Vretyel's Missions
Thu Sep 27, 2012 4:23 am
Mission
Name: Patrol
Rank: D
Type: Scouting
Character Requirements: None
Word Count Requirements: 300
Repeatable: Yes
Reward: 450 Ryo
Task: Scout around the village to make sure the area is secure. If anyone who doesn't seem to be an ally is seen, report it to higher ranking shinobi.
Roleplay:
Vretyel had heard of some Missing Ninja lurking their way into Konoha and it was Vretyel’s turn to see If the rumors were true. One day after training he starting walking around the village with his ninja headband on and Crimson in his right hand. He walked down the paths were homes line each side, looking for any signs of missing ninja taking refuge in any of the small alleyways as well. Along his journey he saw many places where a missing ninja could be hiding. They could be in the underground tunnels or hiding on some of the flat rooftops of the village. Vretyel looked and looked but he did not see anything of value. Vretyel looked up at the sky, why would any missing ninja want to get into Konoha in the first place, if they got in that is no small feat I know with all the ninja around searching, but getting out is an even harder feat to accomplish. Ninja would be everywhere, the shinobi would likely know that they are here, and they would kill them most likely on sight. It’s a crazy move, Vretyel thought, it would almost be insanity. Vretyel finished walking the grounds of the district and saw an abandoned house close to the edge, Vretyel decided to take a look. It would be daylight and people were around, so even if there were Missing Ninja hiding there, they would most surely be caught instantly from the panicking of the villagers. Vretyel opened the door to the house, waiting and partially hoping that missing ninja were there, but they house was empty, it didn’t look like anybody had been in there for months, no missing ninja have been living here. Saddened, Vretyel went back to Headquarters and reported to higher ranking shinobi of all that he did not find on his search.

Mission Name: Thief in the village.
Rank: D
Type: Capture
Character Requirements: None
Word Count Requirements: 300 words
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 400 ryo.
Task: Multiple villagers have reported their belongings stolen. Multiple villagers had reported being a target of a thief, mostly at the same time. Your job is to find the thief, or thieves and capture them.
Roleplay:
Vretyel had heard some of this petty thief, not a shinobi to say the least but he was good at getting stolen goods from innocent villagers and getting away fast. He was good, but he was not good enough, with every single item that he stole he left a little piece of evidence that Vretyel was using to find him, awhile it became clear exactly who were his victims, why they were his victims and what he was trying to steal from them. It seemed as though the thief only really wanted people’s shoes, for what reason Vretyel did not know, but all of his victims have reported that all he wanted was their shoes after he threatened them with a Kunai knife. But when he stole he left behind huge clues to his location. After his first steal he left a nametag that looked like from one of the local bakeries, the thief’s name was Jona, or at least that was the name that was on the nametag. The second piece of evidence was what appeared to be the location of the warehouse where he was stashing all of his stolen shoes; it was near the gates of the village, known for being an area of some organized crime, but he had to be sure. After a while after that he was careful, attacking at night and covering all of his tracks, but one day he failed to do so, he stole the shoes from a woman while Vretyel was watching from a rooftop. The thief was fast, but not fast enough, from behind as he was taking the shoes from the woman Vretyel slammed Crimson into the thief’s back, just below the 5th Vertebrae. It would break the bone, but probably would not cause any long term damage. After the blow he told one of the locals around to find another ninja that could give this man medical attention along with apprehending him as Vretyel found all the shoes from the warehouse giving them back to the villagers.

Task: Someone has reported that a civilian is going to attempt to suicide by jumping off a cliff near the village, stop him by any means, and just be sure that he remains alive.
Roleplay:
Vretyel rushed over to cliff where the man was about the jump off, this was insane, the bakery owner who gave the shoe thief a job while he made his shoe stealing business. I know that the man was saddened by this treachery, Vretyel thought, but I never expected that the result would be this, to give their life away because of this one mistake is crazy, he didn’t even know that he was going to be stealing shoes anyway, this is not doing any justice at all to himself or anyone in the village, it just does not make since. By the time that Vretyel got to the cliff there was already a lot of people standing around seeing if he was actually going to jump off, but they just were getting in way, Vretyel thought, If any of them did or said anything, they could force him to jump, I mean he is already in this state where he could do this. Vretyel decided that the best thing that he could do would be to get these villagers out of here. He told them that the shinobi of the village would handle this, it was none of their concern to be here, they was no need for them to watch this man and they should just all go back home, everything will be back to normal in the morning. Vretyel knew that some of the members of this mob were angry that they had to take orders from an eleven year old, but Vretyel knew that since he took Crimson out, the Bo Staff covered in blood showing Vretyel’s sacrifice to become a great shinobi. This staff put fear into the eyes of all the members of the small mob, he saw all the men and the women shake in fear from what this staff could accomplish they he had to use force. Fortunately the man who would be jumping off the bridge had not moved his position yet, which was good for Vretyel, and good for the safety of the man. After about ten minutes of getting the villagers off the cliff Vretyel quietly approached the man who was on the edge of the cliff. He didn’t say a word, but he took hold of the man’s arm.
“I am ashamed of myself, I have let the village down and I must pay for my mistake. It is my fault, I gave Jona everything and he used me to hurt others, I must be held responsible” The man said. He was serious of trying to jump off this cliff, but then he noticed something else in his arm. Vretyel saw that he was holding kunai knife close to his body, even if Vretyel was holding his arm he could still try to stab himself. He understood the pain that he was going through, he had sacrificed much for the man that would steal shoes from people just for fun as he got food, shelter, and love from this man, the owner sacrificed much and this was his pain, but unlike Vretyel his sacrifice seemed to be in vein, but he knew that giving up now after this instance, that was the part that Vretyel could not make sense of.
“Not like this” Vretyel said. He took Crimson and hit it up the man’s right armpit, breaking the man’s shoulder bone, as the man screamed in pain the Kunai knife fell down the cliff. And as he screamed, crying in pain, he pulled him from the cliff to the base of it, pulling him to the hospital to get the medical attention that he now needed. It was shame, Vretyel thought, but it must be done.

Task: There is a man who wants a simple escort from Konohagakure to Sunagakure, all you have to do is travel with said man until he reaches Sunagakure and make sure he gets there safely.
Why is this man wanting to go to Sunagakure, Vretyel thought, he assumed it would for business purposes, but this man looked way to old and unprofessional to be involved in any sort of Business. Vretyel loves the world he is in so if he given a mission to go outside of Konoha if only for a few days he takes up the off. This is the first escort mission that Vretyel has gone on since he became a genin so he was exicted to take escort somebody. He knew that there was going to little, if any, danger in getting this man to Sunagakure, this was a D-ranked mission. He looked very unimportant in Vretyel eyes, and he didn’t seem like he was scared of anything. Why does this guy really need an escort, Vretyel thought, he probably could have done the trip all on his own even without my help, but he wants an escort so Vretyel was going to give it to him.
Vretyel took the mission late at night so the morning earlier he met the man at the village gates early in the morning. The man looked calm, cool, and relaxed, ready to go on this trip. All he had on him was a sack that looked like it contained some clothes and little bit of money to spend. Vretyel told the man that if we were not in a hurry we would go at his pace, but that he wanted to get to the city within the week. The man understood and they went on their way. Vretyel spent most of the time looking at his surroundings and looking at the clouds, which seemed to big and ominous, like they were about to rain, which did happen. After a few hours of walking to Sunagakure the rain began dropping quickly and in great quantities, but it was easy to avoid because of the cover of the trees. They spent the night when they were just about to pass into the land of sand. For almost the entire trip Vretyel and the man hardly spoke, the man only said when he wanted to stop and rest, he was older than many people who would still travel by foot, but Vretyel did not mind. The next day Vretyel and the old man passed into the land of wind, and instead of the rain that they had in the fire nation, it was completely the opposite. The land was hot and dry, but thankfully the old man said that he was used to such heat as he lived in the sand village for many years before going to Konaha. As Vretyel and the man reached Sunagakure the man thanked him for his services and went into the village, as Vretyel started his journey home. Well that wasn’t really interesting, Vretyel thought, I at least thought the mission would take longer. He would reach the gates of konoha that same night as he was able to move a lot faster than what he was able to move with the man being so slow.

Mission Name: Helping The Academy
Rank: D
Type: Help.
Character Requirements: None
Word Count Requirements: 400
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 450 ryo
Task: The teachers at the academy are looking for some small assistance. Your job is to simply show a group of three academy students the basics of being your rank.
Vretyel hated kids that were younger than him, they were way to ambitious, all under the illusion that they will be Hokage or that they may be a great ninja when most of them won’t even become a Jounin. This natural Genjutsu Vretyel hated, but that wasn’t the test, his task was to show these academy students about the duties and responsibilities of being a Genin. He got to the academy early In the morning when only the instructors have arrived, talked to one of them, and decided that he was going to be talking to three students who were almost old enough to go up for the Genin Exam. Vretyel was happy that at least he was able to talk to students that were semi aware of their surroundings. When the students got to the class the instructor, a strict but kind man told the three students go out to the academies small training ground area. Once the three students got to the door, the four of them walked to a large tree that would allow for the group to sit under in the shade. These are the students that I am supposed to talk to, Vretyel thought, in disbelief at what looked like a poor quality of students.
In Vretyel’s eyes, the first student looked like a slacker, his hair was not combed, his teeth were not clean, and his clothes smelled a little bit too. He looked like a normal nine year old boy that did not want to keep himself clean, or follow any rules for that matter. Vretyel first looked to him first and gave him some very useful advice, or at least Vretyel thought it was good advice. “A shinobi is at peace with themselves at all times and does not rebel”, powerful words for the ears of a nine year old. The second student was a girl with a happy attitude and looked as though she just wanted to have fun. As a shinobi Vretyel did not see much potential in the girl, but that she may just become a medical ninja or something less important that something that anybody could accomplish. The third student was like the first, only less because he seemed to kind of care about the way he looked, but is still under the impression that both of them have a lot of learn before they can reach genin. He told them all about how to pass the Genin Exam, and told them that once they became a Genin they are going to have jobs and be in charge of completing missions by themselves. He told them about hard missions and amazing sparring sessions that they would do, but he also warned them about the dangers of being on one of these missions, the idea that you can go onto a mission and die hit hard to all three of them, although they had heard this before. Coming from somebody like a genin is different than it coming from a family figure, but Vretyel knew they had to hear it. After a few hours of inspiration they all decided to go their separate ways, Vretyel back to the training grounds and the kids back to their classroom, and Vretyel felt he had completed his mission and started heading back to his house.

Toys for Orphans
Rank: E
Words Required: 300
Other Requirements: -
Reward: 150 Ryo
Task: The local orphanage has an open request for toys. Make some toys and deliver them to the orphanage.
The orphanage needs more toys, Vretyel thought; I might as well to that today. Vretyel took out one of his tool kits and started working on making a few of his favorite toy, since Vretyel made his owns toys, he enjoyed making his toys of the wood and became really good at carpentry as a child, making toy ninja and toy animals out of wood. Vretyel thought that for the orphanage, however, that the best way to make a toy animal sets of all the animals that could be seen in Konhoa, it took him a few hours but he was able to make a very good pig, a very good cow, and an amazing wooden dog. It took awhile but he was able to make his animals with a few hours of daylight to spare, he took that time to go but before the night was done he went to Konoha Orphanage and dropped the three toys off!
When Vretyel got to the orphanage with the three toys in hand and met with the head matron to discuss the money and giving the three toys to three of the kids, although he did not know any of them he felt that it was right to give them to three kids who would appreciate them the most. He gave the dog a boy that greeted Vretyel when he came in, he seemed to have an affinity for the wooden dog, and Vretyel figured that he would appreciate the dog the most and gave it to him on the spot. The boy was so happy and began running off into what looked like his bedroom. The cow and the horse on the other hand were much less sentimental, he saw a boy and girl playing with animals and thought they would be good for their collection of animals.

Mission Name: Village Status
Rank: C
Type: Repair
Character Requirements: None
Word Count Requirements: 800
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 1000
Task: The gates have been ruined, assist other shinobi and repair men in fixing the gates.
Vretyel knew that in being part of the World of Shinobi meant that sometimes it would mean that he needed to repair the walls of our city so that they did not get attacked and ruined because of the walls being faulty. So one of the assignments that he decided that he should do to help was to fix some of the walls that were not very sturdy or powerful by repairing with other repairmen who were sent to help out, using some of the skills that he had to help them out, either by moving bricks or clay or tearing down the old walls Vretyel was ready to make it happen efficiently and effectively because he didn’t want to spend all day doing this. Vretyel got to the sight in the early morning and was happy to see other genin out there helping as well. HE thought that he arrived early to places all the time but then he saw all these other shinobi helping out. It was inspiring to him and he was happy to see some many others be wanting and doing the same mission with him, it meant that some other genin also had some of the same drive that Vretyel did which gave him the strength to realize that he had more work to himself. He needed to work hard and be more productive than all the other genin there by being the best working under the boss. The boss, who is what Vretyel had decided to call the man that was calling all the shots for all the workers and all the genin. He was very intimidating compared to Vretyel, he was strong powerful and big, but what he feared the most was his attitude. He had all the drive of a shinobi with a lot of spunk and hatred towards people. He made it seem like every brick of the new wall was about to become this unobtainable task that only if he drove his workers to the point of Absolute zero then they would get it done. “I want this wall done now, I want to see this wall be the best wall that this village has, and I will not accept No or nothing but the best for a response” the boss said, but in there was also some very choice curse words that made some of the workers cringe. But what was the most daring and dangerous about any of his speeches was not the size of him nor the way he stood or even the curse words but it was the way that he talked. The boss’s voice was low and commanding, like a drill sergeant who wanting nothing less than perfection, otherwise everyone around him would become dead. It was crazy but it got the work done. All the workers around were working at double time, some at triple time just to get it done which was what they were trained to do, and it inspired all the genin, including Vretyel to give it all that he got. He decided to put his Bo staff to good use and carry four buckets of water and clay to the workers so that they would always have some, but he also noticed how all the other genin were using their same skills to their advantage, making them look great in front of the Boss. Some were using Shadow clones to carry so many bricks to the builders at the time while some were using their fantastic Taijutsu skills to break down old wall into oblivion in minutes. The Boss made it feel like all of this work was nothing too, like even though we were going so fast for so long that the wall would become breached again and he would have to repair the same place tomorrow.
Now that the all was almost done, the boss told all of the genin to test the strength of this new wall to make sure that the builders put it on correctly and that its integrity was solid. HE told all the genin to punch or kick the wall as hard as they could and see if the wall was going to break under the pressure. The boss knew that they were all shinobi but since they were all genin it would not be like we would be able to make it crumbling down. All of the genin hit the wall with no damage, including Vretyel with his Bo Staff. The boss however did not seem happy. “All of you genin should have been able to take this wall down, you are all shinobi and I thought you were supposed to be the best. You all need to train harder to the point that this wall WILL COME DOWN!”
Vretyel was freaked out, but partly inspired.

Task: The village has become rather dirty, with most shinobi already on a mission the kage had requested that you help clean some places in the village up.
Vretyel was not mad that he was given the task of clean up, he is a shinobi and if the Hokage asks something of his ninja then there is no reason for the subordinates not to do it. Cleaning, however, was not Vretyels idea of spending time around the village, he would rather be training or off doing a mission outside of the village, but there was nothing he could do about it. This mission was easy, all Vretyel was going to do was take the trash from all the streets in the residential areas and make sure that all of it is disposed of propery, in fact, Vretyel thought, I think I would be able to make a training session out of the cleaning. Doing something like a run from the disposal site and back to the street, that way if he carried a lot of trash from the street at once he could work on his strength and if he tried to get to the into the container real fast he would also get some speed training, but he decided at this point that he should just get it done and then he could go onto his ten trees training. The leader who was overseeing the mission was known as “the granny” according to Vretyel. The granny was nice and sweet but was also a grandmother. For the entire time that Vretyel was taking the trash out the granny was always saying how thankful she was that he was helping out. It was easy for Vretyel to finish, there was not that much trash on the street and the granny who Vretyel guessed was also a former ninja was helping out at a fast speed too. This was one of Vretyel’s favorite missions, it was quick and easy to accomplish and the granny, once we done, gave him the money on the spot. This was easy, Vretyel thought.

Task: A few cats belonging to an old lady have ran away, she requested help on getting them back. Your job is to find the five missing cats and bring them home.
Vretyel knew of the woman who was looking for her cats, it was the woman that Vretyel described as The granny. She was old and frail, but she had the spirit of a young woman who wanted more out of her life. Vretyel had helped her out earlier with cleaning up her neighborhood from all the trash and garbage that was lining and she told Vretyel that he it wanted to do some more work for her that she needed help getting some of her cats back. Vretyel told her that he would be happy to do the work but he had to come back in a few hours because of other shinobi business. The woman was ok with the response and told him to meet her before the sun went down. When Vretyel finally got back to the old woman she was there pointed and calling to the first cat who Vretyel dubbed as Green. The woman had made it so that all the cats had different colored collars and Vretyel so he didn’t mix them up named them as such. They were named Green, yellow, red, blue, and black. When Vretyel got there Granny had somehow already gotten green from the tall tree, either with some old shinobi skills or the cat just got too hungry to wait for somebody to get him down. Moving on to the other four the first one that the two found was Black, who was laying with another she cat in a back alley. Vretyel took the cat by the collar and placed her insides the woman’s home. The next two that Vretyel and the woman found were blue and red who had appeared to be stuck on a very high rooftop just above the academy, Vretyel was able to use many techniques to get up there and get the cats down, but he just body flickered and then got up to the roof in just a second. Blue was easy to get down because he wanted to come down, Vreytel just picked him up and then took him inside the old woman’s home before any of the other cats could escape from the clutches of the old woman. Red on the other hand was a bit more difficult to get, and the cat ran around and down everywhere on that rooftop, he did not want to get off from there, but it was Vretyels job to get him down and back to his master, so he used another body flicker technique to get to the cat faster than what the cat could run and the cat just fell into the hands of Vretyel. This task took way too long, Vretyel thought, but at least Granny is giving me some work to do. When Vretyel went back to the house he was very happy to see that yellow had come back on his own accord. This made the woman and Vretyel very happy, so the woman thanked him and Vretyel went home.

Task: The village hasn't been receiving shipments of resources from the farmers not too far from the village. The village shinobi are unable to make any contact with the farmers, your job is to go and find out what the trouble is, and make sure the village receives the shipments soon.
Vretyel enjoyed going out to some of the other villages around Konoha, especially when he was on shinobi business, it meant that he would be able to go place in and around the fire nation and people would respect him and not make fun of him because of how young he is. He sometimes wishes he was older for that very reason. An 11 year old shinobi going out and doing missions without the help of any other shinobi, that was the case on many occasions, but today seemed odd. He had heard from some of the higher ranking shinobi that all of the foods that the farmers would usually bring to the market have not shown for two or three days. He knew some of the farmers personally due to his father’s business, so when he was told that there was a mission to go see the situation he could not refuse. Although he was very glad to be going on this mission he wasn’t fond of doing it with other shinobi, but that was the case this time. For this mission he was told that Vretyel would have to go visit the town with another shinobi, just in case there really was a big problem and he needed back up. The ninja who would be accompanying Vretyel would be none other than the genin that he hated when he was at the academy. He was fat, rude, arrogant, and a real filthy person once anyone got to know him. Vretyel named him the slob in his head because that was the word that best described him really. I can’t believe that I am working with the slob, Vretyel thought, why do I have to work with somebody that doesn’t care about how he looks or how he presents himself as a shinobi. The slob then gave Vretyel a huge hug and told him about how great it was going to be that they were going to be partners on this mission together.
Vretyel and the slob left early in the morning to get out before the sun got too hot and began heading towards the village when it was still nighttime. He learned that if the slob was given some sort of the food before he did anything that he could move as fast as anyone out there, he just needed to get some of that motivation in order to get moving. Vreytel and the slob took a while to get to the town because of the weather that was occurring on that day. IT was clear that it was going to be raining, but what they did not expect was there to be thunderstorms and lightning overhead. Vreytel was fine with that because he had all the tools that he needed to dodge and absorb the lighting but the slob was different. If there was lightning around it was clear that the slob feared the sight of it even if the lighting was miles away. So often they had to stop and wait for him to get done with his sobbing and then get back onto the road to the village. The village was not a far walk, only a few hours of walking would mean that Vretyel and the slob would get to the village outside of Konoha without much press for time, but all the time that had passed with the slob being scared of the lightning would prove to mean that It could take hours longer for the group to get to the village.
As Vretyel and slob finally got to the outskirts of this village, Vretyel noticed that nothing seemed to be out of order, everyone was doing their business, buying and selling goods in the market, children playing the streets, and nothing seemed to be the matter. As Vretyel got to the farms however Vretyel realized the obvious problem and why the farmers were not getting their supplies to Konoha for the last few days. When he was walking down the road he saw two wagons already stuck along the side of the road in mud and other debris. Probably from all the rain that had occurred recently around the area. Vretyel knew whos cart that was, they were owned by the towns largest producer to rice, he knew from all the massive symbol on the side of wagon, and from Vretyels affairs with his father he also knew which house he needed to get to check up on the family. When Vretyel and the slob got to the house it was exactly what Vretyel had expected to see happen, the family had just begun to load a new wagon and were about to be leaving for Konoha. The head of the family approached the genins and told them that they were aware that they had not shipped in their supplies, as they usually bring in many wagons full of a variety of materials at a time. They also told Vretyel that they were leaving now with all the supplies and had already ordered for somebody to get the wagons back to the house while they were gone. Just in case anything happened again Vretyel and the slob decided that it would be best that that two stayed with the group on their way to Konoha in case something like that happened again. Vretyel chucked a little bit at the idea that the slob would get into the rice wagon and start eating all of it.

Mission Name: I saw a..
Rank: B
Type:
Character Requirements: investigation
Word Count Requirements: 800 words
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 600 ryo
Task: Reports have come in on something or someone lurking in the sewers, investigate to make sure everything is alright.
I don’t think he is supposed to be in here, Vretyel said. A few hours before he had accepted a mission to go down into the sewers and find whatever it was that was making all these strange noises during the night, and they sounded a lot of like wailing down at the bottom of the sewers, he didn’t know who or what was going on down there, but he figured he would be ok if he went down there and checked it out himself. He wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary to be happening down there, but he was still curious. He went down into the sewers in the middle of the day and trekked down to where all the noise was coming from. Vretyel did not know what was down there and what the wailing was from, but it sounded like a girl crying. He did not know for sure, and as he was down in the sewers he kind of started to day dream about life, why he was in the sewer to begin with, and what all of this really meant. He knew that he needed to do this to get chunin, that was not the problem, but what was really bothering Vretyel was the fact that so much had happened over the last few months. It has been like he has not had much of anything big happen, but a lot has happened. He has become part of the fire nation team, made a new bo staff, and created a fierce rivalry between himself and Ayama, the sand lightning genin. HE was ready to fight her again someday.
What took Vretyel out of his trance was the cry again. The sound was amplified now that he was down in the sewers and it became clear that something was really wrong. He started running as fast as he could towards the location of the scream, following the echo which it came from, and found that it was at one of the ends of the sewers, right under the village gates what sounded like a girl was crying. Vretyel felt the need for urgency and decided that he now really needed to hurry; it was getting darker and darker, so Vretyel took his staff in hand and filled it with lighting chakra giving him light and energy to attack whatever or whoever was at the end of this sewer.
The sound was getting louder and happening more frequently now that what was ever at the end of the sewers saw Vretyel coming down alley like place. Along the way he saw the remains of what looked like a missing ninja camp, away from where any ninja would go looking so that they could sneak their way into Konoha and do any damage that they were set to do. It looked however to be abandoned for quite some time, all the rags and other equipment left there to rot for eternity, this could have been the camp for that group of missing ninja that tried to assault here a few months back, Vretyel thought, the ones that failed and were also caught or killed, and they never found where they were hiding all that time while they were planning their attack, I wonder if this was it. It was only a few hundred meters before he finally reached the end of the ally like sewer tunnel, and Vretyel was calm but curious as to see what would happen now, he didn’t know what was happening, but from all the crying he figured that it must have been a girl crying. As Vretyel finally got to the end he found exactly what it was.
It had been a girl that was crying at the end of the sewers, she was looking cold, hungry, and looked to have been crying for days. This looked like the girl that had gone missing a few days back, the parents must be worried about her, could this be it.
“Are you Aimko” Vretyel asked.
“Yes….yes what do you want with me?” she asked just stopping from her crying fit. This girl was scared and looked like she needed to find something.
“Now why are you here, you know that it is dark to be out here”
“Well, I lost my favorite toy, my parents are going to be so mad to learn that I lost my toy”
It was a toy, I understand now, Vretyel thought, it was something precious to her, she probably dropped it into the sewers and went into the sewers trying to look for it, and then got lost, running around in it, and started crying for help.
“Well I know that your parents won’t get mad at you, and I would even guess that they would buy the toy for you again if you would like, but I don’t think it is safe for you to be here now, am I right?”
“Yes, I guess so.”
“Good, now let’s go home right?”
Vretyel held the hand of the girl, making sure to take his glove off before, and the two walked home.

Mission Name: Supply Run
Rank: D
Type: Delivery
Character Requirements: None
Word Count Requirements: 400
Repeatable? Yes
Reward: 500 Ryo
Task: A small group out in the forest were building a small home for a family, they had left behind some supplies and it would take too long if they would come back and get them.
Why is it always me to be the ones to find peoples mistakes, Vretyel thought to himself on his way back to Konoha. As he was coming home from his mission with Ayama and Navi he saw what appeared to be brand new supplies for the makings of a new house. Nothing big, but some nice paints and some brushes for the completion of a new home, and all of these materials would fetch for a lot of ryo if he wanted to see them, but he knew the family that was making the house, Vretyel always called this family by just one letter, the Zs is what he always called them, one because he thought that it would be cool if there was a family that was called the Zs, and also because their name was so long to say, it was hilarious whenever somebody who had never met the clan tried to say their name for the first time, it was so long that even if there was a scroll that was 6 feet long you would still not have enough room to write it all down so that people could read it. Even on the supplies it only had the letter Z on it, because they wouldn’t have been able to fit the entire last name. Once he got to the supplies he figured that now would be a great way to do some training getting these supplies back from town, Vretyel realized that he could run the supplies back in time before the sun came down, so he started running with the supplies being held on his back with the help of Crimson holding onto the handle. He held like some hold buckets or other supplies on their Bo staffs. Vretyel did not realize that the kit was not going to be as heavy as he expected so it was super easy to run them back to the village. He got to the village gates in record time, or at least Vretyel thought so, and then ran to the Zs old house, hoping that they were there. The father answered the door and was relieved to see that Vretyel had brought back the supplies; otherwise he would have had to hope that they were still there in the morning. He also told Vretyel that he would stop by the ninja office and drop off some ryo for his efforts. Piece of Cake, Vretyel thought.
