Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!! Empty Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!!

Thu Apr 18, 2024 2:36 am
Mission::

Joro slowly opened his eyes, feeling the warm sunlight streaming in through the window. He took a deep breath, feeling the fresh morning air filling his lungs, and stretched his arms and legs as he got out of bed. As he walked to the window, he admired the beautiful view of the green trees and the gentle breeze blowing through the leaves. He felt a sense of calm and peace wash over him, and he knew that he was ready to start the day with a positive attitude and a clear mind. He felt much better than the other day, it was quite an odd morning when he felt off, usually, he woke up rejuvenated and ready to conquer the world.

As he walked to the kitchen, he turned on the kettle and prepared a cup of his favorite tea. The aroma of the tea filled the room, and he took a deep breath, feeling relaxed and refreshed.

After sipping his tea, he made his way to the bathroom and turned on the shower. The warm water cascaded down his body, washing away any stress or tension from the previous day. He took his time, enjoying the peacefulness of the moment. He enjoyed every moment of the water falling down his hair

Once he was done with the shower, he shaved carefully and neatly, ensuring that he looked his best for the day ahead. As he stood in front of the mirror, he smiled at himself, feeling confident and ready to take on the world.

Joro walked out of the bathroom feeling refreshed and energized, ready to start his day with a positive outlook and a clear mind. As he began getting dressed for the day. Joro walked to his wardrobe and picked out his outfit for the day. He carefully dressed himself in a black shirt, blue jeans, and comfortable sneakers, feeling confident and ready for whatever the day may bring. As he noticed Stout come back home he was off again on another mission, another A-rank to be exact they must be liking him down at the Kage office.

"Let's go, dude, we gotta be early," as Stout hopped on his shoulders.

They quickly teleported to City Square to get their assignment off to a good start. As they appeared on a familiar bench, Joro sat down leg crossed over the other scribbling ideas down in his handbook waiting for his comrades.

Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!! Empty Re: Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!!

Thu Apr 18, 2024 2:45 pm
Mizaki Hyuuga greeted the new day with a sense of renewal and the most delicate deviation from her routine. Maybe it was rising from her bed at half past seven or wearing something that wasn’t utterly plain and derivative of her personality and shape for once—today marked a day where she decided to rebel against her sense of modesty playfully, only because she knew it was changing. The morning sun drenched her room with golden warmth, and the air was filled with the faintest sense of potential. She spent a few precious minutes reflecting by her wardrobe, her fingers gliding over the Source’s selection.

Today’s materials had to feel just right: bold, curious, and unabashedly present. In other words, it had to match Mizaki’s mood almost precisely. Eventually, her decision – uncharacteristically spontaneous and premeditated at all once – fell on indigo, shimmering, and fitted kimono. She dressed carefully, ensuring the silk flowed just above her knees rather than her ankles. Serving a double purpose of facilitating her movement today and showing off her legs in a way that, for better or worse, would make people feel something. It was cut just below her clavicle, enough to show, though ample to tease. Thin silver jewelry, a bracelet, and a pair of small, thin earrings accented her outfit without drawing attention to it. With an ankle bracelet to accentuate her slender legs

Mizaki’s hair was arranged to collect light by the end of her attire, seemingly emitting a mesmerizing blue glow. When she arrived at her mirror, she couldn’t help but find a moment of vicarious self-admiration. A smile played around her lips. She liked looking at herself, not just because she looked good, which she did, but for internal reasons. She was excited to see outsiders’ reactions to this new aspect of her, but most of all, she appreciated the confidence behind this portrayal of herself. With newfound confidence, Mizaki Hyuuga took to the streets for a walk. Her dress was a statement of grace – the practice that exuded from it – and it gently whispered and yelled as she moved through the village.

Making her way through the village to the City Square, the early morning light plays a beautiful melodic tune across the cobblestones, casting long and fleeting shadows that dance with her every step. With her more revealing and elegantly fitted kimono, she catches the eye of a few of the villagers, but she doesn't pay any attention to it. Her stride blends grace and intention as she continues through the village to her destination.

The city square was already bustling with activity by the time she arrived. The vibrant hub of Hoshigakure is undoubtedly a place where commerce and conversations flow freely. There are merchants' stalls that are bright with crafts and foodstuffs, and the air carries a mix of voices with a subtle scent of morning tea and fresh pastries from the bakery. She inhales deeply as she begins scanning the area for her companions.

At first, she didn't see them, so she activated her Byakugan to scan the entire area in moments. Then, she caught a glimpse of Joro sitting on a bench at the other end of the square. Joro is a man that she had worked with in the past, and she looked forward to working with him once more. She glides through the square as she has her newfound destination being the very same bench Joro has found himself on. When she arrives, she bows to him slightly as she sits down beside him. "Hello, Joro. I look forward to working with you today." She says as she pats his left leg with her right hand gently.

The gesture is bold and direct, one the reflects the very soul that burns within Mizaki's body. They sit together and observe the populace and awaiting the remainder of the party to arrive upon their location so the mission that they have been given can commence. Her Byakugan remains active as she instantaneously scans the surrounding areas for any familiar faces that may be acting as a third and maybe a fourth on their mission that Joro and her would be going on this day.

Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!! Empty Re: Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!!

Wed Apr 24, 2024 9:48 pm
Reiten was one to always be read and working at sooner than usual hours, trying to outpace her competition, AKA all the other shinobis of the hidden star village. But this time, she was too exhausted from her training, and woke up only as soon as the sun did, which was later than her usual routine of waking up before the day, because ''I am the one bringing the light in the darkness!'' which was one of her motto. Nonetheless, she received a high end mission this time, the first one she ever got of that rank, and she would dress accordingly, as her usual outfit and gear. She wore a form-hugging unique suit, made out of cloth breathable and expandable, but also battle resistant for her shinobi activities. It was a onesie of all white and red color, with a smoke and clouds pattern on it, along with other parts like her neck, left arm anr right legs all covered with fighting bandages, showing her hard training and dedication to the craft at the expense sometimes of her own skin.

Over it all, she wore her usual all black shinobi accessory waistbands and satchels, as well as some protective dark steel plates on the side of her hip and tigh and on the side of her legs too, both as armor and as retaliation pieces, made to protect her body from blow and to do more damage should she side-kick people. Her large and absurdly long blonde hair flowed behind her as a cloak, and over it she wore a small black cap with her red Hoshigakure headband tied to it, her signature piece of gear. On her hand she had a strapped contraption with 5 small metalic holes and steel wires tied to each of them. This was in fact, a wrist-held multi sling, her ranged weapon of choice.

As she ran down the street of the village to reach the destination, she noticed the fresh air of the mountain brushing in her long blonde hiar, and the aroma of morning shops opening and selling foods and drinks, conforting in everyway. But she couldnt stop, as she would be late to the meeting for the mission! Arriving at the town square where she was needed, she could see in the forming crowd a duo of two shinobi sitting on a public bench, simply waiting on her to arrive. One of the she knew, Joro, the apple guy with the furry thing! He was kind and very charismatic, so she was happy to see him and get to know him better! The other one she didnt know, but she intrigued her nonetheless. A Hyuuga by the looks of her eyes! She was impressed by the Hyuuga clan, a clan from which stemmed their Kage, Ayato, and who had a veritable bloodline of old, tracing back their origins to the beguining of ninja history. Truth be told, Reiten herself was feeling like the people stemming from legendary clans with bloodlines and kekkei genkai werent even at the same level as her, having the gifts of DNA giving them a boost, whereas she had only her clan secrets shadow jutsu, which were by all mean very strong, but her DNA didnt have anything special. No, to get to the levels of other, she could only give more. Work harder, train harder, and live harder, relentlessly.

As she reached the bench running and a bit out of breath, Reiten would look at the other two with her unique and weird eyes, ready to go and pumped.

''Sorry for being the last to arrive! At least from what I see i'm not late.'' said the blonde kunoichi, looking both of them, before focusing on the Hyuuga girl. ''I'm Reiten by the way. Already met Joro once. Nice to meet ya'' would add the girl, extending a friendly hand to fist bump, showing her scratched and hardened skin of her knuckles, bruised a bit under the bandages from the harsh training she would go trough each day, her knees equally scratched and bruised.

Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!! Empty Re: Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!!

Sat Apr 27, 2024 2:32 pm
The Hyuuga woke up that morning, tired. He had unfortunately pulled a nasty set of shifts recently. Last night he worked the evening and early night shift at the gates, from six in the afternoon to midnight. He would’ve had to work longer until two in the morning, but fortunately he was cleared from duty a couple of hours early so he could get enough sleep for today’s job.

Amikiri swung his legs over the side of the bed and sat up, stretching his arms above his head. He stood up and glanced across the room at his clock. It was about a quarter to eight, and he had to be at the City Square with his teammates by eight. Unfortunately, that meant he would have to skip breakfast today. Amikiri threw on a simple pair of black jeans, black socks, and brown leather boots. Now it was time for the hard part of his outfit. As the winter turned to spring and the weather warmed, the Hyuuga’s choice of wardrobe was a little more complex due to the unpredictability of the weather. He decided to dress lightly today since, if worse came to worse, he could always summon the cape of his Kavacha for warmth. Amikiri threw on a simple light blue t-shirt. Considering their job was to hunt down a group of defectors, Amikiri wanted to blend in, minimizing his presence as a shinobi.

With a splash of water on his face and quick tussling of his shoulder black hair, Amikiri was ready to head out. He was quite pleased with how his facial hair had grown recently and he decided to keep it.

The Hyuuga started walking towards the city square, with only ten minutes to make it. He started reviewing the mission outline in his head as he walked. Amikiri reviewed the list of names for those he was assigned to the mission with. First was Joro. Amikiri knew him quite well by now, considering their two missions together and training/teaching session together. He hoped Joro would perform much better in this combat mission than their last one together. Not because he thought Joro was slacking on the last mission, but because he wanted to see how far Joro had grown.

Other than that, Amikiri did not recognize the two other names on the list. Considering Joro and his combined strength and the fact this was an A-Rank mission, Amikiri assumed that the other two mission members were likely on the weaker side of things. That meant he had a bit of seniority over the other three, meaning he could be a couple of minutes late and get away with it.

Amikiri continued reviewing the mission plan in his head. It seems they were dealing with a group of rebels and defectors looking to cause trouble within the village. The Hyuuga knew that the trick would be keeping his eyes wide open, but making sure to blend in. For that reason, Amikiri double checked that there were no signs of him being a ninja. His Nise blended in invisibly with his clothes and his Great Spear and Kavacha were sealed away in his storage displacement. To conceal the scrolls on his forearms, Amikiri had grabbed a very light, charocal grey, long sleeved fleece on the way out the door. He always was careful to keep his Byakugan inactive, as to not reveal himself. His shinobi ID was hidden away on his person and his headband was left at home. To the average person, the only mark that would distinguish Amikiri as a shinobi were his pale eyes that marked the inactive Byakugan.

As he neared the city square, Amikiri passed through a market. He quickly bought a peach from a vendor and slowly ate it as he approached the meeting point. This would have to do for his morning meal.

Funnily enough, despite knowing what Joro looked like, he did not spot him first. He instead first noticed a woman, maybe a couple inches taller than Amikiri, with a massive amount of blonde hair. She was covered in shinobi gear and even sported a headband across the top of her head. As soon as he saw her, he instantly started scanning the crowd for his other teammates. Amikiri noticed Joro almost right away, but this time the Shokku seemed to have a little friend. It was an adorable little creature, no longer than four or so inches. Lastly, there was a woman sitting next to Joro wearing a slightly unusual kimono with her Byakugan active, likely looking for Amikiri, as he was a couple minutes late at this point. Amikiri would approach the group, almost done with his peach.

“Hey Joro, how’s it going? And who’s this cute little friend of yours?” Amikiri would crouch down slightly and tear off a small piece of his peach in his right hand. Amikiri made a slight gesture indicating he was requesting to feed the animal. If Joro agreed, Amikiri would feed Stout the small chunk of peach. If not, Amikiri would simply put the piece of peach into his own mouth.

Amikiri then turned to his two teammates, reaching out his left hand, the one that didn't feed Stout, to shake their hands. In a casual tone, he would say, “How’s it going you two? I’m guessing you,” looking at Mizaki, “are Mizaki Hyuuga and you,” turning his head to Reiten, “are Reiten. Was that a good guess?”

The Hyuuga would turn to face the group and say, “Well, sorry I’m a bit late today. But, we're all here now and we’ve got a group of defectors to hunt down, so let's go to it. What’s our game plan?”

Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!! Empty Re: Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!!

Sat May 18, 2024 2:15 pm
Joro and Stout sat on a weathered wooden bench, patiently awaiting the arrival of their teammates. The sun is casting a warm glow over the peaceful scene as they exchange quiet conversation, eagerly anticipating the upcoming adventure and mission. First to arrive was Mizaki, whom they had met previously on a mission. They seemed pleasant, and Joro of course was pleasant around them. But he had been working on being more wary of people. He was a ninja after all, he had to start acting like the world wasn't always sunshine and rainbows. He still felt it was, but today on an A-rank mission, it wasn't. He needed to be at his best. It was as simple as that. As Mizaki approached Joro and Stout she sat next to him and patted him on his left leg with her right hand. Odd he thought to himself, what gave her the right to touch him on his leg?

Joro politely nodded in acknowledgment of Mizaki's presence and offered a friendly but reserved smile. He wanted to convey his respect for her while maintaining a professional and cautious demeanor, especially given the nature of their upcoming mission.

"So, Mizaki, what's new with you?" he would listen to her nodding along to show he cared what she said, but not so much it was creepy.

As they kept waiting for the other team, Joro would again go back to his notebook. Scribbling ideas of heroes, villains, romantic interests, and all the important side characters that made a story a good one. Expanding on plots, goals, lengths of the story, and what the overall moral of the story was.

As he was trying to finish up the idea, Reiten approached. He quickly tried to scribble it down so she wouldn't find him rude. But he couldn't help that the idea was important to his story. He allowed himself to listen to her, but it wasn't completely clear as he was absorbed in his writing.

"Oh, Rieten don't worry. You are not late at all. We're just early, aren't we Mizaki," he would let out a soft chuckle. "But yep, you ready for the mission? I'm sure you'll find Amikiri a fun character, quite the gifted Shinobi."

As they continued to wait, Joro couldn't help but fidget with his bracelets, twisting them around his fingers in a nervous manner. The anticipation of the upcoming mission was causing a surge of anxiety within him, and the rhythmic motion of playing with his bracelets helped to calm his nerves. Despite his outward calm demeanor, his restless actions betrayed the inner turmoil he was experiencing. He had always been like this, socially prone to anxiety. But he had been getting better bracelets helped. Especially when it was really bad, like today with his newer teammates who didn't have as much experience as him or Amikiri. And he knew he had to be on top of everything, considering the mission.

They waited patiently for Amikiri. Waiting... Waiting...Waiting. He had shown up a few minutes late, but Joro wasn't one to make a fuss. He was happy to see Amikiri he hadn't seen him in quite some time. Amikiri was truly exceptional in the last mission they had been on together. His strategic thinking and quick decision-making skills were instrumental in their success. alongside Natsuki. Also, during their spar a few weeks ago, his agility and precision were truly impressive. Joro had full confidence in his abilities for their upcoming mission. He knew he could rely on Amikiri in the upcoming one, they both had been through a fair amount of missions, and with the announcement of the Nova Tournament. He knew that they would both be eyeing for a spot.

"Amikiri, nice to see you. It's been going good so far, nice morning. And this is Stout he was a... gift I guess you could say from a friend. Yeah, go ahead dude. I'm sure he'll enjoy it he likes most fruits."

They would stop for a second noticing the Stoat eating the pieces of peach that Amikiri gave to him. He would patiently observe as Amikiri began to talk to his other teammates. He watched the conversation and petted Stout for being good.

"Totally cool man, don't worry about it. I've heard rumors they are stocked up near an old blacksmith's place. The main headquarters is in the basement. Don't ask how I know. Just do," he said maintaining a calm expression and chuckling a little at the thought.

"We need to plan our approach carefully. The headquarters' layout and the leaders' routines are crucial for our ambush strategy. We'll need to move in under the cover of darkness and take out the guards silently. Once we secure the perimeter, we can split into two teams to approach the leaders from different entry points. Mizaki, and Reiten, you'll take one side, while Amikiri and I will cover the other. We need to move quickly and efficiently to catch them off guard."  Joro's voice was calm but resolute as he outlined the plan. He made sure to involve everyone in the strategic discussion, seeking their input and expertise to fine-tune the approach, especially Amikiri's as he was still a veteran of the group. With the team's strategy in place, they made their final preparations before setting out on their mission to quell the rebellion and restore peace to the region.

As the team approached the blacksmith's shop under the cover of darkness, Joro and Amikiri took the lead to enter through the front, while Mizaki and Reiten stealthily made their way to the back entrance. The night was quiet, and the only sound was the faint rustling of leaves in the cool breeze of the spring air. Joro and Amikiri moved with purpose, staying close to the shadows and keeping their footsteps light to avoid detection.

Upon entering the blacksmith's shop, Joro and Amikiri quickly surveyed the area, taking note of the layout and any potential threats. The dimly lit interior revealed rows of metal tools and unfinished weapons, creating a maze-like environment that could easily conceal their targets.

Meanwhile, Mizaki and Reiten silently slipped into the shop from the back, their movements graceful and calculated. They remained vigilant, ensuring that no guards were alerted to their presence as they positioned themselves to cover the rear of the building.

Joro and Amikiri exchanged a brief nod, signaling their readiness to proceed. With a shared sense of determination, they advanced deeper into the shop, maintaining their focus on the mission at hand. The team's coordinated efforts and strategic approach were essential as they navigated through the intricate layout, inching closer to their targets with each step.

As they ventured further into the blacksmith's shop, the faint glow of moonlight filtering through the windows provided a subtle illumination, casting eerie shadows across the array of metalwork and forging equipment. The atmosphere was tense, and the anticipation of confronting the rebellion's leaders loomed heavily in the air.

With their senses heightened and their resolve unwavering, Joro and Amikiri pressed on, fully prepared to face whatever jumped out in front of them. As they opened the door to the underground basement/bunker. He noticed the two leaders. No guards, lucky he thought, or else this would be a lot harder. One of the leaders teleported out, the other began to run.

"You get him, I'll get the jumper," looking over at Amikiri, nodding sure that they could end this rebellion swiftly and efficiently.

At that Joro would teleport out of the basement. He caught sight of the leader throwing a few senbon his way and then teleporting again. Joro was quicker and as he made his way towards him with another two jumps. Joro knew he had only one more, so he had to quickly capture him so Joro could complete the mission. As he teleported in front of the leader, Joro took out his sword and slashed away at his legs.

"Finally. That's all over. Let's go, Stout. Time to put this guy away, and have the integration team deal with him."

At that Joro picked up the man, binding his arms and hands. He teleported to the jail, with the Leader and Stout in hand. He would eagerly wait for his teammates to arrive as well, confident that they would have done their assigned tasks. If not he would wait for word to see if they needed help and he would help them if need be. If they all returned with the rebels, and everything was accounted for. Then Joro and Stout would bid everyone a fine evening and good sleep. As they headed home Joro took some time to reflect on the successes and failures of the mission. What could he have done better, how could he be a better teammate, how could he be a better leader?

As they walked into his house he jumped on top of his bed kicking off his shoes, and pulling off his shirt. He reached into his chore next to his bed and pulled out a pair of sweatpants. Taking off his jeans and tossing his clothes into the basket on the far side of the room. He lay out, resting his forearms over his eyes.

"Hey Stout, what do you want to do tomorrow? I think I got a day off. So we got the day. We should do some traveling soon, I think I got some vacation coming up before the tourney," he would say resting his eyes. Feeling the deep breaths from his nose and chest. Falling eerily asleep.

Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!! Empty Re: Taking Down the Mob in Hoshi!!

Tue Jun 04, 2024 10:55 am
Amikiri internally breathed a sigh of relief. While he was trying to play it off as being nonchalant about his tardiness, he couldn’t help but be annoyed with himself in retrospect. The Hyuuga was happy to hear that Joro was doing well, and he was now even more interested in Joro’s new friend, Stout. Stout really enjoyed the fruit, and a smile spread across Amikiri’s face as the little stoat ate it.

Reiten and Mizaki seemed to have negligible responses to Amikiri’s greeting. It made sense, as he didn’t know either of them as well as he knew Joro.

Joro immediately jumped into the details of the mission, taking on a command role. It pleased the Hyuuga to see Joro flourishing so well and Joro growing so strong so quickly. The Hyuuga would be quite excited to see Joro’s new skills on this mission. Joro’s plan seemed to be pretty throughout, with the only shortcoming being that the two weaker members would be left on their own to cover their part of the mission. However, considering Amikiri’s ability for oversight with his Byakugan, as well as he and Joro’s combined strength, any problems that could arise would be snipped in the bud before they became anything worse.

The four of them made their way near the old blacksmith shop. It wasn’t a very long distance, so it left them with a lot of waiting, as they wanted to wait until the cover of darkness. Once the sun dipped well below the horizon, the blacksmith building and entire area became blanketed in a thick layer of black. This would allow the four of them to be extremely difficult to see to those guarding this criminal haven. Misaki and Reiten made their way around to the back, allowing the group to act as two forces crushing down on the missing ninja from both sides. This should stop them from escaping, especially considering Misaki and Amikiri’s ability to keep track of the missing ninja using their Byakugan. Before approaching the front entrance, Amikiri would summon his armor, Kavacha, and then unseal a Universal Projectile from one of his sealing bands. Normally, he would use his Great Spear. However, for a close quarters, very urban combat scenario, sometimes its large size led to it being unwieldy.

Once the two men were confident Misaki and Reiten had taken their places in the back of the shop, they would nod at each other and cautiously entered the shop. The two men entered the building and immediately took note of the racks and racks of tools, unfinished weapons, and metal scrap. Despite having his Byakugan active, Amikiri was still cautious of anyone preparing to sneak attack them. It was sometimes hard to filter out the “noise” of a room when he had so many things visible to him at once. Fortunately, the dark haired Hyuuga’s special sight allowed him to very easily weave through the maze of shelves. Eventually, the two skilled shinobi found their way to the end of this labyrinth.

The two found a door leading down to an underground bunker of sorts. Amikiri internally chuckled. When he and Joro went on missions together, it always seemed to end in underground bunkers. The two of them quickly observed that the only people down there were the two leaders, with no guards. This concerned Amikiri, as that meant the other guards might have hurried to defend the back of the house against the younger shinobi. However, for now, Amikiri knew he had to remain focused on the two in front of him.

One of the guards took notice of them and immediately vanished. Joro indicated to Amikiri that he would deal with that one and Amikiri nodded, before the Shokku would similarly disappear. Maybe teleportation was a skill the Hyuuga would have to consider learning one day. It did have its perks.

Amikiri made a couple of whistling noises, not only getting the attention of the leader, but also allowing the Hyuuga to activate a jutsu, unsealing his Great Spear and simultaneously resealing his Universal Projectile. This underground bunker had enough space for him to use it with proficiency. However, Amikiri did not plan for this to be a long fight. It was time for him to use Dust Breathing for the first time in real combat and he wanted to try the new form he had learned, which was quite advanced. Making sure to act before the leader could react, Amikiri would rapidly draw his Great Spear back and, keeping the flat of the blade level to the ground, thrust it forward. A rectangular beam of Dust Release that was a foot wide and about a few inches tall streamed forward from his blade, moving at a blinding speed across the room. It would travel through the side of the leader’s abdomen, leading a gruesome wound of disintegrated flesh. Amikiri realized this technique might be a bit too powerful. As fast as the beam formed, it would then disappear.

The man looked down at his wound and collapsed, feinting at the shock of such an extreme wound. Fortunately the bleeding was minimal, but Amikiri would use a conservative application of the Healing Hands technique to prevent the man from suffering any serious injuries. Amikiri tied up the man and, throwing the body over his shoulder, ran over to the jail. Thankfully the jail wasn’t too close to town, otherwise the Hyuuga would’ve received many strange, questioning looks. It would take the Hyuuga an extra minute or two to reach the jail than it normally would have taken, since it was hard for him to remember where it was. The main Haven Country jail was destroyed in a horrible fire almost a year ago and this new one had just recently finished being built. Amikiri dropped the mostly unconscious man off at the jail, letting the guards know of his potentially dangerous injury.

He would stay at the jail with Joro, awaiting their two remaining teammates. Amikiri would made a comment praising Joro’s teleportation abilities and then later, assuming his two other teammates returned safely, he would head on home. The Hyuuga was absolutely exhausted after a hard day’s work. Despite most of the time being waiting, that feeling of waiting while trying to stay hidden and keeping your eyes out was exhausting. Being under stress the entire day was very difficult so when he returned home, he would put his laundry into his laundry basket, change into his sleep clothes, a large pair of shorts, and feel asleep, not even remembering his head hitting the pillow.
