A new life [P, NK]

The kunai was intercepted with a rather well placed pronged kunai, to which Xyxer couldn't help but tilt his head a little in admiration. The appearance of his foe had now also changed, and Xyxer did not want to fight the man, but he felt as if this was a direct insult to himself.. and so he did what any monster of the Mist would. He retaliated. With a flicker of his body, the knee of the man rammed up into the table they were sitting at, having it flip over towards the body of Kenchi, but that was the least of the man's worries; because of that movement, the shuriken that had dropped onto the table was now backed behind the weight of the table, and if the table was to hit the shuriken most likely would pierce into the flesh of the man due to the added weight. He did not bother to arm himself as he did not believe he needed to be armed at this point in time, instead, he spoke with a voice he had normally used moments before killing somebody, "Do you wish to meet your end, Kenchi?" All feelings of brotherly love were dissolved at this point in time. The man had stopped him from giving a life to the blood god of Kirigakure.. and the blood god demanded payment for that lost soul.

The exact second the man's knee made contact with the table, Kenchi heard it due to his experience (Experienced Fighter Skill) in battle. he places both of his feet firmly against the ground and pushes himself backwards away from the table, while still seated in the chair. Kenchi speaks a single meter away from the man. "Are you craz-." Kenchi would begin to say, realizing he was just about to say a word that would anger the man beyond his control. "You could have killed that person back there. I was just doing my job, as a member of the ANBU and a shinobi of this village. No civilian will be harmed in my presence." Kenchi says to the crazed man in front of him. He did not know whether or not he would have to fight the man. He was hoping he'd be able to avoid that. Had this been Kiri he would have let the man had his way with the civilian, but Kenchi had made a promise long ago to change his ways and protect the ones he cared for. "Just calm down for a second, sir. Think about what you're doing." Kenchi says from his seated position. He was alert and prepared for the man if he were to try to attack him. As he spoke his voice echoed through out the entire area, due to the swordsman's spirit. It did not sound as if Kenchi was the one speaking at all.

It was at this point in time that the two had finally conflicted. The unmovable object met an unstoppable force. As it turned out, blood would have to be shed and Xyxer may have to lose somebody he valued, but it was needed. The armour of the Abysswalker suddenly fit the body of Xyxer, whom stared at his adversary. He spoke once more, giving the man a chance, "I'll give you one last time to step down. If you fail to do so, I will show you as much mercy as I shown the criminals of Kirigakure." Of course though, even he himself could not predict how Kenchi would react to that so he simply held his hands out in front of him, his eyes hidden by the veil of darkness that was cast by his armour. The risk of death here for the two of them was great.

Kenchi had not noticed it, but the shuriken had managed to pierce through his skin at his waist, while he was pushing himself away. He was bleeding slowly, but the cut was not too deep. He would not need to be rushed to receive medical attention. Kenchi watched in awe, as the armour the man was so renown for wearing. At this moment Kenchi was faced with a very tough decision. SHould he step down or let the man have his way and potentially endanger lives. Either one had dangerous consequences. He knows that the man is of a higher rank than him and he is take orders from him under all circumstances, but what he was doing was wrong still. Citizens were fleeing at the moment and the man seemed to be focused on him hopefully it would stay like this. Opposing Xyxer, would mean that he would have to posibly fight one of his only living friends from Kiri. Kenchi stands onto his feet and stares at Xyxer. He lifts the chair from his side and throws it towards the cafe shop, the chair breaks into several small pieces. "Dammit, Xyxer. Get a hold of yourself." Kenchi says standing away from the man. His hands are at his side as he speaks. He shows no signs of attempting to attack the man, his friend..

No immediate move was now made to stop Xyxer, so he decided to test the waters. There was still a child sitting down that was too confused to know what was going on, and just sat there looking dumbfounded by the events that were occurring. It was now, that the true product of the bloody mist was about to be produced.. with a single flicker of his hand, Xyxer revealed an unfolded fuuma shuriken, holding it out in his extended arm just so Kenchi knew exactly what Xyxer was about to do. Dropping the fuuma shuriken, he'd allow it to travel a foot below before his hand suddenly snatched it from the air and tossed it directly at the hipline of the young boy, moving at a rather terrifying speed that would cut the young boy in half if it was to hit. If Kenchi was to even move a muscle in order to try and stop the path of the shuriken, Xyxer would unleash a torrent of lightning blades from his unmoved hand's fingertips would follow Kenchi, most likely cleaving him into something representing spaghetti bologna.

Kenchi stares towards Xyxer sadly. He then stares towards the boy as he begins to draw his weapon. His fingers twitch slightly as if telling him move and do something, but Kenchi simply could not. This was the nature of a true member of Kirigakure. Kenchi closes his eyes and drops to his knees as he hears the sound of the fuuma shuriken rip through the young child killing him instantly. It was a good thing that the boy had not suffered a single, bit. Then again once more as what happened in Kirigakure, Kenchi was unable to do anything to stop another life from being taken. At least, for what it's worth, he had followed orders...

It did not take too long for Xyxer to notice that Kenchi was not actually going to stop the kill from occurring.. and that worried him. The product of Kirigakure fleeted back into it's catacombs and left the new Xyxer to deal with the mess. A spray of blood alerted Xyxer to the area of which the kill had happened and he instantly darted there, putting his hand on the young boy and channeling his chakra into him, the skin appeared to reattach to the boy's lower body, draggin the entrails back inside of his body neatly before the body stitched up with only a dark scar rimming along his waist to hint at what had happened, unless of course you saw the bloody fucking mess that had resulted. The boy was dead.. but not for long. Xyxer begun altering the body of the boy as to forcefully restart the heart, forcing the boy to stop taking a nap in the afterlife and come back to reality. Xyxer simply looked down into the boys eyes as he looked back at him and once again Xyxer was at a crossroad.. he was supposed to be a beast. He was not supposed to feel anything when he had executed a kill.. but now he had felt compassion for both the monster and the child.. perhaps one did not need to be a tyrant in order to be strong.. maybe that was just a delusion. The thing that dug the deepest for Xyxer was that he knew he would be unable to ever change fully.. the beast of Kirigakuer would forever lurk at the back of his mind, scratching for it's time to be unleashed.. perhaps the only way for that to ever end was to die.. so, Xyxer stood back up and pat the boy on the head a little bit before he walked back over to his seat, sitting down and lifting the table back up so that it was back to where it was before; rubbing his hands a little as his armour disappeared, "So, what's taking this waiter so long?"

Kenchi slams his fist into the ground a few times, breaking it in that area forming fist sized holes. Suddenly he could here the sound of sprinting foot steps. The swordsman spirit technique fades away off of his body, the effects disappearing. Kenchi's stares up towards the deceased child and watches as Xyxer fondles with the body. He does not know what the man is doing and he also doesn't want to see anymore. Kenchi stands onto his feet and begins to turn away when he hears the sound of approaching person. It is a woman, she is barefooted dressed in the clothing of that of the lower class. She runs towards the direction where Xyxer stands fondling with the body still Kenchi assumes the woman to be the child's mother. She runs past him and Kenchi attempts to stop her, but she tears past him. "Don't." Kenchi mutters, his voice containing no life. He turns around and to his amazement, the once deceased boy is now being held in the arms of his mother, clinging tightly the child asks her where she was and the two walk off, though the woman turns around to thank Xyxer for whatever reason. Kenchi stares at his comrade, as he asks him what was taking the waiter so long. Kenchi was confused, but he was more than relieved that the child was with his mother. "I-I don't know." kenchi says his voice shaky.

A warm feeling had washed over Xyxer when the woman had thanked him.. a feeling he had never felt before. He had never been shown any true gratitude.. at least he had never registered it as such. Feeling rather pleasant, it'd appear as if he had forgot the past events as he continues to wait for the shark, yawning a little as he spoke up once more, "Are the chefs even fucking here? They're cooking at the pace of snails."

The chefs, were all hiding behind the counter, after seeing that the situation was beginning to calm down they all begin to hesitantly return to their duties. They would begin to fix their meal and soon two chefs exit the cafe. "Here they are.." Kenchi says as the chefs begin to walk towards them. Kenchi moves a stable chair towards where his seat was originally. Part of him want to ask the man, what was wrong with him. Did he have a mental disorder? Though he refrained himself from doing so as he sat down. Some things were not meant to be talked about. A chef handed Vergil a plate of freshly fried penguin. The meal was decorated beautifully. Xyxer's meal was on its way aswell.
