TtT: Time to Talk [P,N48]

Zachariah had gotten out of a meeting with the Hokage. They were on peaceful terms now. He was on his way to discuss with the Mizukage now. With a similar method, a bird landed outside the Mizukage chambers. He poofed in, touching down on the other side of the Mizukages desk. "Hello, Suzaku. I hope I m not intruding right now. I just have some things to discuss."

Suzaku sat quietly at his desk, his mind thinking of the events that had transpired in the last few days. Including the slow shattering of his mind..... It was odd, he would have random outbursts where he would spas out and curl up into a ball and start crying while also laughing. Something he knew wouldn't be good, esspecially if the Tenkage came to visit..... and what do you know, his wish was granted..... Suzaku would hear the Tenkage's voice, his eye slightly twitching due to annoyance and because of the random spasms. Not turning around, Suzaku would reply to the Tenkage.

"Hello Tenkage-Sama! What is it that you would like to discuss?"

"Suzaku, I do not like to be addressed as if I were a captured hero and you the villian petting your cat. Please do turn around. And, as to my reason to visit, I am checking on the village, how the people are doing, how you are doing, assorted things like that. If you are a village under my nation, I feel I should know what is happening. However, I have not gotten a report from you for an extended period. Do you have a reason for this?" He asked this, leaning on the desk, still standing.

Suzaku would sigh, trying to keep his body under control as he turns to face the Tenkage, a smile on his face. He would listen to the Tenkage's words, letting them flow through his mind for a few moments. He would then mentally scream. That's what he had been forgetting! Keeping his smile, Suzaku would once again reply to the Tenkage.

"Sorry about that....... And I do believe the people of the village are doing great! There has been a great increase in the amount of shinobi passing the genin exams, and the people seem to be happy. I........am also doing great! And for the reason...... I guess it's just from all the work. I did tell you I am reviving the seven swordsmen, correct? Well, I've posted up applications for the group.... And I've had to train the new jinchuriki along with promoting new Anbu members."

Suzaku's mind would race, he knew the Tenkage would know he was lying about the last two parts.... He wasn't that buy at all. In fact, he had assigned Anbu to do most of those things..... He had actually been searching for ways to fix his mind and make it so he wasn't going to be a threat to the village.

He looked at suzaku suspiciously when he said he was ok. "You may want to get yourself checked out. The pauses in your speech are.. Disconcerting, and you in general do not exactly give off a "healthy vibe."" Zachariah walked around the room, to the window. "The village does seems to be coming along well. Can I see who you have selected for the swordsman? What were your credentials for new candidates?" he walked to the wall on the other side of the room, and kept wandering around said area.

Suzaku would look at Zach as he said he should get help, keeping a bright look on his face as his mind started telling him to just run away or kill this man. But, Suzaku would keep control for the moment and listen to the rest of Zach’s words, turning around and pulling out some files on some of the candidates. He would then open them and show them to Zach, explaining each one.

“First off, this is Xyxer Gyojin. The first of the new seven swordsmen and one of my most trusted Anbu guards. He wields a slightly altered copy of the executioners blade and is a very good water user, able to completely devastate my training grounds.”

Suzaku would then pull out two more files, showing them as well to Zach.

“Next, we have Denkiteki. A current jounin of the village who wields a sword that is capable of changing its shape and appearance. He is also a proficient earth user and has learned to control the snake contract. An interesting one indeed.”

Suzaku would then show the next one.

“Next, we have Minorin Senju. Although she is young, she has already mastered the first half of her bijuu cloak and can take me on in a fight. It is quite impressive. She wields a sword that literally seals the opponents chakra into it, weakening them and soon killing them. Quite remarkable.”

He then heard his last remark, what were the requirements? He would think for a moment, remembering the form he had posted outside the Mizukage building.

“Well, they must have a sword, first off. Second, they must be able to beat me or Xyxer in a battle. I use the bijuu cloak in the fight and also some anbu guards to throw them off. It is quite fun, actually. And third, they must be mentally stable along with in perfect health.”

Suzaku described to Zachariah how the members were chosen. Wanting to be safe, deciding that his presence could bring those who were unknown, he began to feel out the chakra around him, instead of passively registering it. Suzaku's chakra was off kilter, but he had no clue as to why. He walked over in the direction of the closet. "Everything seems to be going well with the village, but you have been acting off kilter a bit. I really think you should take a chance to rest up within the next few days." He leaned against the wall next to the closet door. He would take care with the actions next to come. He would open the closet and step in, not looking around until he had finished the seals that would release microscopic paper lanterns into the air around him, making sure that the few seals were hidden from the sight of Suzaku. His plan was to simply state that he was checking on the condition of the kage garments, which Suzaku had not been wearing at the time. Then he would walk out, assuming nothing amiss, and over to Suzaku.

Suzaku would watch Zach, wondering why he was going towards the closet...... He opened the closet, the reason unknown to Suzaku. It was odd.... Why would he want to go into a closet.......? Unless.... No, he knew the Tenkage wasn't like that. Hearing him state he was merely checking up on the state of the Mizukage garments, Suzaku would breath a sigh of relief, watching as Zach walked backed towards him. After he approached, Suzaku would remember something.... Something he needed to discuss with the Tenkage.

"Oh, one thing Tenkage-sama. I'd like to share with you some more plans for a future device I am thinking of creating...."

Suzaku would open a drawer, pulling out a very big piece of paper, the plans detailing space time ninjutsu and multiple different objects.

"So..... The plan is to create a very special item.... One that can hold the very fabric of space and time inside of it. Using this, it can teleport people, open up a gateway to a personal dimension, and POSSIBLY travel through time. The last one I have not quite figured out how to do, but I know you do have a time based jutsu, so anything could be possible really. I'd like your opinions on this......"

The idea of the Mizukage was one of tremendous possibility. Perhaps too much possibility. Zachariah would watch this one, the lanterns making it an easy thing to achieve. For the next while, how long he had yet to decide, he would watch Suzaku from within his own realm, mainly to make sure there was not information on this item that he would not know about. Maybe a little because he still felt the person just four feet from him should go see a doctor. "Go ahead with your plan. I will provide help if you ask me for it at a later time. Send a message and I shall receive. For now, however, unless you have more to discuss, I shall be on my way." If there was nothing more to discuss, he would disappear into a realm of holograms, determined to keep an eye on the actions of Suzaku until he felt pleased that nothing foul would come from his actions.

(We agreed that the "no 48 hour rule" statement was no longer in place)

The Mizukage remained silent for a period, and Zachariah took that as a statement of not needing anything else. However, the lack of words, even a simple "o.k." offset him. He left the Mizukage, the paper lanterns already beginning to embed themselves within the muscles of the person, as he walked out the door, deciding to leave by walking, at least a distance, instead of simply teleporting.
