Backstory: The Sirens Rose grows year-round underwater. However, it only blooms during the full moon when the tide is at its lowest, and its stalks reach above the water. It is said that these flowers harness the power of the ocean.
Effect: The ninja tools' basic strikes and techniques clash as though it was infused with the water element. The effect does stack with jutsu amplifiers; if the amplifier's bonus exceeds that of the jutsu, it will overwrite this if the amplifiers come with an elemental affinity.
