What it does: The user’s weapon vibrates with chakra and projects a high-pitched tone at jutsu speed over a wide area of 10/15/25 meters in all directions, overloading the hearing of one target of the user's choice in range and debuff two of their stats by 30/50/70. The stats of the target will remain rebuffed for a total of 2/3/4 posts. This jutsu will not clash with any solid environmental or chakra constructs. The user can choose the area the high-pitched tone cover to be smaller or larger upon creation. The high-pitched tone moves with the user's weapon and can be maintained for a total of 3 posts before debuffing a target.

To cast the jutsu, the user will run the ball of their index and middle finger across the entire length of the blade of their sword. The said blade cannot be shorter than 60 centimeters, and it's suggested to run it on their blunt side.

Hoshimura clan members can meet the Space-Time requirement via the clan specialty without the full spec to learn the S-rank version of the technique.
