Backstory:
Through decades of working within Fosters' Forge, previously known as 'First Sun Forge', Quinn Foster's body and mind with weaponry and physical capacities excelled beyond belief being renown for their prowess with Bukijutsu and Taijutsu. This has lead to the revelation of most that the Forgemaster of Otogakure is an odd one. A bladesmith to most, Quinn opts to use more physically violent approaches through blunt weaponry and their physical capacity over the keen edge of a blade. This has developed itself into an odd case scenario where their Taijutsu prowess though uncommonly shown, is of equal capacity to their Bukijutsu skills.
Effect:
This skill allows Quinn to learn Eight Gates without the prerequisite skill. This skill also counts as Eight Inner Gates (Skill) for techniques that require the skill to learn and not the technique itself. This locks Quinn out of Shimi Daikon and its skill. As an additional cost to learn each stage of the Eight Inner Gates, Quinn incurs a 25% cost increase that cannot be discount. So instead of 2,500/1,000 WC for the stages it would be 3,125/1,250 WC.
Note: This skill acts as a substitute skill for prerequisites of Eight Inner Gates (Skill) and does not grant Quinn the benefits of treating their Taijutsu Specialty as a Primary Specialty for other techniques or qualifiers.
