Mission Name: The Black Vial

OOC Note: The point of this mission is to have a IC story line for those that choose to take advantage of a BZC. Currently there isn't one in place and it is just a random OOC event. This mission would allow players to bring the process of the BZC to life and play it out IC.
Challenges: N/A
Task: When going out one night to relax and recover from a long day. You're approached by a stranger in a dark cloak, with seemingly nothing to his name. He tells you things not just anyone would know about you. He offers you a chance at reaching your full potential he says. He tells you to take this black vial. He says to drink it. Your job is to see how that vial changes you and why. How are you different from then to now? Has the vial unlocked your full potential?
Word Count Requirement: 5000
Reward:Ryo 10,000/ AP 50
Character Requirements:
Character Exclusive: Must have used a Black Zetsu Cell withing the last 6 months to take part in the mission. Can be completed anywhere.
