple clone technique, just an
academy jutsu. Before that, it was during the genin academy exams, he had to
perform the three basic jutsu, transformation technique, substitution
technique, and the clone technique. After the genin exams, he had never really
used another jutsu again, besides the clone technique in the chuunin exams
second exam, the forest of death. He decided to get into some more chakra warm
ups before practicing the jutsu once more. He turned around, and looked at a
flat part on the large mountain he had climbed. He ran forward, soon pushing
his left legup and slamming his left foot on the flat part of the mountain,
then using his left foot to pull him up, and place his right foot on the
mountain. He would begin to walk up the mountain, one step at a time, slowly.
Time would pass; he was focusing on his chakra, keeping his chakra perfectly
even at the exact right amount that was needed to keep him on the side of the
mountain, to keep him from falling, falling to his death. He was taking small
steps, unlike earlier when he was running on the side of the mountain. He had
more focus when he was walking, walking slowly, moving his feet only a few
inches forward passed the other one. He took a deep breath, keeping focused
trying not to charge or focus too much chakra into his feet, or else he would
break the side of the mountain. The side of a mountain was rather hard, it
would take a bit of chakra to break the side of the mountain, unlike when
climbing a tree, the tree’s bark is much weaker than the side of a mountain. He
would continue, soon reaching yet another cliff around noon. He ran for it,
losing his focus in the amount of chakra he was storing in his feet, he would
soon not have enough chakra and fall off of the mountain; he would reach out
for the cliff and barely grab the edge of the mountain. He pulled himself up,
as some of the edge of the cliff broke off into small little pebbles, and hit
Kino’s forehead and face. He would continue to try and pull himself up, soon
enough the part of the cliff broke off, just a small bit of it but that what
was what he was holding on to. He would fall backwards. He performed a single
hand sign as his feet would slide against the mountain, and focus chakra into
his feet. He would begin to stop falling, and now was standing on the side of
the mountain with just barely enough chakra to hold him on the mountain. He
would slowly walk for the cliff, trying to calm down and focus his chakra at
the same time. He would soon get on top of the cliff, and get far from the edge
of the cliff, laying his back on the side of the mountain resting up a bit.
After about an hour, in the afternoon he would get back up, and look right at
the blue sky, as the sun was just above him, not exactly above him but close
enough. He would take a deep breath, and perform hand signs once more. He would
take in a deep breath, and then blow out a small fire ball, still not the
normal, average size for a proper fire ball when someone uses the fire ball
jutsu. He would perform the hand signs once more, one after another and take in
another deep breath, then blow out once more with a larger sized fire ball
jutsu, but still not at the average size.
He would
continue to perform the fire ball jutsu, still not getting the average size of
it. He would just stop wasting his chakra and lay down for a quick rest. He
would close his eyes, and begin to sleep. He was climbing up the mountain, yet
again using his chakra. He had a small amount of chakra stored in his feet as
he walked up the size of the mountain slowly, and tired. He would continue as
the strong winds, with enough power to blow him far off the mountain, blew. The
clouds around him made it harder to see now; he was far, far off the ground. He
was a few thousand feet in the air, maybe three thousand, and four, possibly
even five. He kicked a small little ledge on the mountain, it was small, Kino
wouldn’t be able to sit on it, not even stand on it. It was maybe about ten
inches tall, and just barely came off the mountain. It would fall, as Kino
would trip only slightly and get right back up, his chakra keeping his foot
just barely on the mountain as he fell forward then back due to gravity. He
would continue, looking back seeing nothing but the grey clouds. His cloak hung
back as he would turn his head back in front of him, while walking. The wind
pushed his cloak, making it flap around like a flag on a flag pole, it was very
windy. Soon enough, he became too tired. He couldn’t focus anymore, he would
fall back losing the amount of chakra he had stored in his feet, his eyes
widened, and then quickly closed as he fell back into the dark, grey clouds. He
fell thousands of feet. Yet he was asleep while he fell, soon he had only a few
hundred feat left before he would hit the ground. He couldn’t think, he
couldn’t perform any action; he soon enough fell, and seemingly met his doom.
Kino
jumped up, he was on the side of a cliff, safe and sound. His heart was
pounding as he had thought he had fell off the mountain just as he was near the
top, His eyes were opened wide, he was breathing heavily. He calmed down after
a few seconds, noting it was only a dream. It was night time, and he didn’t
feel like going to sleep. He would stand up, and perform hand signs once more.
He would just continue to perform the hand signs, practicing them, perfecting
them over time. After maybe, an hour of just performing the set of hand signs
that were required to perform the fire ball jutsu, he would perform the hand
signs once more, focusing the chakra from his chest, forcing up into his mouth.
He took in a deep breath, and blew out. When he had blown out, a fire ball came
out. This fire ball was unlike the other ones he had blew out earlier, this one
was the average size for this jutsu. He would perform the hand signs once more,
forcing his chakra which was stored in his chest up towards his mouth. He blew
out, yet another average sized fire ball blew out. Done, he was now finished
with training with the fire ball jutsu once more.
Kino would
sit back, thinking of a different jutsu to train. Yes, that one. He had quickly
thought of a nice, fire style jutsu. Phoenix Flower Jutsu. It was a jutsu that
Kino had been meaning to train, yet never really got the time. He would stand
up, and perform the proper hand signs for the jutsu. He would focus his chakra
from his chest up to his mouth, just like to fire ball jutsu. Most fire style
techniques would have fire chakra going up from the chest, up to the mouth. He
would blow out and small little fire balls would burst out, multiple ones.
After that, he had felt tired. He would go lay down, planning on heading back
to Kumogakure tomorrow when he would awaken.
The sun
rose, Kino had awoken once the sun had appeared just slightly. It shined into
his eyes, he had trouble seeing. However, that would not stop him from heading
down the mountain. He put his hood on his cloak up above his head, and shielded
his eyes slightly from the sun. He would turn backwards, facing the mountain
while he stood near the edge of the mountain. He jumped back, facing straight
down like an arrow, his feet pointing down towards the ground and his head
pointed up towards the sky as he would begin to fall down from the mountain. He
stuck his hands out as he would begin to fall, and grab on to the ledge before
falling any father. He moved his foot down, while looking down. He was looking
for a small crack in the mountain that he could fit his foot in, even if it is
just barely. After hours, he would make it to the first cliff he had rested on;
it was nearly time for the sun to go down now. He continued down the mountain,
he was now headed home to Kumogakure and make up for the amount of time he spent
skipping over his work. Soon enough he would get to the bottom of the mountain
once more.
[Element
training; counts as chakra training.]
Kino was
in his office, looking over yet some more papers and documents for him. He had
misses a few days, so he had extra work for today. He had recently arrived in
Kumogakure after getting down from a mountain, just when the sun started to
set. He made his way through the night, heading for Kumogakure. He was on the
ground, while Kumogakure was high in the air, on the mountain. He had to climb
the mountain, in order to get back to Kumogakure before the sun would rise up
into the sky once more; he needed to return to his job as the Raikage of
Kumogakure. He had made it, just in time. He had got into his kage chambers
right when the sun began to show its face to the world for all to see. He
picked up another document, and began reading it. It had plenty of Paragraph,
ten, maybe more. He didn’t bother to count to number of paragraph on a paper,
he just grabbed them random. Some might just look for the paper with the least
amount of work involved, but Kino just grabbed it randomly and got his work
done so he could begin to train once more. Kino had gotten determined to train,
now that he was Raikage he needed to defend Kumogakure, from those who plan to
attack it, and to defeat its enemy. Kino was currently thinking in what to
train in. He looked at most other chuunin and Jounin and noticed a large
difference from them and Kino, well, might not have been so large. It was
actually a minor difference, well, for some might be minor. Others it may be a
large difference, though it depends on the person. He had noticed the difference was element
release. Kino, had fire release, it is rather strong when a wind release jutsu
hits it, yet is defeated by a water technique. He was thinking, Jounin usually
had two, at least in Kumogakure, and the chuunin normally had one or two. Kino
had decided on the next thing he was going to train for, a new element. He took
a nice, blank sheet up paper and put it between his first two fingers. He began
to charge chakra into it, thinking of the element he would decide to train
with. He looked at Kumogakure, most of the shinobi were known for the lightning
release. Mostly the Raikage, he had quickly decided on the topic. He would
train for lightning release. He would flow his chakra up to the piece of paper,
only to get it burnt. He threw the piece of paper in a trash bin right next to
his desk. He let out a sigh, looking at the large stack of paper work. He took
the one on top, looking at the paragraphs. He sighed again, and began to read.
He knew it was work now, and then train later. He continued to read, his eyes
got sore after a while but he would get this done before doing any more
training. He would sign the papers, few of them. He then would work on
assigning the missions to the genin teams. He assigned the weakest of the genin
teams harder missions which required more work, it was still a D ranked
mission, just required more effort than normal D ranked missions. He wasn’t
attempting to be mean to the weaker genin squads; he just assigned harder
missions to them so they could put in more effort, and soon become better. Once
they advance in skill, then they would most likely be put on missions which
required less effort, until they would reach chuunin, however. He did sometimes
assign harder D ranked missions which required more effort to the more advanced
genin squads, but that was when most of the weaker ones were on missions
already. He soon got done with his work; he sighed, and got up. He leaned back,
snapping his back as he went further back. Then he stood up, he move his right
hand to just below his chin. He turned his head as it made yet another snapping
sound. He was done; he made his way out of his Kage chambers and went towards
the ninja shop in the village, the closest one. He had gotten some special
papers, chakra papers if he was correct with the name. These would help him
train his second element, Lightning Release. He went back to his kage chambers,
taking a seat at his desk and taking out one sheet of the few papers he had
gotten from the shop. He placed his hand on the paper, charging his chakra
trying to make the piece of paper crumble up, as it would show the user had
gotten lightning release. He ended up burning the piece of paper. He took out
another one, and charged his chakra into it. He was focusing, he had ended up
making it crumble up, which was good. It was just what he wanted to do; he had
gotten the lightning release now. Though, he had gotten it, doesn’t mean he had
perfected it. He took out another piece of paper, and charged his chakra, this
time burning the paper once more. He sighed, picking up one of the last few
sheets of paper he had left. He charged his chakra into the sheet of paper, yet
again burning it. He picked up one of the last two, and charged his chakra in
it as he held the small piece of paper in between his two first fingers. He
charged the chakra into his two fingers. This time, he was successful. He had
gotten a little bit better with the lightning release, he still hadn’t
perfected it but, meh he thought, it was good enough, for now. He looked at the
last piece of paper; he picked it up between his first two fingers. He was
going to see if he could do it one last time. He looked at the piece of paper,
letting out a small sigh, a sigh of boredom. He charged his chakra to in
between his fingers, and into the piece of paper. It had crumbled up, he was
successful yet again.
