[After discussions with both players, I am fully claiming the kill on Yama through decapitation.]
With her sword striking true, her mission was accomplished. There was a light thud of the knees of Yama’s body. As Belle’s attention shifted to Takeshiyama, she held her sword before him as she gave a light bow of her head before her body beginning to vanish right before the Sumo running off down the street to the south (240 Speed). The news of Yama’s death would likely be reported on which was enough evidence. There was not more that she needed to do. To her analysis, no civilian casualties and the target was eliminated without much of a fight to speak of, which minimized chances of witnesses.
With the Ozeki before her being the only true witness, Belle felt the man already had much disturbances for his meal that she did not need to put more on his plate. She was sure his massive attacks would be atoned for eventually as Darkside now had its doors scarred with the first of likely many fights to be had. Tsukigakure would grow, and so would Darkside.
