Bringing Rokubi to its knees. [P]

The journey has been long, Viper has traveled through the great nations, across fields and deserts, forests, and rivers, it seems as if he has passed through every terrain known to man, he reaches the last leg of his journey, the reaching of the island specified in the scrolls, he looks round as he is currently upon a beach at the borders of Iwagakure, he slowly steps upon the water channeling chakra to the soles of his tabi to preform the surface walking technique, Viper walks upon the water until he views a small speck in the distance, he gets slightly excited, he walks for a good mile upon the ocean as he eventually reaches the island, he steps upon it's shore as he looks around at the lush vegetation, upon his intrusion on the island he is greeted by several over grown creatures that attempt to ward him away from the island, this is only responded to with a smirk, Viper's coak black iris turns a deep shade of crimson, his three tomoe form but quickly converge upon the central pupil before the entirety of his pupil expands outwards in eight directions until they reach the edge of his blood red iris, an eight arrow pointed star now existing within each eye, the Mangekyou sharingan. With a casual glance the animals cease their actions, the Sharingan's mere presence to these creatures enough to cause fear, he forces them to retreat back to their home.
This pleases Viper, how much dominion his eyes have over the lower lifeforms, he proceeds forward through the trees, he recalls the contents of the scroll, he makes his way deeper until he notes a large waterfall growing closer, he walks closer, a large stone platform rests at the core of the waterfall surrounded by a small lake, Viper steps upon the waters surface and makes his way to the central platform, he reaches it and steps off the water, he sits upon the center of the stone and places his bag at his right, the bag filled with supplies for his journey here and back, food, water, all preserved as to not go bad or spill out in their own containers, Viper softly closes his eyes as he begins to meditate, he breaths in slowly through his nose, he then exhales softly through his mouth, he inhales softly through his nose again, then exhales once more from his mouth, these continued exercises slows his heart beast and puts him in a meditative trance, the waterfalls effect taking place upon vipers subconsciousness, the new area is an abyss, only the waterfall is in front of him, this also serves as the only source of light, he stands upon the stone that he is meditating upon in reality, the area only slightly illuminated as only the water is truly visible, a silhouette is visible within the core of the waterfall, slowly it emerges, the water parting over it's form as it reveals itself to be a shadow mirrored form of Viper himself, it's mangekyou sharingan reversed in color, a blood red eight pointed star upon a black Iris and eerie red glowing scelera, it's smirk is visible, it's teeth a bright white along with the rest of the inside of his mouth, the being steps forth upon the water, the area embraced by silence, the creature then breaks the silence with an echo like tone that reaches the far corners of viper's mind, "So, it took you long enough to get to this place, I'm surprised you did not bring Echo with you, he is the one that does all the work for you after all, surprised your not making him do this as well." Viper's eyes narrow, "What is that supposed to mean you impudent little shadow?" Upon receiving the insult it chuckles, Oh, watch it with the words you might hurt me feelings!" It says tauntingly with a smirk, "You know exactly what I am talking about and you would much rather insult me than accept it, you do nothing anymore, you abuse the fact your brother cares about you and make him do everything you do not want to, why else is he Anbu Black Ops while you got the cushy Kage seat?"
Viper's anger gets the best of him, "I do not use hi-" he gets cut off by his doppelganger, "Then who was it that killed Kenai? Because you could not do it, whos blood is that childs hands on?" He smirks as vipers head goes down, "That's right Viper, you see now?!" Its voice grows insane feeding off his sorrow, " You killed your happy little brother, you made him take life on your orders! You forced him in to the Anbu and made him kill more, do you think this is really what he wants after all he has been through? " Viper stays silent, he doesn't answer, the shadow speaks once more," That's right Viper, ignore me, just like you did Echo when he needed you the most, all the times he was beaten, all the times you watched it happen, the times he came home barely able to stand or see, just ignore it Viper, it was ok then so why not now?" The shadow lets out an insane chuckle and speaks further, "Let's not forget dear ole Koroshi now, I bet you all but forgot about him, what was it before? "I'll find you brother no matter what!"" He says in a mocking tone, his smirk wide, "That sure lasted long, it has always been about you and what you wanted, if you could get power by killing Echo there is not a doubt in my being that you would do it!" Viper grits his teeth, he hollers now, "Your wrong! there is nothing I would not do for my brothers, why do you think I am doing all this for?! I could care less about the shit hole known as Konohagakure no Sato, I am doing this so my brother can actually rest, so he does not have to worry about crime and war, it took everything from us, and I'm going to remove it all!" The shadow bursts out laughing, "That is so much bull shit!" He exclaims with his smirk wider than ever, he feels vipers rage and sorrow melding, he loves it, "The only reason you wanna conquer the world is because your a cocky little shit and you believe your better than everyone, this is your way of proving it to everyone, isn't it?!" The shadow walks closer to Viper and continues to speak, "What about your talk with Kurisu so long ago? How you hated Nashua Uchiha for causing that pain to Kumogakure no Sato, all because he was insane with power, don't you think you are doing the exact same thing you labeled as wrong in the past?! Your talking about cold murder on free people who do not join you, does that make you any different?!" It's smirk is wide, Viper's fists are tights, his teeth grind against each other as his Mangekyou sharingan glows with hatred, "Nashua was nothing but a selfish fool, he did not have a reason for his actions, those who join me, and live in peace alongside me will not be harmed, it is those that deny my brand of peace that will be destroyed, I know that it is wrong, but what choice do I have? Am I supposed to sit here and do nothing?! I was made the Hokage so I could protect the people of Konohagakure no Sato, Yes, I could give two shits if they live or die but I was still put in charge of them, I will use this to make sure I keep not only them safe, but my brother as well, then once my influence stretches far enough finding Koroshi will be easy, it is all part of the plan!" The shadow chuckles the entire time Viper speaks, "Do you listen to yourself talk? You speak about how you were "put in charge" of people, you were selected because there was no one else, if anything you were a work force to rebuild the village so get off your high horse!" It's eyes narrow, Viper now seeming to understand the doppelgangers words, "You need to start looking around Viper, the world is not built as your playground, you are messing with peoples lives, do you think mom wanted you to do this? Someone who gave their life to bring you in to this world, just brought about a destroyer if you go along with this, you better reevaluate your priorities Viper, Echo follows you because you are his brother, do not drag him down with you because you are blind to the truth.."
The shadow slowly begins to fade as Viper accepts his words, "I will still build this world in to one mom would of been proud of, just you wait and see, I will make everything perfect!" The waterfalls effect ends suddenly, Viper's eyes shoot open his Mangekyou sharingan glaring at the heart of the waterfall.

Viper opens his eyes from his meditation, he pants softly as if he just awoke from a bad dream, he has faced his demons, the blunt truth of his actions was brought to surface, perhaps his life has been wasted up to this point, all he seemed to do now was sit behind a desk whilst his brother was out doing his job protecting the village, Viper's breathing grows steady as he sighs softly, he wasn't sure about anything anymore, a voice flows through his mind, "So you finally saw the truth huh?" the voice belonging to the Rokubi, viper shows no real emotion as he just looks towards the waterfall which at this time is parting to allow passage in to the chamber within, the Rokubi speaks further, "So what will it be, are you still going to attempt to master ore, or are you going to turn back because you are too sad to continue?" The beasts tone set in a taunting manner for it knows the final test all to well, Viper will be forced to confront the beast within the mental realm and undo its seal, they must then do battle over who gains the others chakra, Viper's will must prove stronger than that of the Rokubi's hatred or else he will be over taken by its chakra allowing the beast freedom, the last resort of each and every Bijuu when their host attempts to gain control, thus is the reason for the island, for if the Bijuu did break free then it would be contained and kept out of a populated area until it could be resealed.
Viper ignores its taunts, more important subjects are on his mind, Vipers eyes close softly, he return to a time much more simpler than now, the three Uchiha are young, it is spring time, the birds chirp softly, the many creatures awaken from their hibernation during the winter months, rabbits emerge from their burrows, and even a bear is randomly seen roaming through Konohagakure no Sato's forest, the area is calm, the sounds of nature peaceful, but this all breaks with the loud words of, "I got it!" that comes from a young five year old Viper, he leaps through the air and catches a ragged handmade ball as he skids across the ground catching it in both his hands, "I told you Koroshi, no matter how strong you are, you cant out throw me with my speed, I'm the fastest in the universe!" His smirk forms upon his lips, his speed is getting better every day, Koroshi chuckles a bit, "Let's see about that for real them shall we!" He hollers back full of excitement, Echo on the other hand sits quietly upon the ground looking at the clouds, he sighs, "Why am I even here when it is just you two playing?" Koroshi look over, "Aw come on Echo, do not be like that!" He says with a comical sad face resembling "D:" Echo's eyes shift, he watches his brothers go back and forth and slowly he creeps away to have his own fun, only five seconds has passed, Viper goes long for the pass from Koroshi, his foot suddenly sinks within the earth as his movement is stopped, the entire ground crumbling away for a pitfall trap four yards deep, Viper kicks off the falling earth and recovers landing upon the edge of the hold, he looks around kunai fly from every side, in a panic he leaps upwards, the kunai collide but strange enough they just pop being no more than balloons, this is noted as Viper lowers his guard and is more confused than anything, a ball impacts the back of his head and knocks him forward in to the pit which he lands upon his feet, he turns and catches this ball, it is pure white but with a picture of his brother Echo giving him a thumbs up upon the side of the ball, Echo's laughter filling the area, "You can catch Koroshi's but ya can't catch mine huh?!" Viper grumbles inside the pit, he jumps upon the walls and exists the pitfall and stands upon the edge, "I thought you didn't wanna come out and play with us, why are you trying to ruin the game!?" Koroshi suddenly comes barreling towards Viper, Viper looks down, he blinks twice and realizes that he has the ball in his grasp, his eyes grow wide as he turns on his heels and runs the opposite direction of his insane brother, Echo laughs evilly and speaks once more, "Yes run, run my little puppets run!!" the memory soon fades as Viper chuckles within reality, slowly but surely he is returning to his old nature, Viper slowly gets to his feet, he reaches his right arm out and grabs a hold of his traveling bag, slowly he proceeds across the thin section of water until he reaches the cavern within the waterfall, his eyes that have now returned to that of their three tomoe sharingan state take in every detail of the chamber, the carvings of each tailed beast exist upon the walls, moss grows deep covering most of the inner carvings, some of which have decayed over time thus becoming undecipherable, some can tell from the carvings that parts depict the tailed beasts origins although most of it suffers much decay, from what Viper can decipher he views a select section that speaks of one entity in the beginning, one that was split in to nine forms as a way to limit its power, Viper looks confused at this, for the longest time he thought of the beasts as only monsters that plagued this world with destruction, what did these mean? "So, you are actually curious about ore huh?" The Rokubi speaks, it laughs softly inside Vipers mental realm within its seal, "Ore'll tell you what, if you can beat ore and be one of the few that has mastered Ore's powers, Ore'll tell you everything, but do not expect ore to waste his breath on a failure."
Viper proceeds forwards, he nods softly, before he would be angered by the six tails' words but he has reached a point that ti does not bother him, he has only one goal and that is to conquer this beast so he can return to his brother and make amends for all the pain he has caused him, Viper reaches his left hand within an old statues mouth and pulls a lever hidden within, the chamber crumbles as Viper pulls his hand back, small stones fall from the rumbling ceiling as dust fills the room, Viper puts his left forearm over his mouth and nose as he squints, the wall next to the statue with the lever rumbles and slowly slides to the side, what is revealed is a sacred space, it seems to go on forever, a pure white room, Viper takes a deep breath and slowly makes his way inside, the door closing behind him, the entrance lost to him, he looks around it seems there is no way out for now, the ultimate seal to contain the rampaging tailed beast.
Viper sits upon the blank space that is the ground, he places his bag next to him and crosses his legs, he puts his hands in that of the tiger seal with his index and middle fingers extending upwards, his remaining fingers curling downwards, his thumb pressing upon them, he closes his eyes slowly and enters the realm within, Viper now stands in front of the six tailed beast, a massive slug creature behind bars, the cage at the center has a single spherical lock, Viper inhales and then exhales, his left hand places itself upon his stomach, the sealing formula for the six tailed beast becomes visible, with a twist of his hand the seal begins to rotate, the spherical lock begins to unhook itself, the care bars fly open, one of the Rokubi's mighty tails swings forth attempting to crush Viper to which he leaps backwards skidding across the ground, he notes the clear substance that is produced with his leech gap layers the beast, the acid constantly active, Viper must be careful for one touch could mean his doom, his Sharingan eyes take in every detail of the Rokubi, every acid covered detail, each and every tail, it's miniature arms and legs, each and every detail is gathered as his measures out all the factors of battle.
The six tails wastes no time, it's head tilts upwards, what was once hidden from view now becomes visible, it's mouth opens as it appears as if the beasts mouth is a tear in it's form dripping with acid, a black sphere begins to form between its lips, Viper's eyes widen, he has produced something similar in version two already, he knew the destruction he could cause with it, but what could the Rokubi do? All he knew was he could not be caught in the attack, Viper preforms the Henge No Jutsu upon his form, with his masterful level over the technique he requires no seals, twin black bird wings form upon his back thanks to the technique, with a single beat of his newly formed wings Viper is airborne, his actions are timed perfectly for at this time the Rokubi finishes condensing the tailed beast bomb and lowers its head, a massive beam of red and black chakra fires forth, the entire chamber shaking from its force, Viper escaping his horrible fate by ascending above the blast, within his right palm he channels his chakra flames them produce thanks to his katon mastery, he condensed them for a moment before sweeping his arm downwards at the beast, six flaming projectile fire balls fly towards the Rokubi's head, the beasts state due to not being the swiftest is forced to take the attack, the acid upon it's head bubbling as it boils slightly from the fireballs, a small singe mark now upon the beasts head, Viper smirks but it will take a lot more to defeat this beast than that small of an attack, Rokubi tilts its head upwards as from its mouth fires forth several acid balls roughly one yard in size that fly towards Viper.
Viper's right wing flaps as his left wing lowers, Viper curves downwards and to his left around the acid bullets, he now circles the beast his right arm extended towards it as he produces a constant stream of fire from his hand, the stream of fire condensed and aimed for the center of the beast as Viper lights it's right side on fire, the acid boiling upon it's moist skin, the beast lets out a screaming sound of pain as it's tails thrash, Viper at this time is circling around behind the beast, with his Sharingan he perfectly weaves between each tail, both of his hands place themselves against one another, flames gather around his hands, with a twist an arcing stream of condensed fire descends upon the base of the tails severing them from the Rokubi, they thrash upon the void space of a flood before dying, the Rokubi growls and hollers, "How dare you cut off my tails?! I'll have your head you worthless mortal!" Viper smirks at this, this is kinda fun, the beast can not catch him due to how it is built, this should be easy, his eyes grow wide at the beasts response to having it's tails removed, from its mouth pours forth a thick miasma that spreads through the area like a dense fog, Viper watches as even the air seems to die, he retreats backwards, he has to come up with a plan, his eyes take in further details as he calculates the speed of travel the miasma possesses, he clenches his right fist as his hands separate from earlier, his right fist now cloaked in fire as he thrusts it forward, a sphere of condensed fire flies in to the miasma, it is now Viper begins his plan, his fist opens, the sphere of fire explodes scattering the flames, Viper now rotates his right hand and fingers, the flames remain under his control as they spiral in a circle, in only an instant a miniature tornado is formed at the core of the miasma, Viper flows even more chakra in to the attack as the air heats up around the existing fire, it then expands in to a large vortex of fire within the miasma, with it's size and rotation it eventually develops it's own jet stream that pulls the miasma within the rotation, this stops it from going further but in fact retreats, Viper strains himself to keep this active, he has never had to control this much fire before, he pants slightly as his body tightens with the strain, he stops rotating his hand, he clenches it in to a fist, the entire vortex mixed with miasma condenses in to a sphere like shape, Viper punches his fist forward and sends the entire attack towards the Rokubi who is hit with the full force of the inferno, Viper lands upon the ground deactivating his henge no jutsu, that technique taking it's toll on him, he watches as the Rokubi emerges from the smoke caused by the infernos explosion with a loud roar, now should be the time, Viper focuses as his chakra extends forward, it grabs hold of the Rokubi's and begins to pull back, this links the two, Viper grits his teeth as he attempts to win the struggle over the beasts chakra, the link grows dark as the beasts malice begins to corrupt the stream of chakra, a mixture of crimson and black overtake Vipers light blue chakra, the malice reaches Viper as his body being to glow with a crimson veil, six tails forming behind him, Viper's canines enlarging, he growls a bit, the shadows voice from before flows through his mind, "What makes you think anything will be different once you get the six tail's chakra? Your going to go home like normal, and make Echo do every little thing!" Viper growls a bit and yells, "No!" a single tail begins to fade as Viper resists it's influence, "I promised myself, that when I returned I will make it right with Echo, I knew for a long time how much he suffered but still I did nothing but use him! I know that now!" A second tail fades, the shadows mocking laughter fills his mind, "I know the true you Viper, I am the real you! I'm every bad thought you ever had, I'm every sick dream you ever wanted to come true, you can not honestly sit here and lie to yourself!" Viper's right cloaked hand smashes the ground which cracks, the veil grows darker as it switches in to the version two state, only four tails exist upon the cloak how ever, Viper growls more, "Your nothing but a figment of my imagination brought upon by this demon! If you knew who I truly was, and what I have been through you would not ask such stupid questions!" One more tail recedes as the cloak lightens and is now balancing between version one and version two, Viper speaks further only three tails remain, "Before I dreamed about ending this world in fire, that it had no hope, now I have hope that it can be fixed if you are willing to try with all your might! I will make everyone proud, I will reunite this world, I will make it a place my family can live in peace!" one more tail recedes leaving only two more, the cloak lightening once more as it is back to version one, the voice speaks once more, "Do you really believe that you can do it on your own? You could not stop Konohagakure no Sato's destruction and even ended up being kidnapped, what makes you think you can do anything on your own?!" Viper grins a bit, "I wont be alone, there is just some things you gotta accept that you cant do." the shadow is speechless, Viper's cocky like nature is gone, only one tail exists upon his person now, Viper's grin turns in to a smirk, "I will get Echo and Koroshi to help me, and us three will fix this world and make it a good place once more where all of us can be happy, where Echo can finally get his break, and where Koroshi can throw his mountains all day long!" the final tail recedes as the shadow within chuckles a bit, it appears alongside Viper, "Well then, I guess I can help with a goal like that." It smirks, the shadow of Vipers hatred lightens up and reveals itself to be an exact replica of Viper, it grabs a hold of the Rokubi's chakra as well, the corrupt chakra slowly recedes along the connecting chakra, Viper's deep blue chakra over taking the struggle, it finally reaches the beast, Viper's smirk widens, his inner self speaks, "Now one final tug should do it, lets show the Rokubi who its master is!" Viper and his inner pull back, a veil of chakra in the shape of the rokubi is pulled forth, it glides through the air like a phantom connected to Viper's chakra, the crimson replica of the six tailed slug is pulled within Viper, his chakra levels sky rocket, his body now glowing in a golden veil of chakra, the seal for the Rokubi present upon his stomach as he smirks at the Rokubi that lies exhausted upon the ground, Viper's Sharingan deactivates, his eyes returning to their coal black color, his left hands finger tips place themselves on the edge of the seal as he turns his hand, the markings twist as the seal locks itself, the cage forming around the Rokubi once more, Viper opens his eyes with a smirk, he reaches for his bag but knocks it over, the bag by chance hitting a switch upon the floor, the exit opening, with a smirk on his face viper exists the chamber with his bag in hand.

Viper Kamu Uchiha, the Hokage of Konohagakure no Sato, and now the master of the six tailed beast exists the sacred chamber used for mastering the bijuu, a proud smirk is worn upon his lips, his travelers back over his right shoulder, he speaks in a cocky tone, "Well, deals a deal six tails, what is the deal with all the carvings?" he listens for his response but he gets none, he chuckles a bit, "Oh come on, I did not hurt you that bad, you can still talk." Viper teases further, the six tailed beast chuckles softly within his head, "You did well, Viper. From now on, call ore Saiken, that was the name old man Rikudo gave ore." Viper stops for a moment, "What do you mean old name Rikudo, you mean the sage of the six paths, the one who caused the forming of the Uchiha and the Senju clans?" Viper looks confused, he read about the sage in the curse of hatred and how he was the originator of all jutsu, but never did he hear anything about the tailed beasts, Saiken speaks once more, "It was so long ago, all nine of us were one one form, Shukaku, Matatabi, Isobu, Son Goku, Kokuo, Ore, Chomei, Gyuki, and Kurama, all of us at one time made up one being known as the Juubi, the ten tailed beast, even Ore does not remember Ore's original name, all Ore knows is that Ore was brought forth by Old Man Rikudo, he told us that we would always be together even when separated, and that one day we would become one entity again with different names as well as forms than we did then when the time came for us to understand what true power was."
Viper ensures he listens intently, his Sharingan eyes look over the carvings on the wall, it all starts to make sense now, his smirk shifts to that of a light smile, he nears the waterfall as he hears it roaring outside, he walks towards its opening and steps through the parted waters once more and on to the small lake like surface, he takes a deep breath taking in the fresh air, slight creaking is heard as the waterfall returns to normal, Viper walks along the waters edge until he reaches the edge of the forest connecting the small spring located at the base of the waterfall.
"So Saiken," Viper says, "Tell me about your last host, the one before me?" Saiken responds, "Ah, that made one of the few to ever fully master Ore, his name was Utakata and he hailed from Kirigakure no Sato, he was a strange man no doubt about that, but all of you humans are," Saiken chuckles but continues, "He received ore when he was young and for the most part we lived in harmony, then was the day that he master tried to extract ore from Utakata, the seal went wrong and he forced ore from his seal and ore accidentally killed him, Utakata after that never seemed to trust anyone, he became a wanderer and traveled the lands being known as a missing ninja, mostly due to being a Jinchuriki, they seen him as a threat to be on his own, Hah! they just wanted the power for themselves." Viper leans against a large tree and listens to the story he is being told, "After that Utakata finally started to warm up to people again, even taking on a student of his own, though that was short lived as with all beings with power, the ones you hold close are always the ones who pay" It seems as if Saiken sighs, if that is even possible, "Utakata died shortly after saving his student, Ore does no remember much after that, Ore remembers a main with orange hair and piercings, and a man with a white swirled mask, but that is it." Viper listens closely to the last two things spoken, a man with piercings, and a main with a swirled mask? What did they have to do with the tailed beasts? Viper leans forwards getting fully on his feet, he begins walking through the dense forest on the island, he looks up as he views the clouds moving faster than normal, not only that they are moving against the wind, Viper finds this strange but, what is normal on this island? He chuckles at this.
Viper begins thinking of how he is going to get home, he remembers the new technique his brother learned, the technique known as Time Space Migration that allows him to actually travel anywhere he desires, how he wish he knew how to do that right now, he sighs, he sits upon the ground and looks towards a boulder, he closes his eyes and thinks back on how his brother explained learning the technique, he is now sitting behind his desk arguing with his brother, "No, this technique is the best, it is like nothing you have ever felt before, it was like finally I was free! It is all fwoosh swish swah!" Echo says with a big grin, his anbu mask removed during this casual discussion, Viper sighs, "Then how did you learn it, in the beginning you can not do a simple fire ball, yet now you can fly, bend the wind release to your will, and now control the fabric of time and space itself, mind telling me your cheat codes?" Viper chuckles lightly, Echo responds by simply sticking his tongue out at his brother to which Viper growls, "Dang it Echo would you just tell me!" Echo laughs, "Ok, Ok, fiiiiiine" He grins, he thinks back, he recalls the events as if they were just done yesterday, Echo recalls coming to a stop at a meditation room within the Anbu Barrack, He slides open the door and shuts it behind him, the special room being modified with a high level perception altering Genjutsu which gives the user of the feeling of being in a serene looking grotto with a waterfall falling gently nearby.
He recalls breathing in the fake crisp air and stepping slowly over to the middle island of the small lake and sitting with his legs crossed over each other in the center of the circle of land staring at a rock.
At this time he had only heard rumors that when a shinobi literally became one with the universe, they could bend it to their will, at that time Echo was still searching for his calling and what his specialty might be, perhaps this was it? He raised his head slightly looking up towards the calm peaceful and fake sky before narrowing his eyes and focusing on a single point in the sky, there the young Shinobi stares and attempts to mold his chakra, his Tenketsu flashing every so often as he concentrates harder and harder attempting to will the fake sky to falter under his chakra, for the longest time nothing changes.
It is at that single spot he stares at for the longest time unaware of the time passing, just staring forward in his state of calm which would have been impossible under his old mentality of worrying about his past mistakes and future problems that seemed so important at the time, Now in his state of peace he stared forward attempting to do the impossible and bend space and time itself to his will, he began to feel the churn of his chakra, he continued to focus forward breathing in and out slowly as his coal black eyes stared at the fake blue sky of the meditation room.
Slowly, ever so slowly dis his chakra begin to pour from his body visibly flowing upwards, Echo not letting his break through break his concentration as he stares forward and grits his teeth stifling the sounds of the need for nourishment his body is making,
Echo breaks his thought and laughs a bit, meanwhile Viper is looking at him like he is a special needs kid, still Echo does not say a word but recalls how he actually learned the process of bending time and space before he gives his answer.
Echo focused harder, he couldn't stop when he was so close, time meaning nothing to him, for Echo's Determination his Concentration and his Control there will be nothing that can stop him from reaching the height of his power, suddenly it hit him, the connection between him and this strange feat for a Ninja, the ability to control space and time will be his he can feel it as his chakra flows outwards and his image flickers slightly.
His concentration broke, he gasped for air with his eyes wide, "That was it!' he screamed mentally "I definitely felt something that time!"
His grin is wide, still he tells Viper nothing about his training, but instead he takes his seat upon his favorite sofa within his brothers office, dang how he loved this thing, he had to get one for the Anbu Office, this thing was comfy! He lazily looks towards the ceiling while he thinks over the events, Viper twitches, "Are you going to tell me or not?!" The following sound of "Shhh!" escapes Echo's lips as his right index finger is pressed firmly against then, his eyes wide, "I am thinking, gimme a minute!" Viper sighs, he puts his head on the desk waiting, meanwhile Echo goes back to his thoughts, he tries to remember where he left off, now where was he? Oh yeah!
It was then parrot dropped him off food, he tries to remember what she brought him, ah yes, The meal consisted of what looked like teriyaki chicken diced into small cuts, a side of assorted fried vegetables including Carrots, Celery, Potatoes, some cabbage, and finally a small portion of chow mein.
Echo's stomach growls, the sound audible to even Viper's ears, his eyes shift around the room, what was he thinking about again? Ah the time space training, that is what it was, duh!
Echo thinks back once more, he recalls finishing his meal while thinking over his training, dang how long was he in that meditation room for? He chuckles, Viper letting out an annoyed "ulgh" as he waits for the information.
He spent a good ten minutes eating his meal and wondered why this is so important to him, that moment he was training he felt a connection through his chakra, a strange sensation of being free, he smiles remembering this feeling back in his training, he rather liked that it felt like he could do anything at that flicker of his vision, like he could go anywhere, do anything, and accomplish any and all of his dreams, True Freedom!
Echo recalls turning his head slightly to the left to allow his eyes to meet that of a single rock, his eyes narrowed again and he began the method of concentration once more as his eyes absorbed the detail of the rock and its surroundings, his chakra began to flow throughout his body once again as his Tenketsu begin channeling it outwards through his body as he radiates chakra and stares forward at the point of his concentration,
A single stone slightly weathered under the current of the fake water, Echo once again began detaching himself from the thoughts of space and time meaning anything, staring, waiting as his chakra was channeled outwards and began slowly spiraling around the stone as if trying to entangle it in Echo's mentality of the moment.
His concentration was once again unwavering as he banished thoughts of having to be anywhere, he was not a being of matter or time now, he simply was and flowed in between the realms of the flow of eternity, their was only Echo and his point of concentration, the rock began to shake slowly, the Genjutsu wavered slightly under the strange chakra flux of Echo's powerful found ability and his connections, to break the mold of what it means to be An Uchiha, to break the prison of being seen as Just an Uchiha that was Echo's goal, and he was hounded at every turn.
Banishing the thought of ever using the clans hated dojutsu Echo persevered through the Clans harsh words and beatings and simply grinned, growing more powerful through each passing day, this was the pinnacle of his labors, the true feeling of being free, breaking the bindings that is the Surname 'Uchiha', Echo was Echo,from here on out and forever more.
The Uchiha had nothing to do with the creation of this Shinobi, it was all Echo's guts and determination, His knowledge, His power, never using the clans resources and only using what was available to the public, going off on his own instinct he rose and grew powerful, and now in this room in solitude he bent Time and Space to his will.
Echo's grin is replaced by a smirk over his goals, Viper looking at him through his hands as he waits for him still, Echo goes back to his thoughts,
The Rock vanished, Echo's eyes widened as the Genjutsu was dropped revealing a small rock shaped hole in the floor Echo stared wide eyed before a chuckle escaped him.
Echo sits up from the couch suddenly, he exclaims, "I remembered!" His grin his wide, Viper sits up and looks around blinking, he started to fall asleep it took so long, "Ok, are you going to tell me?" Echo giggled a bit, "I stared at a rock!" Viper stops, his right eye twitches as he lets out an anguished yell, his face impacting his desk over and over while his brother sits upon the couch pleased with himself.
Viper returns to reality, his right eye twitching in reality as he has the strangest urge to start hitting his own head upon a nearby tree but he sighs, it is then Saiken's voice speaks inside his head once more, "So that is your brother?" Viper nods, "Regrettably, yes.." Saiken's voice is confused, "He, is he always like that?" Viper sighs and only nods, Saiken laughs a bit, "Just..Wow.." Viper thinks back and recalls the bit Echo did actually tell him, on how he felt like he became one with time and space itself, how he literally felt free like he could travel anywhere, Viper who is now sitting upon the grass stares at the boulder, how ironic it was that he would be looking at a rock after hearing his brothers words? He laughs a bit, he decides to give it a shot, he looks towards the boulder, his blood red Sharingan eyes take in each and every detail the three tomoe spin ever slightly increasing his focus, he breaths softly as he focuses upon it, with all his might he attempts to will the rock to move, how could Echo possibly of done this, if only he would of told him more than he could know where to start, all he knew now was he had to stare at this rock, he could not stop, the more Viper focused, the more the outside area was blocked off, his field of vision focusing primarily upon the rock, everything else becoming shadowed, little did Viper know that this was not due to his extreme focus blocking his eye sight, but he was literally slipping within the borders of time and space itself just like his brother did, it was only him and his focused target, it is then it his him, the feeling of being free, the feeling that he can literally do anything and go anywhere, the rock flickers as with a thud it impacts the ground, it may not of been much but the rock moved upwards and crashed back down, Viper smirks and gets to his feet, he looks at the rock and views the outlines of its base, it was certainly moves all right, "Heck yeah! Take that Echo, you are not the only one that can stare at rocks!" Saiken bursts out laughing within Vipers mind, "Now I see the resemblance, I had my doubts but now I see it!" Saiken says while laughing, Viper's eyes shift slightly embarrassed, he was not used to having someone watch every thing he ever did, it was kinda creepy in a way.
Viper walks through the forest once more, the many animals flee when the see him due to his ocular threat upon them upon arriving, how strange it is that he changed so much just by coming here? He feels almost at peace, as if this island really did change him, no wonder this place was sacred, he looks up at the clouds once more, he still views them moving strangely, what could be causing this? He begins walking in the opposite direction that the clouds are traveling, he passes through many odd plants and trees, what looks to be large spikes visible along the edges, he recalls seeing these when he first set foot upon the island, he weaves his way between the spiked rocks as he reaches the northern edge of the island, he looks outwards, nothing seems strange, or at least at first, he looks down at the water, he views it hitting a central point before running to each side, this is not normal waves for they would wash up and then back out, not constantly be pushed aside, although how strange it sounded, it was like the island was moving, it was then it was made clear, the waves picked up as what looks like a massive chunk of earth rises from the water, upon closer inspection Viper notes exactly what this is, it is the massive head of a sea turtle, is this what this island truly was? It looked at him, Viper had a plan, his three tomoe converge upon his central pupil, the now enlarged pupil stretches in to that of an eight arrow pointed star against the bloody backdrop, the Mangekyou Sharingan forming in his eyes, his eyes meet that of the turtles as the Sharingan forms within the beasts eyes, Viper now having dominion over it, Viper gives it orders to swim towards the land of fire where he will return home once more.

Viper stands upon this now mobile island, the ocean air hitting his face and blowing his hair back slightly, the ocean breeze only existent due to the Island turtle now moving full speed towards the land of fire, Viper himself standing at the edge of the island thus there is no vegetation to block the air, he inhales deeply taking in the air, he focuses his chakra and closes his eyes, the presence of time and space is so much clearer to him now, he picks up upon Echo's chakra within Konohagakure no Sato, at this time he views him doing paper work behind the desk, he chuckles a bit, "Now you know how I feel!" he mumbles to himself with a playful smirk, he now views all of Konohagakure no Sato, the village looks peaceful, it seems his trip went without repercussion.
Viper now plans out his next actions, now that he is this much closer to fully controlling Saiken's powers, what will he do now? He knew one thing for certain is he had to first make up with his brother, and then find a way to unite this world and finally bring about peace, but how could this even happen? Before it was so simple, just crush all who opposed him and rebuild, but what would that really cause? A world ruled by fear, that would not be true peace but a temporary fix for the problems, Viper sighs lightly, he begins thinking further in to this, one possibility would be to remove the sources of power from the world, if there was no super powers to exist than there would be no real threats to the innocent, but how would he go about this, could he really bring down each and every shinobi with exceptional power? That was nothing more than fantasy, perhaps a bit of his ego talking and even putting the idea in his head, although there is one thing he could do, he crouches down and places his right palm upon the shell of the turtle which happens to be the island, it slowly begins to swirl where his palm made contact, it takes some time but the entire turtles form begins to swirl, the entire Island now pulled within Vipers Space Time Dimension, Viper now standing upon the water thinking to himself, if anything he just made it so he could regulate the power of the jinchuriki so if by chance some did go rouge, they could not reach their full potential without him.
Although slightly conceded on how he felt he had the right to do such a thing, it had to be done, it was but a single step forward to help bring about peace, Saiken's voice flows through his mind, "I hope you know what you are doing Viper.."
Viper nods softly as his form swirls as he enters his own Time Space Dimension, within this realm he is god, the land scape his to control, the area seemingly endless, far off in the dimension exists the Island turtle, the area shifted to match that of the ocean so it remains alive and unharmed, an artificial environment is created as well for the animals that live upon the island, viper hovers in the air looking down at the land, the section for the Island turtle is fully detailed including a setting sun and stars, the rest of the areas remain shadowed out having yet to be created, Viper thinks of what to make them in to, nothing comes to mind but no matter he had no use for them now, his firms begins to swirl once more, he now appears once more within Konohagakure no Sato, his home.
