Training In the Meadows (Private; Ask to Join) Empty Training In the Meadows (Private; Ask to Join)

Itsuka trudged through a patch of mud in the woods nearby Tanzaku Town. Though, the woods weren't actually very close to Tanzaku Town at all. The map Itsuka held in front of him seemed to be in a different language and it was apparent he was lost. He had been walking for quite awhile now, searching for somewhere to train or something. It was quite tiring, and it might actually be found by him that this task in and of itself was training. The mud Itsuka walked through was a long strip that covered the path along which he walked. With analyzing the area Itsuka could come to the conclusion that it was an area that commonly got rain, which was likely the cause of the mud. His feet were covered in dirt and mud as he walked, and he eventually saw an exit to the woods he was in. Wanting to get out, Itsuka got up into a quick dash, running along to get out of the woods. He continued and found himself emerging in a large open plain, a very grassy clearing with flowers growing and light mist blanketing the area. Itsuka felt right at home here and decided to stop here to train.

(209/200 for Speed and Stamina)

When Itsuka reached the middle of the clearing, he sat down and caught his breath for a second after the running to this spot. He didn't have the best endurance when it came to physical work, but that wasn't needed for a person like him. With the way Itsuka fought, and the way he thought, battles didn't usually carry on long for the opponent facing Itsuka. Often times it would be a trap for the mouse laid by the predator, cunning and cruel indeed. Itsuka shortly stood back up and formed a hand sign. Once he had, four clones appeared before him, rising up into a form exactly like himself out of water. Itsuka focused his chakra as he dispersed those and made more, continuing this process as he created and got rid of clones in a continuous cycle to keep up practice with chakra control. This went on for a few more minutes, a repetitive but in the long run rewarding task. Itsuka focused once more and put his chakra into making one clone and had it activate Hidden Mist Jutsu, taking quite the effort from strained use of chakra although he had got the chakra back from dispersing clones. He sat down again and caught his breath once more, a bit tired now.

After a minute or so's rest, Itsuka let out a large breath of relief, having relaxed a bit from the time of training. He stood up and rolled his neck, bringing out satisfying cracks as he then popped his knuckles. Itsuka got into a fighting stance and so did the clone as they readied for their own little spar to do all around training. And so they both flipped back simultaneously away from each other, Itsuka flipping back into a one handed stand with the other aimed at the clone and firing wooden projectiles rapidly towards it. But the clone was fast too, and did a handstand, turning with his palm as a base to dodge each senbon launched towards him as the water clone proceeded to flip forwards toward Itsuka. Itsuka came out of his handstand and rushed toward the clone too, drawing back his fist downward in preparation for an uppercut while the clone jumped slightly in the air, fist launching down for a strike, both fighters' knuckles focused with chakra. Their fists clashed and chakra sparked out of the slam between knuckles, making two mirrored crescents of blue chakra. In the end, Itsuka drove his fist upward and launched the clone away, being strong enough to defeat it and send it spiraling back only to burst into water afterward. It had been a short, but beneficial spar. Even the littlest things could provide major advantages, Itsuka had found. He sat down and dispersed the mist around, simply resting for a few seconds.

Tanzaku Town, that’s where Kurisu found himself at the time, he had taken a trip there to get a break from Kumogakure no Sato. He was looking to test out a new Jutsu he had learned recently, and what better way to test out a new jutsu than to spar with another ninja from somewhere he’d never been. This was going to be good for him, to experience jutsu he’d never seen and go against different styles of taijutsu than what was common in Kumogakure. To his disappointment, there didn’t seem to be any shinobi around that were of his skill level. He made his way out of the town, exiting to the eastern edge of the town. As he traveled out of the town, he noticed more and more trees until he was in a clearly out in the woods. The ground was damp, and as he continued to go further there were frequent sets of mud patches. ’Am I heading towards Amegakure?’ He question in his mind. He had never travelled this far and had read about the place in history books back in the academy.

Although unsure if Amegakure no Sato even existed anymore, it didn’t matter. He travelled out far enough to see a set of footprints in the mud. ’Someone else is out here.’ he noted to himself, looking around, carefully searching the area for any sign of life. He started to follow the tracks, sprinting alongside the footprints, occasionally looking down to make sure he was still following the person. Soon enough, he could see the amounts of trees in the area were getting smaller in number. He jumped up towards a tree 5 feet from him, carefully focusing chakra on his feet. He quickly ran to the top of the tree. From atop the tree he could see that the woods cleared out, 25 feet from him, into a large cleared out meadow, which was hard to see due to the light mist covering the area. He could see the outline of a couple bodies down in the mist, seeming to be fighting each other. ’There’s more than one?’ that thought was only in his head for a second before he saw one of the bodies strike the other one. The one that got struck flew back and then seemed to burst apart. ’Suiton: Bunshin no Jutsu. Maybe that’s one of those Kirigakure-nin.’

Deciding this was a good time to spar with someone, even if it turned out bad and he got killed by some other village’s ninja, he reached down and broke off a large sturdy branch from the tree. ’This will have to work as a weapon.’ he thought to himself, gripping the branch tightly with his right hand. In a split second he jumped off the tree and down into the clearing just as the mist seemed to disperse out. He landed on the edge of the clearing, having to do a quick forward roll when he impacted the ground to prevent an injury. Once he stood up, he was only about 10 feet away from the person he had followed, the branch still in his right hand; he looked right at the back of the person. ”Who are you?" he question out loud. He still had no idea who the person was, hell it could have been an A-Rank missing-nin he just interrupted. Just in case he had made a fatal mistake, he bent down and used his left hand to feel around on the ground. His left hand gripped a 3 inch diameter stone, and quickly tossed it at the back of the person’s head. He figured they’d turn around in time to catch it or dodge it, but the attack was simply designed to keep his opponent from trying to catch him off guard with an attack. Aside from putting his opponent on the defense, he’d also get some insight on what kind of ninja he was against. If they turned around and instantly countered his stone, he’d know he probably be messing with a talented ninja.

Training In the Meadows (Private; Ask to Join) Empty Re: Training In the Meadows (Private; Ask to Join)

Itsuka sighed and rested as he stood, having trained quite a bit in the last few minutes. He was not known well for physical ability, more of an assassin and tactician. He stood still, listening and smelling the area around intently. A ninja must be aware and able to get through traps and attacks, which means all senses should be enhanced to increase the chances of survival. After a few seconds he heard the distinct noise of heavy trudging through mud that he knew well from doing it himself only a bit ago. However, the noise was not long lived as it disappeared shortly. Even so it did not take long for noise to tell that someone was within his midst. There would be a thud and swish of grass after Itsuka turned his head slightly to see behind himself out of the corner of his eye. A ninja had appeared, landing and rolling ending up around 10 feet away as he picked up the rock. With the small amount Itsuka had turned his head, it would be imperceptible that he had moved at all and could see the ninja. The boy had a rock and large branch in his hand from what Itsuka could see, but may have been different as it was out of his peripheral vision through mist. The boy there asked him who he was, and then threw a rock at him for some reason. As soon as the hand with the rock pulled back however, Itsuka skidded around to face him and threw his right hand up with timing to catch it in his cold grip. "Hey now what was that for? My name is Itsuka, I'm just here training, what about you? Shouldn't I be at least given the opportunity to know the name of my random attacker?" Itsuka replied. He then looked away and formed five water clones, then getting in a fighting stance.

The clones were in a circle around him, and the first clone to make an action was the one directly in front of Itsuka. He jumped forward, arms extended out and aiming to tackle Itsuka. However, the real boy would sidestep out of the way beforehand and throw the clone to his left into the tackle, making instead the clone go down. The next clone jumped forward and dashed to Itsuka, forming handseals as he did so. He then flipped into the air, hanging above Itsuka upside down as he put his palm out towards him. Water from the slight mist would begin to condense, but Itsuka already knew the trick. He instead substituted with the boy holding the branch, allowing him to be the target of the Water Prison Jutsu attack. Itsuka dusted his hand off and walked towards the boy, dispersing all clones except the one with the Water Prison active. And so he just glanced at him, waiting for a reaction. Quite the day it would be indeed.

[K, for the first post "
(209/200 for Speed and Stamina)" Can only train one at a time, meaning the 200 words there would either go to speed, or stamina. (You can train more than once a post, but the 200 words would only count for 1 stat point, either stamina, or speed.]
