Yoshida was inside his apartment looking around he then grab his folding sword with a bang shuriken he then walked out his door looking at the anbu that was watching him cause yoshida was on house arrest he then told the anbu that he was going to the country borders he watch as the left while telling him to come right back with a smile on yoshida face he then walked away heading for the country borders. He then walked up on the country borders as he looked around with nobody inside the borders yoshida then stood up with a smile under his mask he waited for an ninja to show up... He looked around one last time making sure nobody was there he then took out his level three chakra chains and he put a tight grip on them with each hand holding level three he stood there watching around him waiting for an ninja to show up...

Caesar strolled through the borders, looking for another strong looking partner to spar with. He took a deep breath, inhaling and savoring the smell of the sweet spring air. He lost track of time, and before he knew it, was quite deep into the borders, near Tengakure. He marveled at the sites around him. Logs littered the ground everywhere, they were all over the place, as if a storm had just hit. The place was also very rocky. Humongous boulders lined the borders everywhere, forming rock walls. There were numerous caves, the ground itself was very rocky. As a precaution, in case he is ambushed, Caesar takes an exploding tag out of his pocket and slaps it on a log right next to him. Caesar smiled, this would be the perfect place to test out his new technique. He was not yet aware of Yoshida, standing with his back facing towards Caesar about 50 meters in front of him. Caesar forms a few hand seals before disappearing underground. Once underground, he is able to sense anybody on the surface. It was then that he sensed the presence of Yoshida Uzumaki. Caesar still at a ver slow speed, trudges underground, moving at a snail’s pace. It does not matter how slow he goes however, for Yoshida would have had never seen him go underground, as he had been behind his back the entire time. Yoshida also would not be able to detect or see Caesar, being so far underground. Caesar forms a few hand seals the whole time he walks towards Yoshida underground. Once Caesar makes it to Yoshida’s location, he pops out of the ground, right behind Yoshida’s back, drawing his Heaven’s Sorrow Ninjato as he rises. Once behind Yoshida, he will violently thrust the blade forwards, aimed at a spot on his neck right beneath the back of his head; the brain stem. If this hit succeeds, Yoshida will promptly be killed, he will not be able to control any of his bodily functions with a severed brain stem, not able to move, or breathe. Caesar will then pull the blade out, flick the blood off and re-sheathe it. If all goes according to perfection, Yoshida will fall to the ground, dead, not even knowing that anybody had ever been in the area. It is very unlikely that he will have been able to detect the attack, as Caesar had seized the element of surprise. Caesar will then retreat 50 meters, form a few hand seals, and slam both of his palms into the ground, using the Tearing Earth Turning Palm technique to send all of the boulders and the ground collapsing on top of Yoshida's body, crushing him and erasing all traces that he had ever been there. There would just be a pile of rock and rubble. Caesar will grin, another privileged scumbag from a village who had turned a blind eye to Sunagakure bites the dust. Caesar will feel like a true hero, eliminating this piece of crap from the face of the earth. He will walk away from the scene of the murder, hands in his pockets, still grinning.

An ANBU is not going to let someone who is on house arrest, go travel to the country borders, plus godmodding for npcing an ANBU member which only Shinji can do since it is a Tengakure ANBU.
If anything, that ANBU would escort you there since it still has to watch over you, if it does not then that ANBU should be fired lol
