Daiko's threads had hit their mark. They swiftly wrapped around the arms and legs of this kunoichi, and after that. Well. You know the rest. The first foe to perish at the hands of the squad. Kuties on Sight. Well, that wasn't their name yet but you get the picture. This type of foreshadowing wasn't too on the nose for Daiko's taste. In any matter, it was time to do some cleanup. They had basically eviscerated this poor girl and left her carcass on the ground to rot. Once all of the jutsu and such faded away, Daiko's threads would've receded back into his body and hopefully, all of Saya's crazy shit would be gone. Daiko approached the body and reached inside to grab the heart of his victim. He felt a strange force drawing him to it, so he decided that he best put it in his body. He wasn't sure why, though when he did, he felt a spark of electricity go through his body. Man, that tasted good. Even though he didn't eat it, y'know.

The cleanup wasn't too bad, but Daiko decided it best to snag the headband and give it back to the village's owner. Searching around, Daiko didn't find a shinobi ID of some nameless ninja that had the unfortunate fate of running into this girl. It was a shame. Daiko would see to it that they got a proper burial, even if it was just their headband. Even the worst of Ninja deserves more than being left on the ground to rot. Daiko does the proper hand seals and has the earth's core shift where the body was, before using earth chakra to manipulate the burial clothes. Stretching his arms, Daiko yawns. "Well, that was fucky. What do you say we ditch this place, and go get some of that tofu, eh? I'm trying to order something myself, this time." Daiko's stagnant complexion flashed a smile for the briefest of moments. It had felt as if his heart's size had doubled that day. Or rather, the amount of hearts that he'd had.

The black threads bound her body. The chakra threads held her further in place, but it was Ai's foo dog heads that would answer the attempt at Saya's life. 

"Eyes." Pinochio called out just before the foo dog statues forced this girl to the ground and several inches lower. With Saya's eyes snapped shut to shield her from the gruesome scene her chakra under the control of Ai's focus pushed the foo dogs harder. Effortlessly they removed each arm and leg and head at the joints, ensuring no chance of a second attack, and then the final statue bore a hole in the center of the girls chest from front to back, shattering the tip of her sternum. What was left was a gorey mess and a frozen girl with her eyes snapped shut. The threads took their time finding the connection points on the Ai puppet, lifting her from her back to one knee before she pushed off to stand once more. With Trifle released Ai moved slowly across the field to wrap her sister up, arms across her back. 

"Its ok. I handled it so you don't have to. There will be days like this. People who won't listen. Cruel people who you have to fight for the sake of peace. You did well, and you protected Daiko from harm. " Saya still stood unmoving for several moments before she softened under the embrace. 

"No, He protected me this time. I used everything I had to dodge whatever she was trying to do but he stopped her before she could even point at me. " SHe let out a shrill whistle, and a small dirt covered trap door opened at the side of the pool of water. Four musicians walked out with fabric case covered instruments, pausing only for a moment before nodding and heading back towards the village. Then she formed the hand seals. While Daiko took care of the body, Saya pressed her hands firmly against the ground and gently small buds split the earth, rising and growing until they formed great oak trees that peppered the once flat landscape. There would be a wave of fresh saplings that flowed from the edge of the water out fifty meters. They took their time, rising every few feet, but before Daiko suggested dinner they would be standing in a great forest. 

"From death can come something brilliant. New life. " Ai nodded. This was absolutely the way to end their first kill. Finally Saya turned to respond to Daiko, the vibrant joy always present in her personality flooding again. 

"YES! Tofu sounds amazing!!!! Be warned though, The tofu lady is paid up for whatever we want for........seven years?" She turned to pinochio as she posed what was more a question then a statement. She'd given this woman a LOT of money. 

"Assuming you both eat there quite often we'll need to set another deposite in about six years fourteen days, yes. Saya made the decision to put a rather substantial portion of her living stipend into supporting local buisinesses when she got here since we had a very small house. Now that she has the ability to create structures herself.... We won't need to pay upkeep or maintenance on a new home so the cash won't be missed. " They followed daiko, weaving through the new nativity of a world of trees and heading towards lunch.
