Taichi was furious, enraged at the mere thought of this damned village being unable to protect one of their own on their own land. That was supposed to be his kill, and yet, now he would never know if the voice would ever return to him. Before giving away his intention, he would walk toward the gates, remembering the times that he had in this village. He remembered the day that Zaled had brought him in to the village and allowed him an island to stay within. He was more than grateful, but that man had since lost his seat as Kage. That man was nowhere to be seen and now this village was nothing more than a waste of space atop the island of the great Volcano. 

He grabbed a scroll out of his vest and he summoned Aria, queen of the hares. When Aria appeared, he looked over to Taichi and did not recognize him at first. They spoke a moment and Aria reluctantly nodded. She knew that he had made up his mind and she was indebted to him. She would constantly scan the surrounding areas, being sure to alert Taichi should anyone get within 100 meters of his location.

Taichi knew that this place was a home to him when he needed one, it even brought him to being in audience with a powerful ninja that had earned Taichi's respect with his strength and wit, being Stein, that undead bastard. He walked passed the training grounds when he remembered meeting Prim, the woman who would later teach him about the eyes that he now had obtained thanks to her knowledge that she had imparted onto him. Taichi remembered all of the kind things that this village offered him in his time of need. 

But this village was a different place now. It was a dead and empty wasteland, one that had allowed a Konoha ninja not only once with Sephora, but twice with Hildr come upon their lands and allow them to escape with their lives after taking one and almost another. Taichi hated that village, and soon Odin's wrath would be brought down upon their walls, but for now, it was time to focus on the place in which he stood today. 

Taichi knew exactly how he was going to bring about it's destruction. He quickly formed one set of hand seals with one hand. He stood in the center of the village, using these hand signs, he would create a few fireballs and send them into several of the remaining buildings, catching them all on fire. Soon the fires would spread, causing more and more of the village to become covered with black smoke and flames. The smoke would be dark enough to cause the brightness of the day to dim.

Should anyone attempt to stop him, which he was expecting, he would be ready for the fight that would cause this day to be the day that Taichi would never forget. He would have his eyes open and scanning for any type of interference, scanning for chakra using his chakra sensory skill. He would also scan his entire surroundings constantly, ensuring no one would be trying to catch him off guard and get a sneak attack in on him. He would be listening to the fires spread from building to building, listening to the screams of all of its inhabitants. 

Taichi would have Aria sprinting around the forest, constantly checking for any intruder within his forest. Should anyone come within 75 meters of his location, she would alert Taichi and he would know exactly where the intruder would be. There was no one within 100 meters of Taichi's location, and he was more than ready for any kind of quick attack or interference as his eyes or sensory ability would allow him to see anyone that would get close. He would be sure to be using his chakra sensory skill while also scanning his surroundings.

There is a sand castle in the process of forming getting part of the natural light hitting their target earlier relatively to how those particles were located minutes ago. From the perspective of the standing umbrella, it matters not; None of the light it receives were affected by the construction for it is far enough. It might not be the brightest time of the day but shadows were still cast in a skewed form of every presentable counterpart to a naked human eye. The chairs around the umbrella are left vacant in a tidy manner facing the wooden construct that allowed the umbrella to hold its ground firmly to the sand albeit not achieving the desired perpendicular posture it should have.

The elder uchiha was once more disturbed. Having to clean his puppet in silent mourning as he watched over tori quietly. It seemed there was once more another visitor to the village. And likewise the scent of smoke was in the air. which was not good from a frightened normal induvidual. it was another thing to zaled and added further annoyance to him.

"go and head off go the islands. also take as many people you can "

he said softly and with compassion in his voice. a note of sadness added too. As he did not need to kill anyone else. eventually corpses get too heavy on the soul. you grow tired of it. he wiped the last of the dark red crust of old blood from the puppets blades and placed it carefully in a safe and secured spot on his back.

armed and ready he glanced outside as his hkme towards the rising smoke on the far side of the volcano.

ugh these noisy people just don't know when to give it an break.

zaled thought as it was clear stien was absent to handle this. The man simply wove the clone seal and created two shadow clones as he tended to tori now with a cold cloth. She ran a high fever for days and was terribly sick.

1 clone emerged and knew what it had to do as its own puppet was on it's back, and like zaled fully equipped. recon and ascess the danger, and dissuade the target. report upon acerning targets location, status, and immediate action.

the second clone formed and was also fully equipped. its duty as second was the outside interference, and of course observation with appropriate force.

since the home was on the otherside of the volcano, and near the waterfront on that side. zaled himsel planned on doing the proper thing. sending the threat away from the masses.

the center of the village being encroached by rows of housing 250 meters from zaleds own own on the other end of the volcano. this was directly approached by clone #1. While clone #2 kept a 70 meter gap behind the first clone. the two approached with their respective distance.

Zaled on the otherhand used surface walking and headed off 200 meters off into the water behind his own home which was off the coast Awaiting infomation from the clones respectfully. but remaining within the effective range of his clones control.


clone 1: upon arriving at the scene The clone noted the forestin the back behind the culptit by 50 meters, but his attention shifted to the damage was already done. wounded were around, but what got the clone one innocent in shock at the culprit. he knelt and spoke with concern to a badly burned victim.

the victim only managed to say it was a terrible fire jutsu and expired pointing at the boy taichi. grief filled the clone as once more a threat in cowardace acted only for their own gain. it wasnt the kazan way.

"taichi, why hurt a home that opens with arms?"

the clone asked as the clone was sure the boy could hear him. this was not a time to be unstable. he gave the boy his own island. land for his own kin. sven if not leader this spat in the uchihas face.


clone: 2 the clone overwatched the first clone, and now taichi shaking its head. doing moderatly quick triage of the wounded. but was at ready if the boy foolishly acted.

kids being some kind of idealists. zealots of their belief. This is why they cannot be leaders. nor ready to run on their own. still lets see what hes gonna do.

As the clones began to close in, Taichi was warned when they were still 150 yards away. Aria yelled out to Taichi, alerting him of the intruders and Taichi didn’t even need to look to see who it was. Taichi was not interested in fighting Zaled’s toys, so he merged within the Earth and began scanning the world with his sensory skills, with the aid of Mayfly. While using Mayfly, he saw there was a mass of people within one single area, an evacuation spot perhaps? Taichi smirked as he kept that mental note handy. 

He continued to scan the area around the island when he found a chakra signature within the water, which Taichi was sure that was going to be one of two people, both of which Taichi needed to see. He transported himself to the shoreline before the water that the chakra signature had stood 200 meters into the water, creating a gap between the two shinobi of 205 meters. 

Taichi would only emerge from the Earth where he would notice the clones had not followed him to the shore line, miraculously guessing where Taichi would go. If the clones were there waiting to attack him, he would simply stay within the Earth as to not give the clones the chance to attack Taichi. He would wait until the coast was clear, being surprised that the kage would just allow the fires to continue to burn without helping his own people with his clones. 

Taichi used surface walking technique to begin closing in on the former Kage. Aria would catch up with Taichi and would run ahead of him by thirty meters, ensuring that Taichi would get enough time to react should a trap be triggered. 

After he would start to close the gap, he would yell out to Zaled. “Typical of you Zaled! You create your toys and have them try to solve your problems. But where are you when the problems begin huh!? You allowed Konoha not only once but twice to come into this damned village and kill your own people. First there was that bastard who shattered Seph’s legs, and then there was Käede, the purpose for my return! Why!?” Taichi would stop 30 meters away from Zaled, unless he would need to stop earlier due to an attack, which he would be ready for as he and Aria were both scanning. He was scanning with his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan So he would be readily able to see any chakra surges near him. He wouldn’t throw any attacks towards Zaled, for he needed an answer to his question.

For the clones they only caught a glimpse of taichi as he merged in thr earth. An sense of frustration boiled in each as the boy refused fo acknowledge their presence,  but consider them like the people, less then worthy an explanation.  There were fires and now an unusual rabbit that decided to bound from the forest from which was 50 meters behind taichi's original location.  moving with intent towards  where the zaled was, or their assumption. It was unlike any wildlife on the islsnd so must be a pet of taichi's. it was a hunch. The two clones split their tasks now clear,  As the rabbit had not made it past clone 1 yet.

clone:1.  he  lead out each burned victim. and thoes who could,before dizpersing sending zaled the memories it posessed. and affirming tbe ones in the homes burned that could, were safe.medical treatment would be ordered too by the clone as an emergency show of power to the wounded.

clone 2: this clone raced back to zaled, as the rabbit was well  behind the clone, and due to his speed the clone easily out sped the rabbit  to the location of the shore line and left it far behind about 90 meters, before he came to a at the shore line looking towards zaled.

he noted the boat with survivors have left which zsled oversaw personally snd awaited for taichi to decidedly emerge. simply at the ready. with his blade unsheathed he guessed taichi would notice that there was something happen on the surface. Still he counted on it. As the clone used His blade, and traced the ground writing a simple message.

The mere warning from the clone was to not be tested by taichi or anyone. as it was the warning that he will eventually surface, and if taking too long the clone and even zaled will attack. They are forgiving but not fools to hsve their hearts toyed with.


Zaled himself maintainingvthe surface walking techniqe noted that one clone speedily emerged and a brief moment later his chakra was partially restored. confirming the first clones memories, and sharing its anger. Taichi had to awnser to the wrong wroght despite the awnsers he gives.

no matter what no wrongs can equal a right child. Assume what you msy, but i will not let this be some tantrum. for ideals. lives are more then an ideal. why wont you face the music.

zaled thought as he glanced over to the now departing boat. Heading off to distant lands which was in his eyes for the better. While he took care of stuff. knowing the wounded and the innocent were departed he could now focus on the msin problem. Zaled remained in his same location still  200 meters from the shore. The water below was deep a good 80 meters deep with heavy pressure due to the lively nature of the land. If anything taichi would know better then to re emerge from below the water.and face the music that was the clone, and eventually zaled.

As Taichi had expected, there was a bit of an interruption to his plan. Before he rose from the ground below, he saw there was a Zaled standing on the shores. Before he rose, he had his plan in action. He rose from the ground 40 meters away from the clone and immediately had hand seals being performed, one set in each hand. Both of the hand seals would be for different techniques, both of which were for different parts of his plan. He would not pay any mind to the clone, for by this time, Aria had caught up with the clone and was waiting for the reaction that the clone would have to Taichi’s emergence. 

Should the clone intervene in his movements towards Zaled, then he would initiate the first technique, while the other hand seals would be for the technique that would be sent towards Zaled himself. He was sure the one standing on the water was the real Zaled, far more dramatic that way for him to be placed. Taichi would be sprinting towards Zaled at full speed using his surface walking. Wanting to ask him the questions he had before moving on to his plans for his future. 

“Zaled! Dispel your damned toys. This is between you and me damn it! You have things to explain and I want to hear it now!” Taichi would be ready for any type of attack, Aria would be watching the clone, ready to warn Taichi or to take the fight to the clone should the need arise. Taichi was ready for the clone to attack Taichi, just as he was ready for Zaled to do the same thing. He would be ready to react to those should the need arise, but he would as for now, need to hear Zaled’s responses to the questions that he would ask him.

An unfortunate chirade of nonsense the man noted. Zaled spotted the boy beginming to emerge from  the earth 40 meters behind his clone, This placing the boy a solid 240 meters away. He figured that the boy wanted to directly attack, and it did not help that the boys hands were noted moving at that distance. Which zaled would only figure they were seals woven. An annoyed  sound A mix of an snarling grunt to an low growl escaped his lips. This only audible if someone was 10 meters from zaled. Which no one was as he was now 240 meters away from taichi since he was emerging from the earth 40 meters behind His clone.. He had enough and the boy had no choice but to come to him now fully. By now the water below was a solid 130 meters below zaled. Terribly deep water with heavy pressure as he had heard.

This child has lost his damn mind!

The man thoght as before the boy fully emerged, zaled had decided to for his own good reasons add another 60 meters between himself and the shore line. Moving at maximum speed, and of course this all possible by him maintining surface walking. If this was done he would be 300 meters from taichi,and 260 meters from his clond. He was certain taichi was feeling the strain of maintaining so many things active. Everyone wears out eventualy. This was more Attriction then  battle, as he was not a fool to directly engage like others. Instead he would let them tire themselves out, unless they gave in, or he, and his clones had a decisive advantage. Here it was time, and space between them. One could not beat what they cannot catch.

zaled even while  moving was awaiting the very flaw to occur, even if there was an potential increase in speed by the boy this meant little. The boy still needed to approach, and as far as he was certain, nothing could reach zaled from his awareness. Especially if he kept moving.



Clone 2: The clone  was satisfied that the boat was leaving slready had his head turned, and noticed that the boy taichi was beginning to  rise from the earth 40 meters  Directly behind him.  Another 50 meters behind taichi was that unusual rabbit he saw earlier. Upon nocting the boy beginning to emerge  from the ground. The clone's right hand gripped the katana's handle at the ready for if the boy rushed on an instants notice, while his left hand at full speed reached behind him, and safely attached his fingers, and subquently chakra threads to his puppet the Shield.

With a soft motion of his left hand at full speed the clone manipulated the puppet  safely around his the left side of its body to block taichi's pathway between himself and the clone.  The clone Keept  the puppet 5 meters from himself, and raised the katana held in his right pointing it at taichi. The clone Adressed the boy loudly,  as by now  Taichi was only halfway out of the earth With his hands, and fingers above the earth in plain sight.


In this time Taichi would've only have woven 2 seals in each hand which were seemingly diffrent at an first glance, and held no relation to each other. Since no technique's have bern completed since taichi did not complete thecrequired seals.  Still the clone's sharingan was not active yet to be certain if he could copy the seals woven.



"Stop it taichi! cease your jutsu preperations Stand down!'


If the boy continued to weave seals, or otherwise did not cease his actions. The clone would act accordingly. As by then there were no words to be exchanged. As the clone would force the boy to either go back below, or face  the pupeteer clone. Who was at the ready to stop the boy.



dont be a fool taichi, think child, you cannot keep this up, or you will get hurt, or worse.

The clone thought, Still the boy was wasting time not listening, and complying. It would be better to surrender, and make ammends, or his fight was all but lost.

Having to contend against the incoming winds from the shore seems like a good thing. Just when things are about to get real cozy, some disturbances seems to come in. It sounds as though some fight is going on somewhere into the island; Hoping that it will resolve itself sometime later. It did not get the umbrella shaking which is a good thing but the bad news revealed itself; Boats. No one would do that trying to cross the sea unless they could walk across it. The castle is unharmed but the island might be taking some beating giving a reason to the empty shores and more might be vacant later on.

zaled gazed towards the oncoming mess with sadness How did it come to this? a simple question with well difficult answers. Taichi was indeed a basket case but even the insane mellow out.perhaps talent got to his brain. But this was the roughness of kids, and adults. They eventually in this world come to odds. Maybe if he was more a leader that showed less transparency. It was a stark contrast to his younger days.

Now zaled awaited his clone's confirmation.still quietly waiting for the clone to diffuse the situation 300 meters away, while taichi was merely 340 meters away in his same spot. the surface walking technique maintained.


clone2: The clone observed the earth solidify around taichis mid section, due to him not maintaining his earth jutsu, So now taichi was stuck in the earth, unable to break out As he was up to jis middle ribs which was unfortunate. And now he couldn't move,but still the boy did not answer. perhaps A clone was lower then a citizen. The clonewith a click of his left finger sent his puppet towards the boy at it's maneuverability speed. If of course not stopped it would carve the boy cleanly in two. from torseo up.

why taichi did you do this? it was unecssary. and foolish... why boy answer for the lives you ruined. i don't want to do this.


the clone thought as he for better or worse awaited amy actions done, but given taichi's position it looked bleak, unable to move, and stuck like a tree, even a retaliation was beyond the boy's ease of response, and now he risked extermination.

i can't let this be. if you die my boy you wasted your potential.

zaleds head bowed in sadness and grief, he felt the pain a dull pain of a father losing his child, but it was dull. a tear fell as he mentally protested knowing the boy did not awnser for his choices. A fladh of what could've been went through  his mind. He wished it wasnt so, but alas it was.Not only a rouge, but his own kin was taken. from him. From afar he watched events unfold. He approached the scene unfolding a grim sadness filling the elder uchiha as he made his way still maintaining surface walking technique.



clone 2:

sadness filled the clone as a sickening sound of sputtering skin and  metal filled the area, as the puppet sliced through the  boy taichi. the  blades carving fully through his hal submerged body, and with horrible bleeding, shock, and a mixture of  both his body being split in two so all blood, guts,half his heart, and lungs spilled out. The death was quick,but without a word.

the clone noted taichi must've accepted accepted judgements, by silent defiance, something only few foolish and brave did to not test methods of mercy and torture.The boy's body slumped back dead. His crimson eyes now non seeing into the void of the unknown.  the puppet veered to the right of the body by 20 meters and stopped. As the clone discontinued maintaining the puppet

The clone's eyes filled with tears as it came up to the body of the boy. like a plant chopped.A metaphor to saying potential unmet and unknown.

"brat!"

the clone spat out through an amgiished sob of misery and a howl escaped his lips. it was agony, but he had to live on. for the original.

"why did you do this boy.... why hurt thoes who come with open arms and heart."

silence filled the area as his voice  was met with the silence of the dead corpse.The clone approached and through sobs took the boys eyes and gazed at the red crimson design of the final evoluition of the eyes. An uchihas duty even as old as he was was to prevent missuse or discovery. He was now the sole gatekeeper in their honor.

"why did you not grow past greed child? why did you not grow up!? for honor, and for service! i gave you a home, food,a island, a lady hell maybe you could've had a family child!"

the clone shouted, offended a god dared to design such a crule fate. A joke to the fates that only the ominrncence and omipotent in lores of old would perhaps find funny. He took another young life. Another life snuffed. He did not want this.

"you threw it away.wanting your road! your Rules!, even pain child! what was it worth in the end? nothing."

the clone knelt in sadness, and grief. he may have stopped the fighting, but to the cost of his kin.

"A future child.... you could've lived beyond me! you could've changed the world! but for what? burn down a place you call home? for what? money? fame? Seeking purpose? curiousity!? Did you even know? did you even care!?"

the clone yelled again. It went silent, a sigh escaped his lips, and the clone gazed at the original who walked up and  knelt too. both clone and original took a second of silence. Before the clone spoke up.

"He never awnsered back. the stubborn brat!. As you will see."

the clone said as he handed the eyes to zaled and poofed dispelling both  itself and the puppet it controlled. And returning  to the original zaled.


He was alone now goimg through the memories, and too cried. nothing could be said to a corpse though. The clone said it all. Still he could do one thing for the boy. zaled stepped back and wipped a tear from his eyes. As he pocketed the eyes, and  the boys other supplies with him. Zaled then dragged the boys upper body towards the water. just to drop it and let the waves send the boys upper remains to the seam The lower body however, was best done  as he could not retrieve it. But he gave taichi An honor he gave one before him. His first love. the sharks took her, but it was fitting as now sometimes nature needed the nourishment too.

child the next life, please dont go deaf on your elders.

the man thought as he with heavy shoulders headed back and assisted with quelling and acessing the damage. Stien had vanished, and now zaled had no one but himself. lonliness filling up, but still he held tachis eyes, his daughter and her freinds safe having fled, as did tori, and his child incoming.  

one loss isnt the end... not by far. but it was to my family by blood...
