The first build

He had done his research and he had done his training now he was ready to build the Eight Lantern seal. He knew what materials he had to buy and so with the first light of the day Tatsuay makes his way to the market.
It was full of diverse people, like people form other nations to people who just looked strange. Having plenty of money on him Tatsuya finds a stone yard witch sales lanterns. Tatsuay could build his own but that would take much more time to do so and Tatsuay had a feeling that he might want them in the near future. Having found a set of eight lanterns that he likes Tatsuya wonders how he is going to carry them all. Each one by them selfs were not that heavy but carrying all eight would be a bit of a challenge. After making his purchase Tatsuay looks around the air and pokes his head around the back of the warehouse. There were a few men and women standing around as well as a nice big wheal barrel. Tatusya walks up to one of the women who looked to be of a higher rank and asked if he could barrow the wheelbarrow for the day. The women said yes and Tatsuya left with the lanterns in the barrel as well leaving a little bit of a tip.

Walking back into the main part of the bizarre Tatsuya does get a few funny looked as it was clear that he was a shinobi but the fact that he was carrying lanterns did seem a little odd. Never the less Tatsuya makes his way to the next stop.

Having arrive at a purple draped booth Tatsuay walks in to the mysterious place. After saying hello Tatsuya looks to see if he can find what he needs. Very quickly he finds the large paper that was necessary for the sealing as well as a vile of ink and a brush. 

"So you are planning on doing some sealing?" An old woman says. "And by the looks of it a pretty powerful one at that?" She says pointing to the lanterns.

"You could say that." Tatsuay responds with a smile. When he was just about to leave he spots a little flask that was filled with what looks to be liquid gold leaf. Purchasing that as well Tatsuya leave the booth and off to find a private place to build.

Finding a hidden away empty lot Tatusya activates his chakura sensory to see if any one is around. He didnt want any one discovering his secrets yet. He would probably make it public at some point but for now this was special to Tatsuya.

First off Tatsuya places each of the lanterns in an octagonal formation. Then he begins on the sealing its self. Having mastered Fuinjutsu as his second spec Tatsuya opens each door of the lanterns. Inside where the candle would normally be put Tatsuay paints of the required seals. Seven of the eight were all the same as these ones were used for detecting stamina levels and then the last one for the actual sealing. Tatsuay then paints the top of the unique lantern with he gold leave. Having the hole process be a little aquerd Tatsuay does manage. Each of the lanterns did have something in common. That being a mark that said for the lanterns to be attracted to chakura. Tatsuya was not really sure how this worked but he trusted the thousands of years worth of research.

Moving on the the paper Tatsuay paints a basic idem sealing mark on it and with that he is done. It did take a wile but for the most part it was pretty easy. Now came the more difficult part. 

Tatsuya first activates the seal on the paper and quite easily the lanterns flow right inside of it. Tatsuay did not want to do a full sealing as then this set would be ruined as well there was no one to do it on. So the only thing Tatsuay could practice was bringing it forth form the seal. Finding a stone Tatsuay put some chakura into it as the lanterns were attracted to it then spending 10 AP Tatsuay trys to bring the lanterns forth. The was a large poof but nothing had happen. Looking in a Fuinjutsu for dummys book Tatsuya reads over the steps again.
The problem could have been that Tatsuya did not put in enough chakura to summon.
Trying again Tatsuya puts some more chakura into the stone and then 20 into the seal. This time they came out smooth and surrounded the stone in a perfectly symmetrical way. Tatsuay was not going to take the practice further as he might accidentally seal the stone inside the lanterns and what would be an all out waist. So instead Tatsuay leans back and study the book a little more as well re checks his seals on the lanterns.

Feeling confident with his sealing Tatsuya reseals the lanterns and folds up the paper. Then he places it inside his little weapons pouch.
Sitting in the grass for a little wile longer Tatsuya wonders if he would be able to capture a tailed beast with this and if so could he then figure out a way to seal it with in him? In many ways it would be risky. One being just tying to put something like that inside of you and two if it were to be taken out then its host would die. Then again Tatsuay did have a sole amythis which would save him but still.

More importantly Tatsuya thinks about becoming Hokage. As proven by the community meeting people wanted Tatsuay to become Hokage. Tatsuay did want to position but was unsure if he would be given it with out a fight. That was one of the reasons to why Tatsuay wanted to make this sealing quickly just in case something bad happens when he goes to visit the Kage. Even if something bad does happen Kasai will be there to help out.

Standing up to leave Tatsuay goes home to rest up before his big day.
