The Kage Summit

The large circular table was dimly lit by a reflective glass chandelier, a moderator sat in the center of the large room a small individual table in front of the man as he waits patiently for the arrival of the Kages. Three entrances to the large meeting room are guarded by two samurai which flank each door.

Navi entered the room first, his cold dojutsu gaze scanning the room before approaching to take a seat at the currently empty meeting table. Behind him would be his two ANBU escorts, both with far different personalities and skill sets. In a way the Hokage deeply regretted the social contact that would come with meeting the other four world leaders, but at least he still felt somewhat intrigued to meet them as well.

Long ago, Haru and Navi had clashed against each other for training purposes back before Navi ascended to the rank of Hokage, Haru felt as though the fight was just yesterday yet had lasted for years. Before that fight however, Haru and Navi started an argument over who got to the place first.

In this situation, Haru again had arrived first, this time standing off in the background to make sure nothing happened while the Hokage got settled, Haru pretending to be some type of lamp in the background and doing a great job at it even collecting some dust on him and his swords.

"Boss, you're late" he said from the corner, knowing Navi wouldn't outright see him, but would probably sense his chakra and know he was there. "Just like last time" Haru said, flashing a faint smile unseen due to his disguise.

Echo as they walked noted all the doors lining the way and grimaced, running off to the side he then flew upwards towards the sky and up above the window where the Kage summit room was, he was garbed in his ANBU armor a Kitsune mask slid onto his face depicting the snarling fox that bore fear into the hearts of Nuke-Nin and hope in the heart of Konoha Shinobi..
As per the code..
Draped over his Shoulders is a grey mantle with what appear to be purple veins running along it and a red gem embedded in the center that gleams in time with the collar around his neck, the grieves on his feet and the gauntlets obscuring his hands from view.
The mantle twists and elongates taking the shape of a cloak around his body that ends just above his knee's and hides his hands from view.

He awaits the Hokage's arrival and with a swift forward movement and some minor wind manipulation on his part the windows are slid wide open and he flips inside landing in a crouch his head bowed ominously before he slowly raises it and channeling some of the demons essence he speaks his voice distorted demonically as he decides to put on a little show in order to show off Konoha's power.

"No Threats detected, Hokage-Sama." He states like a good obedient drone before bowing his head his legs tensed his left foot placed underneath him in the crouch while his right knee is on the ground.

He grins behind his mask, he hopes the atmosphere that he just created is enough to spook these guys into never picking a fight with Konohagakure no Sato.

The next to enter was Shinji Uzumaki the second Tenkage of Tengakure. Entering via the middle most door Shinji walked causally to the large circular table and took a seat across from Navi who had already arrived with two rather fierce looking anbu. The sight of these anbu forced Shinji to recall that his anbu were no where in sight: where the hell were they anyway? Though it did not show on Shinji's sleepy face he was rather annoyed as it made Tengakure look weak. Hopefully Kenchi and Xyxer would hurry up and get here.

All the same he sat across from Navi and tipped back a freshly opened orange soda. Some preferred alcohol, but Shinji much preferred the fizzy taste of soda plus there was little to no impairment derived from drinking it. With his mind swirling with thoughts Shinji lounged around in his chair. He wore all his normal equipment along with a newly furnished kage hat. Though he had to admit the hat did not feel the same as his old one, which was a shame. For now all that remained was for the rest of the kage and their respective entourages to arrive, which was something he looked forward to as the only other kage he had met was Navi.

The Raikage entered the area, his arrival definitely being made apparent to anyone in the building. Loud thunderous footsteps being heard moments before the explosive eruptions of debris from the wall on the right side of the door that everyone else came in through. Kurisu walked through the hole in the wall, dressed up in his Raikage Robe and Raikage Hat. 'Oh no idiot, leave LEAVE!!!!! Just kidding have fun causing world chaos." his inner retard said almost joking.

"I can smell myself." the Echo Uchiha voice in Kurisu's mind said, believing the Real Echo to be here, yet unseen unless he was one of the two ANBU people.

"IT IS I THE RAIKAGE" he yelled out at the inhabitants of the room. Taking a large drink from his Tiger Blend Jack Daniels, he took a seat down at the table and sat his Green Bottle of Jack down on the table(LOL like this table has a chance in hell of surviving this post, or does it? o-o!!).

He recognized Navi immediately. "YOU! Wanna go torture and kill people in my village again? Or maybe a different village this time." his eyes glanced over to the Tenkage.

"You're from that place where buildings that scratch the sky that village where the desk is..." his mind grew empty for a moment. "That's right idiot, he has the desk." his inner retard said.

"THE DESK!!!" Kurisu yelled out, slamming his right hand on the table and breaking it into pieces just at the spot where Kurisu was sitting, thus not effecting everyone else at the table. Upon his left shoulder was a small black cat which seemed to speak out. "Meow meow meow" to which Kurisu heard the words, "All of you should drink some Jack." For a moment inside his mind, the Echo Uchiha voice wondered why the cat was given the same yellow text color. "I think its unfair the cat has the same text color as me when I'm this sexy." the Echo voice said. "Meow." the cat answered back to the Echo voice, "You know want a piece of this pussy."

"Whiskers is right, you guys should drink some Jack." Kurisu said, acting as though the cat had spoken words, while others only heard the cat meow.

The Kazankage, followed by his two guards hopefully would scale the building of the Gokage summit, and with a quick leap upwards and he stomps downwards..the roof being caved in and the man now free falling over and over through the stories of the village, debris and planks of wood battering and stabbing him several times through his trench coat.
The scythe on his back and the gun holstered on his left hip never being jostled as he falls on top of the table in a heap..

He lays motionless for a moment before he springs upwards his side bleeding profusely as his hands splay out in a wide greeting and a giant grin on his face before he speaks in a chipper tone "Hello new friends!" He greets dried blood marring his slightly pale friendly face.

The hole being made in the ceiling created a somewhat large hole that collapsed quite a few bits of wooden debris into the room. Sayomi would land behind Osore with a sigh, somewhat irritated that they made such a boorish entrance to the summit. Behind him, carried by a few durable chakra threads would be the Tengakure Office Fridge, inside it he had stored the stolen puppy he had taken much earlier. With an apathetic shrug he looked around at the other present Kage, his cold activated dojutsu gazing briefly at each person present.

It would seem that the others hadn't shown up yet, which was quite disappointing. Both Haru and Echo had dominated the summit with their presence, clearly exhibiting the power of Konoha. Shinji had arrived next without his guards, a strange gesture which made him and his nation look weak at such an event.

Of course the Raikage didn't have guards, but this was by no means a surprise. From his experience Kurisu didn't care whether his village looked weak or strong. After a brief display of antics that would likely unsettle the other kage, Navi smiled. It was fortunate that he had previous experience with the man, as the others might be prone to social missteps.

"Yeah, maybe another village," Navi replies to the Raikage with a soft chuckle.

The Kazankage's entrance was somewhat unexpected, the man his eyes would come to meet being much more unusual then Navi might have normally expected. They had been members of the Fire Nation in the past war, perhaps their village wasn't as strange as their leader.

The Kazekage hadn't arrived yet, another awkward display of weakness that must have meant he had been caught up in other business. The others had been waiting on him for some time, but perhaps he would arrive soon. Regardless, it was time that the preliminary discussion was underway.

"I realize we are still waiting on a few members to show up, but lets begin with the discussion."

Navi began by folding his hands on the table in front of himself, stretching slightly before bringing up the less important business.

"It has been some time before the Chuunin exams has occurred, I invite you to send your prepared Genin teams to Konoha to begin the next event. I will alert my guards to allow all approved squads entrance to the leaf village."

Should there be no other objections during the open discussion of this topic Navi would continue. After listening to those who responded accordingly, he would broach the next subject.

"After the events of the Fire-Sky War and the Massacre at Sunagakure, it has become clear that our resources must be pooled under one banner,"

Navi turns his eyes to Shinji in this case, as he expects little resistance from the others.

"I am reinstalling the Fire Nation with Konoha as its capital. As Kage you will maintain control of your village and ninja, but your economies and resources will be funneled through the leaf village for more efficient redistribution. I am willing to purchase these rights from some of you, and address any worries or concerns you have."

He takes a deep breath after saying these words, having basically proposed to politically purchase the world. Glancing around the table, this would not likely be a difficult endeavor. He knew that the Kazankage had done business with Viper in the past, making something like this no surprise request. While Navi remained unsure on what exactly the type of thing Osore desired, as a previous leader under the fire nation he doubted much trouble on this front. The Kazekage fell under the same pool, as Suna has been historically under the Fire Nation and the Kage was the younger brother of the previous Hokage.

Kurisu would likely require a few personal accommodations along with copious amount of alcohol, something that wouldn't be too much of an issue. The village seemed to be more of a bargaining chip then a concern, and was likely something the Raikage wouldn't want to deal with much anyway.

Navi sighed again, waiting to hear responses or thoughts from the Kage around the room.

The summit seemed to be going on rather peacefully as he noticed the other ANBU from Konohagakure no Sato. The Tenkage arrived without much commotion, of course this would be last moment of calmness for a while. The arrival of the Raikage was quite the show, wrecking havoc on the building's wall and then attacking the desk while acting as if he had no string of sanity left in his brain. The interesting note was when the Raikage spoke to Navi about killing more villagers, to which Navi said "maybe another village" prompting Haru to question his loyalty to Konohagakure no Sato, after all he didn't want to work for a serial killer like the Raikage.

As if things weren't already stressful enough the Kazankage arrived and immediately Haru realized that it was the guy that he had encountered when Volcano was originally attacked and taken over. He had hoped things had gotten better when he dealt with the attacker, but it appeared that the man not only survived somehow but was the leader of the village and recognized as a Kage. He was surprised by the man's attitude and personality seemingly a nice person yet he felt inside his heart that the man was responsible for countless senseless murders.

As if by instinct his right hand grips the hilt of Decaforce in a flash of speed, a blink of an eye and he was ready to unleash the sword and ruin the summit by attacking the Kazankage, but he held steady, knowing full well how bad that would be. He'd clearly want to also strike at the Raikage, perhaps even the Hokage at this point, a fight with such a disadvantage against him that he'd certainly die without putting up much of a fight. Instead he held his position and simply waited to see if things were going to go without conflict.

Echo in his Kitsune outfit merely watches his frame standing slowly while wind billows into the window causing his cloak to flutter, he ignores the other Kage, having known the Raikage long enough to not care much for his outburst..the Kazankage is a surprise but eh, not much he really cares about.
Another familiar face is the Kazankage's escort, he's seen that man before and chuckles inwardly at the thought of the little scrub running away in terror.
He steps over with controlled steps, trying his best not to slouch at the boring atmosphere, he stands next to the other ANBU attending and ponders....who the fuck is this guy??
He's never seen this mask before, but Navi seems to know him...and he has been out of the loop for a bit so whatever.
He remains vigilant..albeit now worry for his Brother bubbles into his gut...where could Koroshi be?
If someone hurt him...his eyes narrow and the wind blowing in through the open window seems to react to his anger by howling through the land of iron..

He would turn the fools that dare attack his kin into bloody strips of flesh the size of bacon, then fry them up and feed them to the gathered Kage!

..Why does the guy next to him seem so tense?
...Does he stink?
Huh...better dive in a river next chance he gets...no need for that being the reputation of Kitsune.

....Wait did Navi just offer to buy all the villages??
Better look bad ass and intimidating.
