Echo at the borders.

Echo's feet shuffles along the path in between the rising forests of Konoha spinning once on his left heel the wind currents pushing him along keeping him from losing his balance as he hums a tune to himself a wide smile on his face, his goggles are obscuring his eyes allowing his bangs to trace against the edges while his wild hair splays across his head randomly.
His attire consists of a green T-shirt, a pair of jeans..and a pair of black boots..a strange offset to the Grieve Edges called the Demon grieves, the Collar with the red stone embedded in the center the gloves with the red crystal embedded on the back of the hand and the mantle covering his shoulders and chest.

Echo's casual wear along with his battle gear...?

His position on the map is somewhere in between Konoha and Volcano at this point, the tree's twenty feet tall at his sides and five feet away from the sides of the ten foot in width dirt path.

Denki had been wandering the edge of the borders of Funkagakure simply escaping the village for a little bit so he could collect his thoughts. He had heard recently that one of his best friends had been severely injured and it is possible he would be quitting the business of being a shinobi. This had highly depressed Denki, one of his best friends and one of the only ninja he had aligned himself with was now quitting. His other two friends in the village were still doing it, but it wouldn't be the same without Akuryo.

He was laced in a red sleeveless shirt and some black shorts to try and cool down in the high temperatures of the village. He crossed his arms and took a deep breath as he looked off into the distance and activated his Byakugan to look farther on the horizon. "Damn it! Crap!" He shouted at the top of his lungs as he punched his knuckles together.

Echo's singing is paused as he hears the echoing of a voice shouting in the distance, if the boy were to be watching Echo from his place he would simply see the Jinchuuriki vanish from sight in a burst of raw speed, before he's met with a Roguish grin a mere ten feet away the Master Class legends right hand raised in greeting while his left hand is placed against his wrist "Yo! You're loud, you look like a decent kid though so I won't be tearing you into tiny little matchbox sized pieces!" He chirps happily his grin widening in a friendly matter "Aren't you a lucky one! HELL YEAH FIRST PRIZE!!" He shouts like a game show host would the goggles obscuring the spiraling black tomoe that form into his eyes as he takes in the boys frame..and the bulging veins that signify the Byakugan...

Huh....how weird..

Denki sensed a chakra signature finally pop out of nowhere right in front of him. The sudden surprise shocked him and caused him to jump back and put up his guard as he looked forward. "Tear me to matchbox sized pieces? Who are you?" He replied to the man as he started to look the man up and down. He raised an eyebrow as the man said something about being able to tear him to shreds. Denki never was positive to insults or people underestimating him. This man, while he examined his chakra network had a huge amount of chakra and nodded up and down scanning him up and down.

He was confused why this man had so much chakra and speed was he really as strong as he said?

This causes the man's eyes to lighten up with unparalleled glee for but a moment before it vanishes in place for a smirk and with a crossing of his arms over his chest he speaks "You wish to know who I am? VERY WELL! I WILL TELL YOU!!" He states shouting where the capslock has in fact engaged.
The wind seems to rise upwards swirling around the mans feet as it slowly lifts him upwards like a platform well five feet into the air "I AM THE MAN WHO DROVE BACK THE INTER-DIMENSIONAL INVADERS AND CAST THEM BACK TO THEIR OWN REALM!!!! I AM THE MAN WHO FOUGHT THE KAGES OF ALL THE VILLAGE AND TRAINED MOST OF THE NEW ONES!!!" HE proclaims his arms uncrossing over his chest and his right hand rising to the sky in a clenched fist his left hand drawing to his side. "I AM THE BEST SHINOBI IN THE WORLD!!! AND AM WILLING TO PROVE IT TO ALL CHALLENGERS!!!! I AM THE SWIFT!!! THE STRONG!!!! THE CUNNING!!! THE INVINCIBLE ECHO THE MIGHTY!!!!!" He finishes his right fist now swinging downward his index finger pointing towards the boy as he finishes this his grin widening before his tone lowers. "Savvy?" He asks in a strange sly tone his eyes narrowing as his grin morphs into a smirk.

Denki looked forward at him and had a confused look on his face. He rubbed the back of his head as he had a wide smirk on his face. This guy had loads of confidence in himself and Denki could tell. He felt a strong breeze start to fly as he turned around in several directions trying to determine where it was coming from. "What the hell is going on?"

He looked up as the man seemed to be ascending as he went on to report about his resume. Denki usually didn't listen to others bragging because he is too busy bragging himself but this man's oral portfolio seemed pretty impressive. He would normally debate if his accomplishments were true, but by looking at his chakra system, he seemed to believe him.

He would point his finger upward at the man as he pounded his fists together. "OK then, "Mighty Echo". If you have defeat so many strong opponents and trained some many kages. How about you train me?" He asked as he crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow.

Echo quirks an eyebrow at the strange request...training?
Echo's lips quirk upwards before he outright bursts into laughter the wind stilling as he's lowered to his feet he shakes his head as his feet touch the ground before he gives his answer. "What's your element?" He asks simply crossing his arms over his chest while his face becomes that of a stone visage, his eyes narrowed and all trace of humor vanishing, his goggles obscure his eyes as he takes in the boys frame and actively begins searching his soul for something....something...that one of his students must have.

Denki looked straight at Echo as he heard him start to laugh at his request for training. "It is Raiton." He said as he put his palm into the air and eletricity started to dance on it. The lightning crawled all around his fingers as he put it back to his side and the lightning disappeared.

He looked at Echo with a serious look as he crossed his arms as he took a deep breath. "This is no joke, I am seriously requesting training." He mumbled as he stretched his arms out.
