Backstory: The Kamigawa's initial specialty is the ability to connect to the spirits of the world-- gods, demons, animals, and other supernatural creatures bound to the unseen realm. What made the Kamigawa so formidable is they could use their chakra to give these spirits physical form-even for a brief moment in time. They can also manifest their spirits into bodily form-- a strength from within. "I am thou, thou art I..." Via this vow said with the soul or spirits allied with the caster, they are manifested into a powerful attack, able to strike and defend their contracted user. The strength of the conjured spirit or soul reflects the chakra of the Uchūgan wielder.
Appearance: Upon activation, the same starry chakra flashes around the caster and gathers in shape and color-- soon becoming a phantasmal being the caster chooses. The conjured chakra-being's appearance can be anything from a beast, demon, god-like being, or something else the caster wishes. It charges forward or releases a blast of its initial power.

What it does: The jutsu is activated by calling out "Persona," or the name of the spirit of invocation they have in their minds. Regardless of its shape or characteristics, it manifests as a semi-sentient chakra loyal to the Kamigawa (Uchugan bearer), which summons it, ranging from 5/10 meters in height. The aesthetic change of appearance does not provide any means of deceiving other players, in the sense that others can recognize multiple Personas as the same technique. It can only appear within 10 meters of the user and not within 3 meters of another character. It takes on whatever shape the caster envisions, a specific spirit or another form of being. The Persona embodies the will and drives of its caster to perform particular actions, which can be varied based on the caster's will. Melee attacks reach a maximum of 5/10 meters in length, and the conjured entity moves at jutsu speed. The attacking limb/fang/claw/sword (whatever) is roughly 3 meters in size max. If the user has Ninjutsu and Space-Time as a full specialty, they may choose which spec Persona scales from upon activation.
First, the conjured chakra essence strength and durability are held together by the caster's chakra. Depending on its strength or composition, the summoned being can either be an offensive force via charging a target or act as a last-ditch defense, using its body to protect its caster or others near it. While it can take a blow, it cannot reduce the enemy's damage if the attack hits the caster. It can even do utility-related tasks such as holding up large structures. The caster may even ride on said conjuring if desired.
When used offensively, the conjured Persona acts as a guardian and vanguard. It can be a physical blow or blast of chakra that is non-elemental (Yin-related damage) to a target or target range. However, the Persona can also adapt to any of the user's elements/advanced elements the caster possesses. The Persona may also release or travel in the form of the element-shaped version of itself (5X5 | 10X10 meter size) to strike a target, allowing it to be multi-versatile in terms of use and adapt to the best situation the caster needs. The elemental burst's shape and form can be between a physical strike or via a beam or explosion of the element to hit a wide area, reaching up to this jutsu's range. The size of the range attack the Persona can use is 5 | 10 meters in diameter, reaching up to this jutsu's maximum range. Differences in elemental attributes can only be done during initial activation and cannot be changed mid-duration. Elements made by this jutsu do not remain on the battlefield.
However, the jutsu is limited and does not last long before the Persona dissolves and disappears into the spirit world until invoked again. When a Persona loses a clash or is destroyed by a technique or enemy, the jutsu immediately goes into cooldown. The Persona can only use offensively once per post within its duration. The caster may call whatever kind of spirit they initially desire, whether IC-related or their significant presence. They may also carry a list of "Personas" or "Spirits" they can invoke on their stat page (Flavor).

I understand the Persona swapping aesthetic and all, so instead of blocking that entirely, I was hoping we could add a line after "It takes on whatever shape the caster envisions, a specific spirit or another form of being. " that essentially states something like this:
"The aesthetic change of appearance does not provide any means of deceiving other players, in the sense that others are able to recognize multiple Personas as the same technique."
I'm open to working on the word choice here, but I wanted to find some way for you to maintain the persona swapping aesthetic while still being fair to other players who may go against them in combat.
Feel free to reach out to me over discord if you have suggestions on how we can best phrase this.
