A one Reginald FUCKINGAMAZING Merrywether makes his way down a street, the exams contestant having had his fill of the noodle shop. He notices some odd glances from a few people everynow and then unknowing of why. Maybe it was the conversation he was having with Quackles and Reggie? Nah....They were so amazing that it couldn't possibly be that.

The Doctor then bursts out in maddening laughter, said laughter transforming into a string of extremely offensive bits about female doctors and Kids who want to be hokage. Leaping atop a nearby table, Reginald looks at a few confused people, his right foot beginning to tap against the top of the table.


" UHACHI PEOPLE! ER...IS UHACHI? UHICAH...FUCK WHATEVER YOUR NAMES ARE! IM GOING TO BREAK IT DOWN REGGIE STYLE! " 

The doctor leaps down from the table, grinning as he looks at the confused villagers.

The doctor clears his throat before speaking again

Samuru at this time is wandering throughout the Uchiha district, the boy smirking as he plans a few things for the inhabitants, the petty mortals that he does not care refer to as clansmen. The boy currently is upon the building tops, now where as most people travel silently when going building to building, Samuru's goal is to piss off those that live there. Running stomp jumps are made as he jumps from building to building, landing with a massive thud and impact dent showing where he landed due to his physical strength; the inside of the houses shaking filling the boy with glee to hear smashing within the houses of valuables inside.

The boy whilst jumping however hears yelling from another section of the district, mixed up versions of the word Uchiha heard, could there be a downs syndrome Uchiha living in the district? Curious on this, and if he could purge this shit stain from the clan heads towards the noise. The boy reaches the source of the noise, standing on a building top across from the man known as Reginald, Samuru in time however for his last question. The boys right brow is raised, "of coarse a tree makes a sound you dumb ass!" Samuru kicks off the room only to land upon the ground ten meters away from Reginald's position. Samuru now however recognizes the man from the Chuunin exams, word has been increasing about him, he enters a fight, yells at someone, and wins by his opponent forfeiting, is he magic?

Samuru looks upon him with his eyes already in their silver state, his expression somewhat puzzled one would say as he tries to figure out this man he sees before him with no digression. Samuru's head tilts slightly to his right as he blinks, pondering the rumors and what he has even seen with his own eyes. "Are you magic?" The boy says bluntly to the man, Viper within the boys mind however is pondering this but when his son blurts it out his face palms right his right hand. 'Son, he is not magic. This can all be explained in someway, maybe they had to go or something came up?' 'For all of them? I would say for one, but this is multiple people, you cannot out think this one, he is magic and I wanna know how he does it!' The voice in the boys head sighs, he cannot get through to him so he will just let him do what he wants, it might be entertaining.

" MAGIC?! WHAT THE FUCK IS MAGIC!?! "

Reginald looks at this new arrival before realizing what he is.


" HOLY FUCKS! WE HAVE AN UCHIBLA! Are you finally ready to stop being a pawn? I MEAN, FOR SUCH AN EXALTED CLAN...YOU GUYS ARE SUBMISSIVE AS HELL. "

During this sudden pause in dialect to converse with himself, Reginald stops dead, his breathing even having ceased. This goes on for a few seconds before Reginald snaps to life, drawing his Ninjato in a rather clumsy and pitiful manner. Once he unsheathes it, Reginald impales himself, running the blade into his gut whilst avoiding one of his backup brains.

The Madman then twists it, frantically turning his attention back toward the boy.

" I NEED AN ADULT! I NEED AN ADULT! "


Turning around briskly, The doctor leaps onto the table...only to fall off in a goofy manner and land right upon his backside. He shouts the following into the air, being clear and concise.


" UCHIHA PEOPLE! LISTEN TO MEEEEE! IT'S NOT ABOUT PEACE! "

Reginald clambers onto the table, still not terribly worse for wear despite having a sword in his gut.


" IT'S ABOUT FORGING YOUR OWN DESTINIES! IT'S - "

The doctor takes a wonderful fall from the table, landing upon his side so as to not break the sword or worsen his situation. Getting up, Reginald staggers toward the newly arrived Uchiha, the sword finally being torn from his gut assuming his twisted act of idiocy isn't interrupted.

" WOULD YOU LIVE IN SOMEONE ELSES SHADOW AS A DOG? OR JOIN ME! JOIN ME IN DOING WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT JUST BECAUSE! "

The boy hears his answer, the man yelling it however with surprises him a bit, his form straightening up as he listens further, he really does not want to piss off a sorcerer. He however hears the man call him an Uchibla, he takes that for what he most likely means but his words get under the boys skin, causing his gaze to narrow upon him. "Do not compare me to the rest of the dogs in this clan, a good chunk can burn in hell for all I care." Whilst he responds however he notes how the man seemingly dies, everything growing silent even after he responds...did he just kill him by yelling at him...did his powers get transferred to him....is he now a god?! Sadly the boys dreams of power are shot down as the man springs back to life, his blade pulled forth which puts Samuru on guard, his right foot sliding back two inches bracing his form. The boys eyes widen however when the sword is plunged into the mans own flesh, the twisting and screaming follows, the boy mouthing "what the..." as he watches the display.

The man jumps back up upon the table, Samuru watching this with much confusion, not knowing what is going on but when he turns the sun catches the mans headband and everything is clear, he hails from Funkagakure no Sato, all is now explained. He watches as the man carries on, falling multiple times the boy surprised the man is not dead from his wound, this only backing the fact he must be magic. Samuru looks around however, everyone that did some out going back inside, writing him off as a mad man, and the fact Samuru arrived has caused a few locked doors after his recent terrorizing of the district himself. Samuru loosens his stance, his hands at his waist with his thumbs slipped into the pocket of his pants. "Looks like everyone else is ok with being dogs, just you and me left." The boy listened to his words however, the fact his father owns the village, and this clan in particular, does not make the son of god hearing about a revolution the best thing in the world, but what the hell, he is bored.

"Sounds fun, what do you have in mind?" The boy questions casually, wondering if this man is just insane, or actually has a motive, he can have fun and keep an eye on him, perhaps he could even learn some magic while he is out here and breeze through his next round of the Chuunin exams. The boy waits for a response, curious as to what the man will babble on about next, he has proved himself interesting already, which is why Samuru is staying.

" REVOLUTION! Tell me my son, Why the hell are you here? In this world! DO YOU EVEN HAVE A PURPOSE? ALL I WANT IS FOR A PROUD PEOPLE TO RISE UP AND TAKE WHAT SHOULD BE THEIRS! "

The boy looks at the man, his words bouncing around so much he is not sure what is serious, and what is just the ramblings of a mad man. He hears his final words about killing some of the Uchiha, it is quickly contemplated but alas no matter how bad they treated him, he could not bring himself to kill his fathers shinobi, at least not under such miniscule personal terms. The boy sighs. "I'll join you in cold cocking a good amount, but I'm not going to kill my dads army." The boy says with a shrug, the situation is awkward for the boy, is the magic man serious about killing the villagers? Could he even stop him since he has some form of voodoo mind powers to make people to forfeit exams, what else could it do? Regardless, the boy contemplates all of this, killing him could cause war between the nations, but he needs to keep his fathers army alive, regardless of them being nothing but swine in his eyes, it is only out of the respect for the elder members of his family that he has not blown up the entire district already.

"As for my reason for being here, it's mostly to kick ass and show everyone who the true god of shinobi is~" The boy says with a smirk, his words full or pride and arrogance. The two men are similar in a way one would say, though the man seems to kill freely opposed to Samuru who does have his own views on murder after the events with his grandmother.

Ashie upon finally catching up to her brother would run up from behind, "Hey big bro...ther...Who are you????" She slowly asks, her hands if allowed would rest on the back of her brother's shoulders hiding the rest of her body behind him while peeking her head out to look up at the peculiar man standing in front of her.

Her skin tingles, something isn't right about this man. Something is off...but she could place what it was. Ashie's grip, if her hands land on her brother, would grip tight to let her brother know she is wary. The man would switch between yelling and speaking normally beginning to confuse Ashie, maybe the man is certifiably crazy....

Back in the actual world, Reginald has now performed a half squat whilst raising his hands high and into the air, bringing them together in a clap that goes along with said half squat. He holds this for several moments before once again initiating dialogue with the other two.

The Doctor grins sadistically, uncaring of everything else. The people outside of volcano knew nothing of what it was like to really live. They needed a teacher...a guide...a position Reginald is more than happy to fill. By Quackles, Biggles, steve, and the other voices, The world would burn at the end of this glorious crusade.

He would enjoy every single second of it.

Echo Uchiha, self proclaimed best Shinobi in the world stands nearby his Niece as she walks up behind his Nephew...the little Sister seems to be pretty affectionate, looks like it would get annoying after awhile....well at least to Echo it would, good thing he only had Brothers.

Within him mind however Viper is thanking his brother for stopping his nephew from getting to chummy with the man, he knows full well what kind of people live in volcano, this proving such. Samuru tries to struggle away from his uncles grasp, "But Uncle I wanna learn his magic!" He says bluntly, looking at his uncle annoyed for him trying to stop him.
