Stamina Training

Stamina, one of the most important tools you can use to your advantage against your opponent. If you are in a battle and your opponent is tired and you are not it is because you have a higher stamina then him/her. Which could be a crucial tool in battle. Jinn had been training so much on his speed and strength that he had forgotten about the much needed stamina. He had not noticed his need for it because all of the battles he had previously been in ended quickly. Though now as his competition was growing stronger and his fights dragging out for hours, he knew that it was mandatory now for him to increase his endurance in battles. Jinn rolled out of his bed onto the floor. Grunting, he would get up and begin to dress himself for his day. He would grab his head band from under his pillow. He would then tie it tightly around his forehead. He figured he had a little time to spare at the training grounds so he left in a hurry. His large sword, Black X Calibur, would be on his back as he walked through the busy streets of Kirigakure. The sword was a little over two feet taller than him. He would seethe glimpses he would get from he villagers, but he would ignore them because they did not understand the sacrifices he had to make while carrying the sword.

Jinn finally made it at the training grounds. He would look around at the other ninja that were there. There was only one other person. He was a chuunin too and a million leagues ahead of Jinn in stamina. He is a train junkie. Jinn did not know how many times he ha saw the kid at the training ground, actually training for hours on end.

He would walk up to him and say, "Hey, Jimar, I was wondering if you would like to train stamina with me." Jinn would say backing up a little. He knew that Jimar was known for getting over excited, sometimes hugging and kissing people.

Jimar would turn around when he hear Jinn behind him. He would drop his weights to the ground and say, "Woahh, Jinn long time no see. Where have you been. No don't worry about that, you want to train stamina the I'm your guy." He would say with a smiling pointing his thumb at his chest.

Jinn would smile back at his friend, "Alright then, how should we start?" Jinn would say to Jimar.

Jimar would smile and say, "Okay, Jinn let's start now. I want you to carry me around the village." Jimar would then leap over Jinn and hop onto his back.

Jinn would turn his head around and look at Jimar and say, "If it's going to help my stamina then I will do it." Jinn would then leave the training grounds and begin to run through the village streets.

"No, you're doing it wrong. Let's take the roof tops." Jimar would say confidently while on Jinns back.

"Seriously, I think you are enjoying this too much." Jinn would channel the little chakra he had into his feet. He would then use his strength to push off of the ground onto the roof of the building next to him. He would then leap from roof to roof.

Jinn would continue to hop from roof to roof until he was tired and his muscles were strained to their extent. He would take this as a sign that his training was over. He would begin to head back towards the training grounds, Where he would collapse, with Jimar onto the ground.

Jimar would look at Jinn and say, "Okay, let's start training." He would pull out two kunai and hold them both in his hands. He would then throw them towards Jinn at a fast speed.

Jinn would be laying on the ground when the kunai came flying at him. Shocked he would roll over to his side, dodging the kunai. He would be breathing fast, he was fatigued and tied of the days training, but in order to increase his stamina he would have to go past his usual breaking point. Jinn would draw his blade, Black X Calibur. He would then begin to sprint towards Jamar. His speed would be slower than usual because of the weight of the sword. He would raise the sword above his head and crash it down on Jamar, using the blunt side though as to not cut him.

"Woah, okay that's all for today." Jamar would say as he got up from the ground. I have a short schedule so I have to go, mabe next time we can train a little longer. Jamar would say before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.

"Whatever."
Jinn would say as he put his sword on his back. He knew that all Jamar was good for was his stamina. His combat skills were lousy, so he did not argue, he just turned around and left. He had got what he wanted for today, he had improved a little in his stamina, finally.

Kenchi Training - Page 3 Empty Re: Kenchi Training

Tue Dec 18, 2012 5:03 pm
Kenchi sat on the top of a buildiing in Kirigakure. He observed his surroundings and watched as the many different people passed him. They all seemed to be happy and carefree. Kenchi smiled slightly as he looked at the villagers. He was happy to know that the people of his village were safe and protected from evil and corrupt people. Kenchi had been studying a variety of things for the pass several weeks. There had not been a single day where he had not thought about training, but he figured his body needed a break. He had been working too hard for a long period of time. Kenchi stood up on his feet and leaped from roof to roof until he reached his destination. Kenchi stood in the empty fields of the training grounds there was no one there. He slouched his shoulders a little, as he drew the large sword from his back. He slammed it into the ground and began to walk forward towards a large oak tree, the sword dragging against the ground leaving a large carving. Kenchi slowly lifted the sword into the air with his left hand. He then tensed his muscles and swung the sword directly at the tree, aiming for the middle of it. The sword slammed into the tree with a loud 'bang'. Kenchi grimaced slightly as he began to pull on the sword attempting to remove it from the tree. "Rusty much." Kenchi said to himself as he finally removed the large sword from the tree. Usually when he slammed his sword into a tree the tree would break from the force. Kenchi figured it did not work this time because he had not trained in several weeks. Once the sword was removed Kenchi began to walk towards the center of the field. Where there was a large pile of wood. Kenchi stood a single piece of wood upright and stepped backwards a few yards. He then charged forward. He would jump into the air, his sword still in his hand. He would flip and bring the sword down onto the piece of wood. Kenchi straitened his back and stood upright. His eyes slowly gazed down at the remaining pieces of the wood. Kenchi would reach over into the pile over one hundred more times, chopping the wood in half. Soon night would come and Kenchi would be standing upright, sweat dripping wildly from his body. A man would begin to surface from a bush a few meters away from Kenchi. Kenchi raised his sword and pointed at the man in front of him. "Who are you?" Kenchi would say his voice lingering waiting for an answer. "What do you mean who am I? Who are you. and why are you chopping up my wood?" Kenchi's face would redden as he realized that he had just copped up a man's wood. "O...sorry about that. I was just training and got a little caught up in the moment." Kenchi would say, his eyes scanning the ground and his feet dragging back and forth on the ground. "Well, thanks, I was meaning to cut up that wood any way." Kenchi would look up and into the man's eyes once he realized he was in the clear. "Well, do you uhh...need help carrying it back." Kenchi would say. The man would look at Kenchi and smirk a little and say, "Sure." Kenchi would stack up the wood carrfully and place them all in a bag the man had given him. Kenchi begin to walk towards the man and they began to head towards a farm. The streets were dark and Kenchi could barely make out his hand in front of his face. If it was not for his hearing the man's foot steps in front of him he would have been lost a long time ago. "Whats your name kid?" The man would say after a long moment of awakward silence. "My name is Kenchi." Kenchi would say to the man. "Well Kenchi, nice to meet y-" Just as the man was about to finish his sentence a man jumped from a bush ahead of them. He had a dagger in his left hand and nothing in his right. "Stand back kid, I got this." The old man would say. Kenchi would smile and say, "No, leave this to the ninja of Kirigakure. "But their are no ninja around." Kenchi would smirk and say, "What about me?" Kenchi would perform a single handsign and appear behind the man ahead of him. He would then quickly lift his left leg and slam it into the man's butt. The man would fly forwar his dagger spiraling out of his hand. Kenchi would walk towards the man on the ground. The once warm and friendly look thgat was in his eyes had now faded away. His eyes were more colder it was as if his personalty had changed. Kenchi would kneel on one knee and stick out his right hand. He would then perform handsigns to create a bubble of water around the man. The man's body would float up into the bubble and Kenchi would watch as the man's eyes went from having life to none at all. After the man was dead from suffocation, Kenchi would release the jutsu, causing the man;s body to fall to the ground. Kenchi would turn around, the warmness slowly creeping back into his eyes. "Well that was." Kenchi would say before noticing that no one was around him. He look to where he had saw the bag of wood and he noticed that it too was gone. "I guess I scared him away, o well at least I got to do some training today." Kenchi would say as he walked back to the village, his arms folded behind his head.

Kenchi Training - Page 3 Empty Re: Kenchi Training

Fri Dec 28, 2012 1:48 am
Of course, the thing Kenchi had been missing all along was Chakra. He had recently just unlocked the ninjutsu specialty, which allowed him to use actual jutsu. This was all new to him since before all he had been using was Kenjutsu. He had never before been using ninjutsu or any other thing. So it was expected that learning something like ninjutsu would be a little harder for him to grasp hold of. He had been trying many times to master the specialty, but many times he failed. Now he knew why. He failed because he had ran out of chakra all of those times. Now he knows what he has to improve in order to become a better ninja for his village. He would devote his whole day to the training of his abilities all around.

Kenchi was asleep in his bed when he heard a loud bang. He peered from under his covers, like a child and saw that he had an intruder in his room. Kenchi's hand crept over towards his ninjato as he watched the man go through his personal items. Kenchi in an instant and at a teleporting speed was able to move behind the man in time to slam the hilt of his sword against the back of the man's head. The man no laid uncoherant on the floor. Kenchi kneeled down and began to go through he man;s pockets, he found an ID and stared at it. Apparently the man was a regular guy. He did not look harmless at all and Kenchi could tell that he had no experience. Since the man was actually foolish enough to bring his ID on a break in. Kenchi looked at the man and slowly removed his mask he used to cover his face. Kenchi stood back up and quicked the man three timed in the ribs. The man would roll over gasping, not knowing what was going on. "You tried to break in my place?" Kenchi would say as he paced in circles around the man. "Now that was a nig mistake." He then slammed his sword down into the skull of the man, quickly killing him. Kenchi would call upon a shinobi to verify the death of the man.

The shinobi would arrive a few hour late/ "Sorry, but tonight we have had ten break ins, now what is your problem?" Kenchi would look at the man as he said that there had been ten break ins. He had never imagined such a thing was possible in one night. "Well, as you said some idiot tried to brak into my house, so I killed him." Kenchi said this with a regretful look on his face. He had wanted to not kill the man, but he was on his property, so Kenchi had the right to do whatever he pleased. Thus, in his eyes the muder was justified. "Well ya did din;t ya. I figured if someone tried to come to your house you would kill them. To think just a while ago I was showing you pointers, and now you are showing me a thing or two." Said the shinobi as he playfully nudged Kenchi. Kenchi played along even though he was not in the mood. The tresspasser had interupted one of the best dreams Kenchi was having. He dreampt that he was the captain of the anbu and a member of the seven swords men of the mist. If only he had got to finish such a great dream, which he hoped would be true one day. "Well I got to go." Kenchi would say while turning around headed towards his bedroom to get a little bit more sleep before he began his rough training day.

Kenchi awaoke again after a short nap. He gathered his things and began to prepare himself for the day ahead. He walked over towards his headband, which was the finishing piece. He placed it on his forehead and left his bedroom. He had all of the equipment he would need for the time being. Kenchi ran throught the, this was the beginning of his training. He was so fast he doubted any normal villager would even be able to see him. His speed was a recent development he had been working hard to train on and now he felt that he was at his peak, as far as speed went. He knew that he could not get any faster without any boosts or other things that amplified his speed. It was not long ago that he was an academy student he missed those times. Thing were so simple and situations so easy to deal with. Though he liked how he was now. He was a powerful ninja. As far as ninja strength went in his village he was at least in the top five. Though others may disagree. Kenchi would hope to soon find a way to surpass his peak and become even faster. Though first he would need to make sure he was strong enough.

Kenchi had always been a strong ninja. Never lacking in the strngth category, all of his life he outranked others in strength. Now he was still strong, but not much had changed since he had left the rank of chuunin. He knew he would need to change that in order to become even better as a ninja. Kenchi, after running many miles, decided to take a break so he headed towards a small gym where there were many weights and things he could lift and become stronger. Kenchi arrived at the Gym and took off his shrit he then walked up towards a bench and began to press eight hundred pounds, he did so until he was tired. Once he was he began to do push ups, sometimes changing to sit ups. His body would soon begin to get fatigued, so he figured it would be better to rest.

While resting he realized that he could be focusing on the flow of his chakra. Since that did not require any real physical movements. He sat down with his legs crossed. He slowly raised his hands in the air as he inhaled, he exhaled as he brought them back to the ground. He began to tune out all of the distractions around him. Even the worries of his future. He meditated for a while, letting his chakra move freely as it pleased. Flowing it to his feet, his hands, his fingers, everywhere he could to make sure he kne how to control his chakra. Which was the thing he needed most, now that he was a ninjutsu specialist. Kenchi finished after a long while of maniping his chakra. He then stood up an headed back home. He was exhausted from the all day training.

Kenchi Training - Page 3 Empty Re: Kenchi Training

Things had been strange lately in the village of Kirigakure. The people of the village were even more quiet than usual. Times when he would pass the villagers and be able to have long conversations with them had ended. Everyone seemed to be sucluded in their own worlds. This was sad, Kenchi believed that it was crucial for the ninja to get to know the people that they were protecting on a daily bases. Though he was unsure whether or not the village had any confidence in them. So he was intent to show them that they could entrust their lives and safety to the ninja of the village.

Kenchi walked through the streets of Kirigakure. They were empty again. Seeing as no one was around he though it best to bring himself some company. He knelt down on one knee, with a scroll still atatched to his back. He removed the scroll from his back and placed it gently on the ground. He then bit his finger and summoned his raven friend. It did not take long for the smoke to clear and reveal the small raven. Kenchi looked at the raven and said,

"Yo."

The raven was a little confused in the sudden change in environment so he just stared blankly at Kenchi and said, "Yea."

"Don't tell me you forgot about me, it's Kenchi, your summoner." Kenchi said to the confused Raven.

The raven squinted his eyes at Kenchi and said, "Oh yes, the kid from the other day. O Yea I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Rukuro."

Kenchi was just reminded by the raven that he had never bothered to ask him his name in their last encounter. "Yea you right, thanks for telling me, how could I forget that, I mean we are partners after all." Kenchi said to Rukuro.

Rukuro nodded his small headd and flew up to Kenchi's shoulder. "So what are we doing today partner."

"Nothing much, let's just find us someone to beat up, I'm a little bored." Said Kenchi to the raven.

With the raven on his shoulder, Kenchi searched through the village, hoping to come across some scum. It did not take long to find the scum. They were a group of four teens a little older than him, but that did not matter. He could tell from how they looked that they were not strong enough. Kenchi dashed forward at the first person nearest him, with his teleporting speed, the others could not even see the attack as it was coming. He elbowed him in the back of the head knockiong him out. Rukuro on his back then placed them all under his Genjutsu. From their Kenchi just used them as sparring dummies, beating them until they were incoherant. He finally stopped when the raven pecked him on his head telling him to do so. Kenchi guessed that the raven did not ant him to kill, at least not in front of him. Kenchi stopped and sighed as he looked down at the mess he had created in just a short amount of time. The day was just about over and he had got in a quick training, so to say he figured it was over. He returned Rukuro to his demension and left the area. He was growing bored with the environment of his village as it was.
