Demetri Kori the very first Yukigakure Village leader who had recently finished studying the blood of a yuki clan member, whose name was Rakka Yuki a jounin of this village, walked into the hospital with the small bowl of blood and entering the Surgery room. Once in there he would walk up to the Doctor and hand him the bowl and the Syringe telling him "Put this blood in me." and laying down on the table, which was white and cold but pleasing to the heat of his body which surprised him as he was usually chilled. The doctor would begin to fill the syringe, dipping it in the bowl of blood and drawing the blood up almost full then disposing of the bowl with the rest of the blood in the trash which would be taken to an incinerator later on, then put the needle in his vein and inject the blood, done by pushing down on the plunger while the needle was in his vein, a quick and painless process really. Once this was done Demetri would sit up on the table and smile. You see he had plans for the blood in his system ones that will not be talked about in detail at this moment. Standing up he would would look at the doctor and say "Thank you for your work im done." and head back out the door towards his never ending pile of paper work. He dreaded the return as it meant Boredom he had not been the leader of this village long but already found the work loathe some. Even though he strived for peace that was not how he had gotten his name "Kori" one does not get that name by being a bleeding heart. He had got the name from all the people he had killed while in the battle simulator, a life or death war game ran by the village until recently, but at the same time He had seen, and shed to much, blood to want to fight anymore so he stuck to Diplomacy no matter how much it wasn't who he was. The young leader had made it to the office building and looked at the places around it, they needed repairs badly, he would have to put up a mission for this. His village needed food or it would die lets face it what could be grown in a frozen wasteland like this? Right now nothing but he still had hopes of fixing the streets and some other places up with fuin seals that would heat the ground so some food could grow. He walked back into the building and sighed as he sat down at the desk and opened a folder and looked at his ninja. Not many but soon he would have more children reached the age to join the academy every day. The population was not that high right now but if everything worked out like he thought it would it would be big in no time at all.

Blood and KKG can be transfered with a vial or syringe filled with blood. These are separate from the "transplant rules", and unless transfered with a special jutsu, requires 500 words to successfully transfer. Possession of a KKG or bloodline allows the jutsu unique to that bloodline to be unlockable, but still require JP cost and other requirements to be fulfilled. A maximum of four new bloodlines can be transfered to a single character before their genetic disposition is overwhelmed and their individual chakra network cannot conform to any addition unique abilities.
