There was that pleasant little volcano-crowded area to the South that seemed just right for such a project.

The Deva path had access to abilities beyond the ken of the current scope of ninjutsu. With it, he could control the forces of physics themselves. All he really had to do was collide one of those techniques with an active volcano, and life in that country would be changed forever. Mental note: fuck some shit up. As the colors of the dream faded and sleep began to end, Kozai smiled warmly. Now there was an appetite that wouldn't fade so easily.
