Character Exclusive: --
It was a dark and dreary night, as the fog cling to the ground, as Yuri steps into the graveyard she finds not a soul around. There was hair, nor hide, nor even skin and not a single peep or whisper...but as she was soon to figure out there was still plenty to bide the time with her...
A brisk night breeze did ruffle her clothes which was embossed with the word 'FEAR' but besides the sound of grass or wind it was a silent, and dreadful night. Fog cling tightly to the ground as she glances at the graveyard left and right. Crumbling gravestones and leering gargoyles, long abandoned rooms with grasping darkness.
The hairs on her neck we're finally starting to fall, and her heartbeat was starting to slow, but as she finally starts to find peace, the grave markers shake to and fro. Dessicated skin like gift wrapping bound around a decaying skeleton quiver, and rip their way right out of the ground with cursed and unnatural vigor! All around monsters and ghouls and beasts fill this wretched den.
Yuri yelps and howls, leaps and recoils towards the stone walls as the last tomb door does finally fall. From the coves and caves and depths they came and were freed. Frankenstein the monster stitches many and most gory, and wolfman the beast of sinew and muscles with his howling call's glory. Goblins! Ghouls! Gheists and Gastlies of the worst breed. And just when it seem there was no hope to be found, and Yuri was left stumbling on the ground, the horrible scene before her eyes took a turn she didn't expect at all!
They did the mash!
With a growl and a howl and a boooo and a grrr this classic dance did finally stir! With the shake of bony hips and the stomp of spectral feet and the quite fine reverberations of a well done drum beat. An idea had come to Yuri's mind, she was confident it was true, that the reason a these horrid things did move was the music blaring throughout the venue. So now her mission on this blackest night was to bring an end to...
The monster mash!
Scrambling to her feet it was time to begin and put this party six feet under. Trying to push through this molding mass she finds herself swiftly rebuffed. Hip checked, and shoulder bumped, and blocked by friendly greetings of 'braiiiins!' she finds she has made no advance. Thoroughly stumped on how to force her way through she finds her toe a tapping and ass she sat on the glowing moss she found an idea final hatching. So as she went back into the thick of the crowd, what had the young girl finally found? Only herself, joining the dance. As she stomped and shuffled and haunted her way through she had to admit it was kind of bash. With a grin on her face the party reaches full swing and finally...
It was a graveyard smash!

She's finally managed to break through the rhythm and the dance and had approached a semblance of calm in her head. The hairs on her neck still end on end, as she breaks out of the mass of dancing ghouls and goblins and into a small clearing. Thin silver rays beam down from between the clouds illuminating the eye of the storm and she takes a well deserved breathe, before once more a careening Frankenstein shoulder checks her.
Spinning, and yelling in shock as she stumbled along the clearing she found herself sweeper off her feet and in the arms of a creature most pale. His hair was raven black, and his skin alabaster white, with eyes blood red and flesh cold to the touch. With a bewitching pearl studded smile with fangs at both ends he locks eyes with Yuri. An attempt to entrance as slowly, carefully he moves his face closer to hers...
It was a swift motion, pushed forward by that deep and indescribable thirst, as fang tried to find neck but unaccounted for by the vampiric son was the young heart of the girl he bewitched. As he bit down he found a foul taste filling his mouth, wood old and rotted, a grave marker filling in her place. Maybe, mistakenly, she thought it would be her first kiss, and fled in a hurry as into the crowd once more she would scurry.
This time as she forces herself through the crowd she finds herself swiftly tossed in the air, as the monsters rise and fall in a wave link form, beads of lightning passing through them. It was a spectacular sight from above as Yuri joined in taking the view alongside the witches flying a bit over head before promptly crashing back down. With a raucous thud she falls inside of a coffin among two others owned by a trio of skeletons. The owner spins the coffin that had shut itself from the force of her fall before opening it. Discombobulated, Yuri stumbles out almost seeing veritable stars. Shaking her head as she finally coughs out her first real words of the night.
"Who...?"
The trio laughs, their jaws rattling raucously and staying attached despite the medical impossibility, really one of them had fallen off forcing them to retrieve it from the foamy ground as he slams it back on.
"The crypters kid! I'm Iyesa! The others are Aido and Nosa!" The tallest points to the middle and shortest of the skeletons who were now drumming on their coffins. Stroking the dull yellowish flesh of his chin, he starts to take in Yuri.
"So what about you? Too meaty to be a ghoul, not pale enough to be one of those vampires, not enough stitches for a horror, no fur too, you one of those zombies? None of youse guyses stand out in a crowd but ya look beat up enough for one."
There was the vague feeling saying she was a human was the wrong answer so eh just nods along. "Music..." Her head was still spinning as she points at her ear.
"Oh that trash? Some dork-o named Borly or whatever tryna upstage us. We wanted to crash this party and make everyone scram to make 'em look bad but we can't even get to the music box. Jerk upstaged our party. No point tryin' toa stop it now though...though if you could find a way to get one of the big names to stop dancin' the rejects might clear out and ya could find it."
Iyesa turns towards where the sound of the best was the loudest. Ghouls and abominations we're doing the electric wave, blocking the path to a tomb as the smell of ozone and flashes of blue fill the air.
"Ya'd have to find Frankenstein's bride first. Don't like doin this to the guy but he wasn't supposed to be here but his wife is pissed. Told 'em I wouldn't tell her anything and I told 'er if I could find a way to help I could...and you never promised not to eat the guy out..."
She was wondering how he gave off the impression of smiling. The skeleton was already rattling his bones as he sends off Aido and Nosa.
"WHAT'CHA DOIN LAZY BONES! GET THE PARTY READY, THIS SHUFFLER IS GONNA DO US A TIGHT ONE."
The younger members of the crypters scatter as Iyesa turns around and starts showing Yuri out.
"Alright kiddo, last I saw the Missus was in that spectral storm Johny Boolani was, asking him about Frankenstein I think. Watch out for flying objects, may be a bit of jumpin' too. Good luck kiddo!"
Kicking her on the rear as she melts into the crowd of monsters. This night was really getting wild for her.

Once more Yuri pops out of the dancing mass. If she could just overcome this she could complete her mission. Space had been arrayed for the more spectral dancer. Tables and tombstones, and all manner of debris was dancing through the air gleefully. Brought up and ripped out of the ground, this part of the graveyard had become a ghost town.
Ghosts we're sipping tea as spectres sashay through the night and howling fills the air. Now where was Missus Bride, searching high and low before finally catching sight. In the center of the ectoplasmic storm sitting fairly in it's eye, with green tinged skin and black hair streaked with white she sat calmly at a flying table. Talking, she was, with a noble bearing ghost as they share tea her face lacking any delight. So all she had to do now was climb her way through the storm of debris, reach the missus and tell her where her husband was without dying or being crippled...
The dull screaming groan of a zombie carries through the air as a decapitated head lands right next to her.
No pressure.
She can do this.
She jumps into the storm...
Loose stone catches her in the side, hands scrambling for purchase as chipped nails dig into the creeping moss stuck on the rocks. Pulling herself up as she feels a tear on her shirt form, she clings tightly as the stone flies around the edge of the vortex. Her breathe was shaking as she rises to her feet on the perilous platform. It was a constant stream of odds end ends taking off through the air, a weathervane almost puncturing her throat for her carelessness as she ducks under.
Another leap as she tries to grip on to the Stony wing of a flying gargoyle and she misses, miscalculating the jump as she hurriedly latches on to the tail. The monster screeches at her, gravel shuddering of its body as it flies through the winds erratically trying to shake her off.
Now both of them were screaming.
Swinging its tail around wildly, rising higher and higher before with a tight spin her sweaty hands lose purchase and she was let free. Spinning around the edges of the storm before slamming into a casket let wild in the sky. This made the second time she was inside a burial piece and she was starting to grow anxious of the omen, though it did make for a good vehicle to ride through the storm.
Peeking out from the edge she could see her goal in sight. A thoroughly frustrated abomination sipping black tea as she talks to a spectral noble. All she needs is one more jump and it would probably be over, worst case she misses and splats on the ground...
Don't think about the worst case.
Tumbling out of the casket she could hear the oddly nostalgic howls of the departed in her hair, wind whipping her as she skydives right into the eye of the storm.
PLUNK!
The teapot was clears off the table with a reckless efficiency, the odd glass piece catching her in her side as she hits the table, rolls of, and then grabs the edge with her right hand, clinging for life as the Bride recoils and the noble ghost howls in terror.
"O-Oh my this is h-highly improper." He murmurs as he takes out a ghostly handkerchief.
"Hey are you Miss Frankenstein?" Yuri shouts, trying to make her voice heard above the din. The horrifically endearing woman nodding along.
"Yes, why?" She asks in a polite tone. There was a moment of surprise that the Stein caught on to, as Yuri was caught off guard by her passably proper speech.
"What? Only my husband didn't bother learning to speak properly, what next do you expect me to shuffle at you with my arms outstretched? What do you want?"
"O-Oh, well I found your husband." Yuri murmurs, this had caught her attention. That stones for brains wretch had managed to evade her all night but it seems this child...zombie? had the answer for her.
"Well? Take me to him." Turning back to face the noble ghost as she waves him off. "If you could just set us down gently that'd be wonderful."
The vortex starts to calm as the noble ghost nods. It was almost surprising how simple it was for the woman. The table peaceably leaving the be vortex and resting on the ground as she speed walks towards the tomb blocked by Frankenstein and his horde. She couldn't lie, Yuri felt kind of bad watching Miss Stein pull away Frankenstein by his almost torn off ear, and seeing the disappointed party goers thin a bit after.
There wasn't any time for doubt though, as Iyesa returns walking with her as she finally finds some kind of speaker playing the spooky beats. Maybe it was rude to throw rocks at the thing broke though Iyesa was over the moon as the dumb speakers start to sputter smoke and the party goers boo and whine, finally starting to filter out as Iyesa capitalizes on the opportunity to direct them to his own haunted bash.
An hour later after that and the cemetery returns to quiet, as the assorted bruises, cuts, and bumps, encourage Yuri into a swift rest as she collapses on the tombstone nearest the exit and nearly passes out.
