A New Guild opens.. A Guid of Demons?! RlNMUAA

Arantima Was Actually Dressed Rather Casually, Wearing his Standard Clothes and no Shinobi headband. He was Looking over at a Small construction team that were currently putting together a new Space in a rather out of the way area of the village. The Building itself was only a single floor and not very large but it looked like it would be a cozy little spot after it was finished. However There was a Small Stand Placed Behind Himself that had a Sign painted on it saying "Future site of the Wind Demons guild. Pre-registration Is available, As well as orders for For All Items. Please Ask Arantima for a demonstration of Any items you are curious about"

After the Sign there is a Small menu of items available, which is essentially the full list of All Available items in the Wind demons guild shop page. Arantima is standing with his hands on his hips and just staring out at the construction crew as they put together his shop front. or at least what he hopes is the future shop front. If he doesnt get permission he will use it as a home, but there is little doubt that he will get his license. He looks around at the people who have taken notice of the new construction and gives them all a gentle wave as they pass by.

He Stays standing for a short while before taking a seat at his smaller stand and spins a Shuriken between two fingers like a fidget spinner as he waits for anyone to come up and ask about the sign. He Has a few people who come up and ask what he is building and he explains the basics of it and he does get some interest about the tea house aspect of his business but not so much about the weapons and Fuinjutsu seals. He is happy to have some interest, even if it is for the day to day aspects of it.

He stays optimistic if a slight bit disheartened by the lack of interest in the weapon shop portion of his business but he stays out there for as long as it takes for someone to come along that might be hopefully interested in his Ninja tools.

Hayato walks the streets of Tanbo. He was starting to wear his dark blue ronin robes and a straw hat everywhere. His cedar clogs clopped against the earth while he made his way towards the edge of the city. Today was an off day for him. He was looking for a good location to buy some land and build a house for his mother. The village was ever expanding; there was not a lack of space on the outskirts. Soon enough, this far off place could be a central point in the village. The young yuki still had his reservations. The outskirts were more dangerous than the center of the village. The village was training more and more shinobi, but for now the force was small and inexperienced. He was somewhat worried to have his mother live far away from the places constantly watched over by the village’s military.

As he walked looking around at the developments and passersby he noticed a small stand with a relatively larger sign. "Future site of the Wind Demons guild. Pre-registration Is available, As well as orders for For All Items. Please Ask Arantima for a demonstration of Any items you are curious about" Hayato read the sign and decided the name was intimidating. It was worth it for him to look at the offerings anyway. He had been in the market for an additional giant fuma shuriken. He was practicing shuriken jutsu to give him faster ranged options than his limited ninjutsu and the few ranged kenjutsu arts he had. The first giant shuriken he had bought on a whim. The size was ridiculous and it seemed that gato’s shop had had a problem selling it. Many Shinobi only used a small amount of weapons and certainly not one that large. Hayato was certain many shinobi couldn’t even lift it.

So why would Hayato want another? He figured that he could use it for the shadow shuriken jutsu. Such a large shuriken is likely to be seen and dodged, but what if the large object was unseen? What if it was manipulated with wire? He saw potential in the comically large weapon. Unfortunately, many others didn’t and thus gato’s shop was out of them. Additionally they didn’t have plans to restock them without a special order. Hayato thought he would look around for one at a better price before special ordering a gimmick weapon.

He approached the stand and received a wave from the man sitting there. This must be Arantima. He noticed the man spun a shuriken in his hand deftly. Perhaps he was a shinobi? Hayato waved back before looking over the items listed there. The mask caught his eyes. He hadn’t thought about gaseous attacks. It could also disguise him in times of need. Though it seemed like you needed some kind of membership to purchase it.

At this point Hayato was the only person around so he should have the attendants full attention Excuse me… Is it true that the membership to this wind demon’s guild is just a one time 500 ryo fee? Are there other benefits besides the expanded item list? Are there any obligations attached? He wouldn’t miss the 500 ryo, but he would like to make sure that was the only cost. Perhaps there were other reasons to join the guild. He was a potential customer, but a concerned one. He would judge this up and coming establishment by the conduct of the workers and value of their products. Perhaps it would be a place to bring his friends?

Arantima's face lit up brightly when someone who was actually interested in the membership began to speak. He looked up and down the Boy and Smiled broadly as Hayato asked their question. Arantima Nodded enthusiastically once before he ran a hand through his hair "The Wind Demons guild is a Hybrid Shop that Is dedicated to Inclusivity amongst its regular patrons and its Ninja Clientelle. The Front of the shop will have a Tea Room feel and serve basic food and teas with some Alchohol availabe on request. The front counter will also sell the basic items listed here."

When he finishes Arantima gestures to the top of the items and services list that do not require a membership. He then Taps the membership area and pulls out a small metal disk, about three inches in diameter with the name "Arantima" Written across the Back as he flips it over a few times to show off the mirror like surface of the metal. "This is a Membership token. They contain two Special seals one for identifying its validity and the other for destroying the membership token should it ever be revoked. These Are a single fee for a lifetime membership to the Demons Guild Lounge. Inside the lounge The Wind demons are met with a much more cozy and low light launge experience with Menu's available at the table and the ability to order from screens built into the tables themselves."

Arantima Reaches over to the center of his stand and presses a small button on the underside of the table and a small panel slides away into the table and reveals a small screen in the center of the stand table. "This screen isnt active but it is a small demonstration of what they will look like in the lounge area. Likewise The Special items and services are offered via a Reception desk in the lounge but All members are encouraged to Try out any item or service before purchasing it by our Virtual reality Fight club. It is a Technology I have brought over from Sunagakure that allows Ninja to go full out in a battle without risk of death to either party, Disclaimer this does not preclude the sensation of death only the risk of actual death."

Arantima Takes a soft breath and chuckles at that point. His Expression is one of excitement but it is obviously restrained as he managed to slow himself down whenever his speach would get too fast to be understood but even though he had already spoken at length about the features of the shop it was obvious that he wanted to keep going but there was a part of him that knew when enough was enough. He looked over at Yuki and Smiled once more leaning across the stand as he began to speak again "There is even something in the works for Members only that will give them acess to an Exclusive line of Jutsu that I am developing. Have you by any chance ever heard of a Technique Called Demon Wind launch?"

Hayato listened closely as Arantima tried to sell him on his establishment, and the man was doing a good job. Inclusivity between patrons and ninja, a tea room, advanced training systems, and opportunities to try products before they’re bought. This shop was more technologically integrated than those available in the village to date. Hayato hadn’t ever seen anything this advanced in all his travels, but then again he had never visited Sunagakure. He marveled at the screen displaying the menu as the man offered yet another tantalizing bonus.

I’ve read it is a wind based bukijutsu, but the explanation in the jutsu encyclopedia is a bit vague, though it seemed like a fairly useful technique… He answered the question first and foremost. His interest in the jutsu was plain, and he did want the exclusive mask. Hayato brought his finger to his chin and then shrugged his shoulders. It seemed like the only downside to joining this guild was losing 500 ryo. That wasn’t something he would miss. Though, Hayato somewhat disliked the wheeling and dealing involved in shopping. Arantima hadn’t done much more than answer his question and display his enthusiasm. He was straight to the point, and didn’t seem too shady, save the fact that this amazing shop was still being assembled.

You’ve got my 500 ryo. The jutsu training is… enticing… Hayato muttered as he dug into his pocket and retrieved his chicken shaped wallet. Hayato opened the wallet's mouth and retrieved the few coins required to buy the membership token. He placed the coins on the desk. He would wait for the expected thank you for business and all of that offering a polite “no thank you”, Or something along those lines. So… Do you have the masks listed on hand? And what about this virtual trial? Is it possible to do it now? He would pause for only a moment before he would remember what he was really shopping for today. I- I was also in the market for a giant fuma shuriken. If you happen to have one I will take it off your hands. He would wait for the response. He expected to retrieve more money. He was honestly hoping he could get a try of that simulation. Hayato’s thoughts drifted to Mikela, Kato, and Hanzo. He had been offered a spar with two of them and Hanzo seemed like a person who would want a go at it. This could be a cool place to do just that, maybe get some tea even.

Arnatima looked back at the building and shook his head "Sadly not yet. The power source isnt here yet and wont be for a few more days.. But.. I Do have Access to small selection of pieces for people to test in the mean time." Arantima Quickly performed the signs for Rat and then for Dog on a single hand and A Mask Materialized in a spiral on the Stand infront of Hayato, Arantima gestured to it while also pulling a Metal disc out from a drawer in the back of the Stand and setting it beside the mask. The space for the name was empty and there was a bottle of ink and a brush provided.

"That is the Demons breath mask. Try it on if you like., I do not have any poison gases to test it against sadly, but see if its something you could find yourself wearing. And that disc is the Membership card. Simply sign your name and When the building is up Ill have you registered in the system. I myself do not sell any Giant Fuma shuriken, though I am Working on something to match its like. If you would like on in the interim I could sell you one of mine." Arantima Didnt even move and Behind him a Set of four giant fuma shuriken appeared in a row surrounded by a small dust devil. they fell to the ground and embedded themselves in the ground easily.

He Gave Hayato a moment to look over the mask before Arantima stood up and Made sure he had hayato's attention as he went over and ran a hand along the flat of one of the Fuma shurikens blades. "The Demon Wind launch is actually where I got the name for the guild. A Simple Thing at first glance, but can be used in so many ways. Multifunctional." Arantimas Hands moved slowly To emphasise that he was demonstrating these hand seals to Hayato Bird then Hare then Dragon. He touched one of the Giant fuma shuriken and there seemed to be no discernable difference but anyone with chakra sensory would be able to feel that the entire shuriken was now wreathed in chakra.

"the thing about this jutsu is that as long as you can throw it.. The Jutsu works, No matter the size of the object.. What I have done to this Fuma shuriken is now given it a 1 meter Bubble around it where It can still hit At any point. So if you try and Dodge this Shuriken by moving a small distance you will die. If you try and skirt the flat side.. you will die. This jutsu is something you never want someone to see more than once. You can do this with Smaller things as well of course but the width of these.. three meters. Means that it is now a Five meter wide shuriken instead. And this is just the lowest level of this jutsu.

At its height this Shuriken becomes 9 meters wide in effective distance and 7 meters tall in effective height. Now imagine throwing two of these.. 6 Meters Apart so that the are of Demon wind launch just barely touched and it appeared as if there was nothing but air between them. The enemy would not feel the need or danger to dodge until it was too late." Arantima Held the Tiger Symbol And a Gout of earth was carved through behind the shuriken he had just touched. He looked over at Hayato with a smirk as he went to sit back down.

A few more days, then perhaps I will come back at that time... Hayato started but then Arantima offered some of his small stock and the membership disk. Hayato would sign his name neatly on the disk: Hayato Yuki. Hayato then reached for the mask and lifted it up to the light. It wasn't very heavy and seemed like a rather simple piece at first glance. Hayato tapped against the metal listening for the sound. His years working as a smith gifted him the ability to hear the weakness in metals. He heard no frailness in the mask. I could be said that putting on something a stranger in front of an unbuilt shop offers you is foolhardy, but Hayato trust Arantima about as far as he could throw him. He seemed reputable enough and genuinely excited about his product.

Hayato slipped on the mask. Not too heavy at all. It seems well constructed as well. Hayato would say through the mask. It was a good mask. It didn't exactly match his sense of style, but he wouldn't be wearing it for the looks this was suppose to protect him from scent based attacks. He had read about a few types of paralyzing poisonous gas jutsu and attacks. He didn't want to fall prey to them in the line of duty. This mask would help with that. It's good I would buy this if it's available if not I'll come back later...

Hayato's eyes lit up when he saw a number of demon shuriken line up behind Arantima. If he could get a good or at least normal price it would save him a few Ryo and the wait time. He did want to test out his idea sooner rather than later. I would very much like to take one of those shuriken off your hands, if you wouldn't mind... He would ask this favor of the man, and retrieve the price of a normal giant fuma shuriken from his wallet and place it onto the table.

When Hayato looked back he noticed that Arantima was preparing his demonstration. He watched the man closely. Watching people execute jutsu was a great way to judge their skills. Arantima was certainly no simple shop keep he already shown off the storage displacement jutsu that Kato had used on one of their missions. Perhaps he would show him a few more things than just the wind demon launch? Hayato gave Arantima his undivided attention.

He watched as Arantima slowly weaved the signs, most likely for his benefit, and touched the giant fuma shuriken. Hayato couldn't tell the difference at all, but he wasn't so foolish as to think nothing had happened. He waited for Arantima to continue. Hayato was enlighten to the bubble of wind chakra supposedly around the shuriken and it's uses. It was quite clever of Arantima to use the jutsu for trickery. His advisory on the jutsu only being seen once was committed to the boy's memory. He had learned that jutsu can gain power in his his training session with the mysterious Mori, Captain Yamato, and Kato. He assumed that it would mean the jutsu had more hand signs as well. This was all somewhat normal.

The next tiger hand sign was not normal in the slightest. Hayao had not yet seen a jutsu that could be reactivated. He assumed it was the same jutsu was it? W-what was that ? Did the chakra leave the shuriken? Hayato made a guess at what had happened, but he wasn't sure. The description did say something about the wind chakra being separate from the shuriken, but it wasn't complete, Or maybe that was something Hayato had spilled tea over in his many nights reading the book.

Hayato pulled a plain shuriken out of his back pouch and palmed it in his hand. I'll give it a try... Hayato had always had a bit of a talent for bukijutsu, and since he'd been training with wind release the longest this didn't seem like a huge stretch of his abilities. He was in fact already capable of a similar kind of technique. The separation of chakra from the weapon shouldn't be something too insanely difficult for him to achieve right"?

He took a deep breath and copied the signs he'd seen. He focused on enveloping the shuriken in wind chakra, but keeping it somewhat separate from the shuriken itself. He wasn't sure it had worked. Maybe Arantima would know if he had succeed before Hayato did. Hayato would then make the tiger sign directing the chakra towards the grounding front of him. The boy would see a much smaller gout of earth than Arantima had made, but he had done it already.

Hayato looked over to Arantima with a smile. Thank you for your guidance. If would have been much harder to learn this from a book... He had truly been learning the value of teachers and mentors almost every technique he'd learned was from someone else. Even the few he'd learned alone was aided by the wisdom of those who came before. He did acknowledge those who had helped him, but still anything that he accomplished was still a result of his own skill in the end.

You're a good teacher... Do you happen to have any other techniques you would suggest to a bukijutsu specialist? You said this was the weakest form perhaps you show me the next level of the jutsu? Hayato was reaching at this point, but he wanted to be stronger he had a place to protect, and soon he felt he would rise up to higher ranks anything an elder shinobi could tell him was valuable. Also you mentioned the wind demon launch gained it's name from the guild...Does that mean you created this jutsu? Hayato knew that jutsu must come from an originator, but he couldn't' quite fathom creating his own technique yet. Hearing about jutsu creation would also be a great stepping stone to power.

"You can buy that one there with no issues. And not quite invented, but I suppose you could say that I am probably the First Master of it.. I can use the jutsu without Forming handseals. Only the Launch affect requires a handseal for me to perform. But there is probably one or two other jutsu that would be prudent for a Bukijutsu focused Ninja to learn." Arantima sat back in his seat and thought for a moment before nodding and going to heft one of the giant fuma shuriken up and held it over his shoulder with his hand resting on the shoulder itself.

He looked over at Hayato and nodded once before he shifted his shoulder gently and brought the Giant fuma shuriken around his body to face infront of himself almost like a shield, but the shuriken was spinning the entire time it was moving around his body. A soft breeze began to spiil out from Arantima's body and it was laced with small particles of what looked like desert sand that were lazily drifting on that breeze. "Now.. This may seem like nothing has changed.. But those dust particles are the Technique. Any Jutsu that is performed within Twenty five meters of me in any direction can be assaulted by those particles and made weaker. Anything that enters this area or is made within this area can be targeted by those particles. mine are desert sands.. It depends on what they look like based on your own chakra natures. "

Arantima Sets the Giant fuma shuriken down infront of Hayato and gestures for them to take it. He looks back at the building in its half built state and chuckles gently "I taught a few genin back in Sunagakure.. So I guess it is only natural that I am a decent teacher. But i thank you for the compliment. I hope that when the Shop is fully built that I can sell scrolls with these instructions written out from my own perspective, Or even Sell Training services in my VR den." Arantima sets down back into his seat and pulls a small scroll out of the drawer and jots down some quick numbers and such before looking back up to Hayato with a smile.

"All in all. that will come to.. 9000 Ryo. 5500 for the Mask, 3000 for the shuriken, 500 for the Guild membership. Consider the pointers free and a token of hopeful good fortune." He smiles broadly and doesnt hold a hand out for payment, merely stays leaned back into his chair. He Is rather happy with the events that had just occurred and seems genuinely happy to have been able to help someone out, not only to have sold some product but to have taught someone something as well. "If you come back in a few weeks. I bet Ill have that new item in stock. And if you wouldnt mind helping me spread the word about this place a little that would be amazing!"

Even if you aren’t the creator of the jutsu it is still quite impressive to master a technique to that level. Hayato’s eyes lit up a bit. Perhaps Arantima was an even more skilled and important shinobi than he had first thought.

Hayato watched closely as the man displayed another wind-related bukijutsu. It was pretty. Hayato thought that he would need more defense capabilities, and he noticed that it had no clear activation requirement. He pondered it for a moment. Was that another hand sign less jutsu? Or maybe…It was moving the shuriken! Wasn’t it? Hayato had a little excitement in his voice. He tried swinging his arms fast enough to create a gentle breeze, but they were all short lived. He thought for a moment as Arantima let Hayato peak into his past as well as gave the total price.

Hayato quickly prepared the cash he had placed on the table before as well as the extra cash he withdrew from his wallet only a few moments ago. He stacked it all together and counted it quickly before putting it on the table. It seems like this shop and your experience will be very useful for Tanbo once it gets up and running… If I may ask, why did you decide to relocate from Sunagakure to this humble town in the country of rice? Hayato’s eyes narrowed for a moment as he caught Arantim’s gaze, but then quickly returned to his clear and empty gaze.

Hayato swung his arm again and saw a quick swirl of pale blue crystallized particles. They danced on the wind gently for a moment, but they disappeared as quickly as they had arrived. I got it! Kind of… I’ll keep practicing… Hayato’s eyes once again hinted at excitement though his voice betrayed little. Whatever reason Arantima had for being here he would listen, but in the end who was he to judge someone for wanting to join Tanbogakure. It was a wonderful village. Not the biggest but the most comfortable, and peaceful one he’d ever visited.

Your pointers were most helpful… I don’t have too many contacts as just a simple genin, but I do have a few Shinobi I could call acquaintances… His thought of the few shinobi he had met on his missions Perhaps Mikela, and Kato would sparr. He thought Hanzo would be the best to get the word out though he might be busy with his store. Yamato could be interested; he seemed to like book keeping and training the younger generation.

I will do my best to let the others know about your shop…I’ll see you again at your grand opening…. Hayato quickly stuffed the smaller article into his weapon pouch as he spoke. Finally he hefted the Giant fuma Shuriken up on his shoulder. It was nice to meet you Arantima… And thanks again… Hayato would wave while facing away as he marched off, taking his spoils home. The Winds Demons guild was certainly going to be interesting.
