Each applicant will be sent a special set of 3 tags. Each with a set value written and as such an ticket to enter.
Valued tags
Each shinobi participatimg is given 3 special tags. Each one has a value equal to a certain sum. This sum is based on several factors. All factors were kept in mind.

Your awnser in the applications and details. Each induvidual has been graded from highest to lowest and are as follows. As well as how they lined up with allies, and your leaders. Are judged as the following. These following 5 people got bonus points. As a show of recongnition.

Your goal
You must eliminate the other teams members and their VIP by removing their tags. Or reach the third day IC.
Each tag you grab grants you points equal to the value of the induvidual's tag`s. In charecter the only tag values that are known are the VIP's. The value of each participants tag is revealed at the end of the event. The team that gets the most points are the winners of the event, and are respectively rewarded.
Tags
The tags are unique as in they host an measure of features. And inform each team that holds a special scroll designed for the event. Who has the most and least tags. As such the tags must always remain visible at all times.
Removing tags
An induvidual must not inflict any harm when attempting to remove a tag, and must do this in an effort with another teamate. (Example teamate A holds down the enemy, and teamate B attempts to grab the tag.) Rewarding coordination and team work in dire situations.
As such. This can be done by imobilizing an induvidual, or other non lethal means. However, points will be put against you if you try to just grab the tag all by yourself.
You can recover your own tags as each one is uniquly color coded and marked with the users names on front and back.
Elimination
An induvidual is eliminated if all of their tags are removed. While the team is eliminated if their VIP's tags are removed. Surrenderimg their remaining tags to the team that removed the last VIP tag. However another teamate can potentially prevent a teamate from being eliminated if they give 1 of their own tags to their teamate. (This does not work with VIP)
Unique rules: home topic, retreating, ambush.
Posting in event
Posts will be more paced in this event. Unlike the usual 48 hour posting event. Each member of this is given 36 hours instead to respond. (Nice quick and blood pumping)
Home topic
Each team starts in their "territory" which is a home topic. This home topic is titled as such. And is used for a multitude of purposes including medical treat meant , recovery of stanima, and sleep. (ap regen while resting restores half of an induvidual's AP.) Each time a team retreats they will regroup and call it a day IC. Leaving them vulnerable for an ambush topic. As this will end that groups actions IC for that given time. When all groups retreat 3 times. The event ends
Each home base has an environment attached go it. As such they are all within the land of fire. With the choices are as each team can land claim for such places for their home base. They all host advantages and disadvantages which hold both tactical and positioning advantages. As such there too are medical personal on each site(home base) to administer should teams lack a medical shinobi. Or if team medical shinobi is unavailable.
The following home topics can be chosen by each team and will be updated as such.
Should an team leave their home topic. They all will leave together VIP's included.
Open feild combat
When two groups meeet they will be among the woods, or an agreed battlefeild. (Choices of battle fields will be in appropriate forum.)This is considered "open feild combat". All manner of jutsu can be used,so long as they are not to lethal capacity. (Meaning that no one is allowed to claim a kill on any other teams. Most damage is seriously wounded.) AP loss, and cool downs carry over multiple feild topics.
The captain and their respective teams will face off against one of the other 2 teams. In question. All teamates will follow post order as the following. captain, co captain, member 1.2.3 (etc) and finally the VIP.
The first day. Teams will host a meeting topic where the captains will roll 1 D20 via the site. This roll is only once. Which the two highest results are the teams that will fight first. And the third is on standby.
The team that retreats first will be on standby for the second IC day. Then the third IC day will be the team that was not on standby neither 1st nor 2nd day will be placed on standby. Making all 3 teams respectfully get an oppertunity to fight.
Observation topics will be made for the team on standby.
The team that begins the topic goes first. Followed by the second team. Then if the third team if they disire to join in. Do note if the 3rd disires to join in they can do so after the second team. Open feild combat last's up to 5 posting rounds. +5 posting rounds if the third team shows up in open combat. Granting everyone an means to fight meaningfully.
The battlefeilds are vast with a 300 meter range in total. Hidden NPC village shinobi of the village can be sensed via chakra sensory, or spotted as such to mark the max distance of the battle fields.
Retreating
For many reasons an team may retreat. Maybe to go and recover, plot their next plan. But for whatever reason. They can retreat. Now if retreating the co captain, and captain can call it out outloud. This will be capeable of being interrupted as well. But should both/ all teams retreat. Then all players can exit.
If contested an induvidual must get 100 meters from active combat in order to retreat. With whatever means they posess so long as its nonlethal.
Ambush
The team that is not in combat can choose to hide in wait till 1 of the teams retreat, or while a team is recovering for combat. The team that retreats first will be placed in an ambush by the waiting team. (Meaning that there will be a topic made to ambush the first team that retreats from the combat. This will enable the team waiting to strike when most vulnerable.)
The post order for the ambushers can be in any order for this case. (Like member, captain, VIP, co captin (etc,)and due to this they can choose the posting order of the enemy team due to the confusion. (Captin and co captin decides the posting orders)
An ambush lasts only for 5 posting rounds. each team can only ambush 1 time during the event. So they must choose wisely on their approach and make it count.
Recovery
Should a teamate get wounded or run out of AP the team will need to rest for 1 Day. If ambushed during recovery. The members not wounded will fight at their remaining AP from the open feild/ ambush topic. This however lasts for up to 5 rounds of posting. Before the ambush ends.

- Forest Home Base:
Lined around Konoha are miles of forests. As such the battlefield and the home base holds a key advantage. It is dark with limited lighting even with dojutsu that can outline chakra. Allowing shinobi to hide in the shadows. And sneak up should they play their cards right.
Visual range is a maximum of 50 meters with dojutsu. While byakugan can still see up to a mile should they distinctly focus their vision in a single direction? While ninjutsu and dojutsu not activated has a 25-meter range. (Those with experienced fighter can see +10 meters.) when dojutsu is not active/ a person not hosting dojutsu
Disadvantage
Due to trees that are old and such. When fire jutsu have used the heat will ignite the surrounding trees. This will create a heated environment burning at the power of said fire jutsu. And will spread at the speed stat of said fire jutsu in a range equal to the speed of the said technique in all directions. A water technique of equal power must be used to douse the fire.
These fires last per area 3 posts. Before creating a thick smokey that lasts 2 rounds of posts. This spreads until the second post. To breath, in the smoke, one must have a health stat equal to half the power of said used fire jutsu. Or they choke losing -20 rt due to breathing in the smoke.
This also makes it impossible to see through the smoke accurately. Although chakra sensory works still. Making it a solid tactic to utilize in escapes, or ambushes. That could be sprung.
- Mountain range/final valley:
A vast mountain range granting much high ground and a hilly area with caves that may house the home base. This holds a clear overseeing the arch of the forest where fires may be seen and such. In regards to this, the home base is trickier to locate. The effectiveness of doton./earth based techniques gets a nice +10 in power. But due to such, it is very much very high up in the air. Surface walking is a requirement to effectively fight in this range. Or one may lose their footing and slide down hills and such. To the cliff edges.
As such, there is also the final valley hosting a roaring river with. The source for tuition/water techniques. As such bank to bank is 150 meters. If caught in the water one must possess at least a strength of 50 or be swept downstream at a speed of 50. One can resist this by maintaining surface walking technique which is amplified by +10 ap to maintain.
Disadvantages
When on this terrain. The use of doton is both a blessing and a curse. The shifting earth easily uproots the ground for each doton technique. And creates unstable grounding. Mini rock slides moving at the speed of the used doton technique and boasting the same power will buffet victims. Sliding them back to the edge of the cliff overlooking the final valley river. And risking even with surface walking an individual to plunge into the rushing water below. unless their strength stat is higher than the power.
The fall from the cliff is 25 meters. While not causing serious harm on impact with water one can easily find themselves swept downstream.
When an individual is swept downstream they are removed from combat for 1 posting round or can escape.
- The makeshift city:
Several miles outside of the tanzaku town provinence. Border to the wind country. Is an make shift village utilized for various domestic trainings. In this case for the event the team here is positioned within this makeshift village. For the base value it is within an valley blocked by a pass. The winds that shift over the mountains dive within the vslly making it breezy, but due to it this removes scent of smell, and the dusty eviornment makes it tricky to see. Requiring shinobi to take cover in the many houses within the make shift city. Two rivers run through the city as a solid scource of water.
With this all in all this is a small complex with up to 1 mile in total for the whole village. Houses are 8 meters in height and 12 meters in width. Containing bedding and the likes for the wounded and weary.
As an arid area futon/wind release techniques, and lightning techniques gain a +10 to power and speed. The streets are narrow being ideal for taijutsu/ weaponry users, and springing traps.
Disadvantage
With the many houses they are lined with a special material that dampens the chakra signatures within the city. Reducing any sensory based jutsu or base chakra sensory by 1/2. Due to the wind sound is also reduced to a 5 meter radius surrounding an individual. (Increases by +10 for those with experienced fighter.)
As such for combat every 3 post rounds in this area. A dust storm will kick up reducing visual range to 25 meters at all around induviduals.

Each induvidual has an chance for ranking up. As determined by their VIP based on their proformance in the entire ordeal. This includes healing, communication, and teamwork. As such induvidualism is frowned upon and is heavily apllied against. Even elites work in teams.
As such the required points can also be met by the team in a whole. Showing excellence in both team synergy and their ability to work together.
Team Promotion pts requirement: 24,000 pts.
There is no way to skip over a rank through this event. (Meaning no genin jumping to jounin.) As such your rank up it is either through being rewarded by your VIP, and their awknowledgement of both your skill, and required merit, or your team meeting the score requirements.
Should no one reach score limit. It will be determined by your VIP, and the other VIP's who gets a rank up. So work hard.
(Any word count in this event can be typically used for techniques, items, stats, etc.)

I will be updating this to determine the scores and winners/losers and other stuff.
As to quicken the pace as opposed to the normal 48 hour post. We will be running 36 hour timer for this. (Unless otherwise stated such as emergencies and such.)
Communication will be key so should another not be able to post. Skipping will be enabled should teams not be able to reach said individual that is unable to post.

As to quicken the pace as opposed to the normal 48 hour post. We will be running 36 hour timer for this. (Unless otherwise stated such as emergencies and such.)
Communication will be key so should another not be able to post. Skipping will be enabled should teams not be able to reach said individual that is unable to post.
Remember folks
#1. Have fun (don't sweat it, mistakes happen, typos, (etc)what matters is if you have fun. Your fellow players will have fun too)
#2. No arguing. (Keep it civil folks a whole topic full of ooc arguing and such. Not so much fun.is it? And do we want to wait for a battle mod every single attack? Nah lets make it so this gets fun.)
#3. Be nice (to understand this refer to rule #1 and #2. Then ask another player what this means. )
