Sachiko's D Rank Mission: Helping The Academy
Sun Aug 12, 2012 12:09 am
Mission Name: Helping The Academy
Rank: D
Type: Help.
Character Requirements: None
Word Count Requirements: 400
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 450 ryo
Task: The teachers at the academy are looking for
some small assistance. Your job is to simply show a group of three academy
students the basics of being your rank.
It was a sunny and warm day in the vigorous village of Konohagakure, and there was a gentle breeze blowing through it, evicting many positive responses from the civilians. A small nine year old girl with fiery red hair and sky blue eyes named Sachiko could be seen walking toward a large snow- white building with a sign with the words The Konohagakure Academy engraved on it.
Today was the day of her third mission, helping out at the academy by showing a small group of three students the basics of being a genin of Konohagakure- a gratifying job, in Sachiko’s opinion. It paid quite a bit of money, much more than building toys for the orphanage, but nowhere near as much as her first A- rank mission. Compared to that hefty amount of cash, this was quite pitiful. But still, it had always been a dream of Sachiko’s to be a teacher for students before she decided to become a ninja. She greatly loved children and enjoyed teaching them, whether it be about pranks (a personal favorite of her’s) or the history of Kages (Boooooring, in Sachiko’s humble opinion. Who wanted to learn about a bunch of ancient dead guys and girls? Out of respect, yes, but HAVING to know about them? Honestly?) After many moments of walking, the young girl finally arrived at the Academy.
She released a bright and friendly grin when she busted through the wooden doors, and met the familiar sight of a teacher and three students in front of him. She observed them with a careful eye. There was a girl who was quite tall (in fact, she was taller than Sachiko herself) and had long raven black hair and icy blue eyes who was scowling at her. Beside the girl was a boy with a skinny frame and blonde hair along with chocolate brown eyes who happened to be wearing glasses. That boy was shifting nervously on his feet and appeared to be biting his lip. Finally was a young boy who appeared to be a twin to the girl, except with short hair and a soft smile on his face.
“Thank you for picking the job, Sachiko, you’re a lifesaver,” the teacher greeted warmly, smiling in gratitude.
“No problem, Sensei! It’s my pleasure! I’ve always wanted to teach a bunch of kids!” the young girl replied eagerly, beginning to bounce up and down in excitement, causing the teacher to laugh.
“Alright, I’ll leave the brats to you now. See you later and take care!” the teacher said happily, striding out of the building with a ear- splitting grin on the brown haired chunnin’s face.
As soon as the man left, Sachiko’s face melted into an unusually serious but kind face and asked the students, “Hey there! My name’s Sachiko, it’s really great to meet you all!”
The day continued like this, with introductions and teaching, and the girl finshed the mission with a minimum amount of trouble.
