Hand of Peace [P]

Viper has been accepted to enter the village of Sunagakure no Sato, even more he was allowed an audience with the Kazekage, something he expected to take a good majority of paperwork to accomplish.
Viper softly knocks on the door to the Kazekage's chamber, he fixes his uniform, his hands brushing down his chest, his hat straightened afterwards as he awaits permission to enter.

Amane had just finished brushing Odin when she heard a knock on her door. She soon stood up and fixed her hair again before walking gracefully over to the door, she placed her hand on the handle and opened it a little. There was the Hokage. She smiled and opened it further. She was surprised he could be wearing this much, as the heat in Suna was pretty intense. "welcome, Hokage-sama." she said politely, bowing her head as she gestured to the table and his drink set out for him. Odin sat obidiently, his wolfy eyes staring the Hokage down to make sure he was safe for Amane to be around.
Amane walked to the table, stroking Odin's ears on her way past. She sat on the sofa, taking her drink and sipping lightly from it. "What can I do for you, Hokage-sama?"

Walking to his fairly new room in the Kazekage Chambers, Azaiyo would notice the door was locked. "Damn it!" Azaiyo shouted as he began to run up more staircases. Reaching the floor that he knew was Amane's, he would knock gently on the door. "Amane-chan! It's Azaiyo! I'm locked out of my room!" In a rather embarrassed mood, he would quickly refresh himself as he would peak through the window of the door for a mere second. "Meh..wrong floor again..." Continuing his way up the stairs, he would see a familiar face, with the same eyes as Amane but in a much more distinct fashion than Amane's, and when Azaiyo last saw him. He also looked older. "Viper?" Azaiyo would ask himself, waiting patiently at the door of the Lady Kazekage's room. He would see Viper slowly enter the Kazekage's room as he would run up and knock gently on the door.

The door is opened, before him is the Kazekage of Sunagakure no Sato, a young girl seemingly no older than 17, when she bows Viper returns one of his own before being gestured within her chambers.
Viper now makes his way inside going as instructed, he is in foreign land and does not wish to make enemies so he proceeds to do as told while in her company, Viper takes his seat on the sofa besides the Kazekage, Viper softly grasps his within his left half gloved hand, his bare fingers wrapping around the cold glass, a refreshing feel compared to the humid air of Sunagakure no Sato, he lifts the glass and holds it for the time being as he plans his words speaking afterwards.
"I have come to extend the offer of peace between our villages, our lands border each other and much could be accomplished if you would agree to an alliance, trade would be increased, even military might for both sides, what do you say Kazekage-Sama?"
Viper's words are selected perfectly, he waits for her answer as the glass of tea meets his lips as he sips it softly.

[48-Hours since Amane's last post, according to the rules I am now allowed to call the action, and post again.
The following action I was granted permission to do by Amane herself on Skype, I can provide the posts if asked but if she has any problem with it I will allow her to retcon this entire event.]

The meeting went easier than expected, Sunagakure no Sato not only agreed to peace, but they also agreed to join the firenation granting Viper control over the land of wind, this was not without the Kazekage's own terms, she is allowed to remain in power as the Kazekage and have dominion over her village like normal.
With his mission successful Viper stands bidding the Kazekage farewell, he reaches the door where at this time a man stands, one known as Azaiyo, no doubt their muffled conversation could be heard through the door, the word peace and treaty obviously heard. Viper opens the door and walks past the man, he looks back towards him and motions him to follow so they can have their own conversation, one of the reasons he came to Sunagakure no Sato but it would need to be fast for he is cutting it close on his schedule.

[exit, closed after Azaiyo]

The ordeal seemed to come to a sudden solution. Azaiyo would look down the staircases as he would see a locksmith fixing his door, allowing him access into his room. He would begin to walk back into his room as he would see the Kazekage smile towards him, but suddenly not make a single movement as she seemed speechless for the time being. Accepting this, Azaiyo would begin to walk only to be interrupted by the Hokage's presence. He would look back towards the Kazekage through the door once more as she would smile with a grin. It had seemed as if Sunagakure no Sato had another companion, or so Azaiyo thought. As the Hokage would move further, looking back towards Azaiyo, Azaiyo would quickly look at the ninjato that Nietzsche the Mizukage had given him. The seal had worn off as Azaiyo would suddenly wipe a tear off of his face. With the seal of the Flying Thunder God removed meant one thing, the one who used it died. Azaiyo would hide his feelings from the outside but would be filled with agony for a brief moment as Nietzsche was a brave and strong man, never to be deserving of painful death. Looking back to the other alliance, Azaiyo would quickly shut it down as from here on in, any Akatsuki to approach the Hidden Sand village would die before the Deputy Kazekage. Now with a serious look on his face, Viper the Hokage would motion him to follow to another destination as Azaiyo would nod, beginning to travel with him elsewhere. [EXIT]
