Training Speed, Health, Chakra

Saruga entered the area of stones in his home village of Iwagakure, knowing he was in for a long day of rigorous training. It was about 8 in the morning, which is rather early for Saruga to awaken in the day. He finds that usually if he wakes up later his chakra feels more focused in daily training and battle. Regardless, he calmly entered the area of stones. The stones are portrayed by many as a vast field of boulders and rocks, which all are implanted by marks from vigorous punches and scrape marks from non-stop taijutsu training. Saruga simply made his way over to his favorite location in the stones, the west side near the edge of the forest. The rock he enjoyed training on was rather large, and had a large wooden 3 foot diameter pole next to it, about 7 feet high. That pole had uncountable amounts of scuffs from multiple kicks, punches, and ninjutsu. He liked to sit on a nearby rock about 5 feet away from his training stone, and simply stare at the stone he's trained at his whole life. It brings back lots of memories from when Saruga was still with Yecae, his past guardian before he was murdered by rain ninja. The rain ninja probably were using their ancester's headbands, and they had consolidated into a nearby recently built village. Nevertheless, Yecae was a prime part of Saruga's life before he died, and it proved necessary to have him in it. But once he was murdered, Saruga had carried his own for 8 or so years. This area he was in right now held many countless joyful and painful memories. After sitting for minutes, it was ready to begin training.
Saruga decided he was feeling rather original today, so he decided to work on his agility. For some reason he had a rather adventurous feel to him that day, maybe because he was recently promoted to Genin rank after passing his exam with flying colors. He had alot of built up mental energy today, which he was ready to take out on agility work. Saruga began by stepping up on his training stone. He then practiced by hopping to the 7 foot pole right next to it. At that point, he had a variety of things he could do. Saruga's high IQ made for very interesting training ideas, which now was a prime example. Saruga readied his handsign posture that he learned in his years in the academy, which have now flown him by. He is a full fledged ninja now. "Clone jutsu!" he shouted with confidence. He forced his clone to appear at a stone directly ahead, on top of it. His clone then jumped toward Saruga, in which at that moment Saruga propelled himself off the pole, and landed on the clone's head with one foot, whilst in mid air. At that point, with great swiftness, he jumped to his right causing the clone to poof away in mid air, and he landed on a very large boulder. "Whew...now for more." Saruga looked at one of the two remaining clones. He signaled for it to jump off a pole into mid air, while Saruga would then jump at an angle straight ahead, turn his body ninety degrees, and propel his foot off of the clones chest while landing on the ground, doing a summer-salt roll. He stood up in a daze, then sat back down. "I've never even came close to doing training that crazy before..." he said to himself. Saruga had such great chakra control, that he could order his own clones to react on a seperate mind level. Most genin could not even come close to accomplishing that.
On a new note, Saruga was ready for his next training session after an hour of rest and eating lunch. Two rice balls, and a plate of sushi was quite possibly the most refreshed he's felt in years. Ready to roll, Saruga jumped on top of his signature pole. "Alright, this is gonna take practice." he thought to himself. After having his chakra regenerated, he casted out another three clones. The clones appeared in front of him, on ground level, almost immediantly. They all looked at him with the same confidence he always had on his face when he was ready for battle. "Alright, this is gonna use up alot of my chakra".. he thought to himself. Saruga made four handsigns almost at light speed, and said out loud, "Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique!" He had casted a C-Rank genjutsu on his own clones. This amount of skill ate up his whole chakra pool for the day. He observed as his clones scowered in fear, and took off running all different directions. He got an idea of how his enemies would react in actual battle if he had to use that forbidden jutsu. One of his clones ran straight into a rock, needless to say that was the end of him. Another clone kept running until he poofed away, while one clone sensed the genjutsu he saw, but the amount of pain the illusionary fireball created sent him into cardiac arrest, where he eventually died out. "Very, very interesting." Saruga said to himself. But however, since his chakra pool was completely eaten up, he knew it was time to end training for the day. "Goodbye rock," he said to himself. Saruga then calmly walked out of the stones, back to his home in the village of Iwagakure.
