Today was the day... Kenzo's first day of school. Those long thin legs had carried the noble male not towards the academy, but to an alternate predetermined destination. He had been sporting his usual attire, a black, high-collared, shortsleeve shirt, in combination with long, black sweatpants and a two black sandals, typically worn by shinobi. Sitting in silence and listening to a teacher lecture for hours were not two of Kenzo's fondest hobbies; he did ,however, enjoy training which is why he was here now, standing among the trees of the training grounds.
Kenzo continued stepping forward agianst the hard ground until he was located in the center of the shithole for a train ground. He turned his head left, then right, scanning the area for any sort of equipment. There was no equipment unless one claimed that the surrounding trees were equipment. In that case, this place was filled with the useful and necessary tools every shinobi needs to get stronger, but still only the basics. "Equipment" that had been used more often could be easily identified due to the large chunks of dark bark that were missing on the tree trunks exterior, and the absent of a treetop, leaving only a stump. This revealed a lighter shade of shit beneath the surface of the "equipment". With a sigh, Kenzo approached one of those trees, and rubbed one of his long fingers agianst the hard, rough, bark. This bark probably could make a fine blade. This was only a thought as Kenzo curled is fist into a ball, and fired that hand forward with all the force he could muster, resulting in nothing more than an embarassing pain in his knuckles! Luckily, no one was here to see him retract his hand, and hunch his back as he clutched his fist in his opposite hand. Okay... maybe he wasn't ready for that particular kind of training yet. What else was there to do?
Oh yea! He could practice jutsu, but that required him to actually know techniques... right? Kenzo knew a number of techniques ranging from the substitution technique to the fireball jutsu thanks to his skillful mother. Kenzo decided to work on a simple technique to start. He recalled this particular technique being the "key" to survival in the outside world. His mother had told him that this was one of the few techniques he would have to learn if he ever wanted to become one of Konoha's finest, and that if he didn't learn such a techniwque then he would be no greater a man than his father was. The memory of her words had hit home, and immediately forced Kenzo to action. His hands clapped together, summoning chakra throughout his body as his feet shifted in the dirt, spreading a small measurement past shoulder length apart as he bent his knees to focus. His eyes closed, and his breathing slowed as he focused. It was then that his chakra flared, revealing his presence to any sensors in the area. The air around Kenzo's body grew dense as that celestial energy pored through his tenketsu, causing his plain clothing and those long, unkempt, black threads attached to his head that he called "hair" to ripple and whip in the air! If it wasn't already obvious that a Uchiha's chakra was potent, Kenzo would make it known! Now, he needed somewhere to reappear. His eyes opened for a moment, scanning the battlefield of tommorow for a place to reappear, and once he found it, he shut his eyes again to focus on that particular spot. His hands shifted their position, forming the RAM handseal, and, almost in unison with the creation of the seal... he vanished in a plume of smoke only to reappear standing atop a tree stump a few meters away. It was a success! The substitution jutsu was complete. That was much easier than he expected, but the task was complete. Kenzo rested atop the battered tree stump, catching his breth for a moment. There was no way his training would end here. It had only begun!
Upon catching his breath, Kenzo hopped down from the tree stump, landing with a thud. He hadn't even broke a sweat yet, thankfully. It would have been quite dissapointting to see that he couldn't even perform the most basic of all jutsu. Now he needed to prepare his body for more rigors workouts, and what better way to do so than through physical training? Kenzo ran towards one of those tall brown trees, wasting no time as he hopped forward to wrap his arm around he tree stump. Climbing engaged the upper body as well as the lower body, providing an excellent means of training. His long fingers dug into the bark, finding a grip whereever than could as he stradled the tree trunk. Up he went. His right hand extended skyward before gripping the tree agian, and his left leg did the same. His left arm extended skyward before gripping the tree again, and his right leg did the same. This time, however, the sole of his right foot had found a bit of footing in an indentation in the trees bark. This made things so much easier. He pushed himself up, and this cycle continued as the sun made attempts to beat his body down. In Kenzo's favor winter was near, and cool, refreshing breezes of air cooled his flesh as he climbed.

Humidity was scarce, allowing Kenzo's sweat to effectively cool his body as he finally climbed. He paused as the muscles in his limbs had been burning for quite sometime now.
Looks like this is as far as I'll go...
Kenzo thought to himself as his body began to tremble. How sad it was that the male would not reach the top, and he knew this. He knew this all to well, even as he reach for the heavens in an attempt to gain some kind of new power. Sadly, he didn't. It seems that the celestial beings hidden either in the heavens or some invisible, intangible alternate realm had cursed their child with weakness. Suddenly, Kenzo had lost his grip, and his body was sent plummeting through the air. Still, he reached desperately for that tree branch that was still a ways away.
Damn it... Damn it all!
Kenzo roared in the depths of his mind as his hand curled into a fist. He continued to fall hopelessly. Though the distance wasn't actually as great as he had believed, to him, the fall lasted an eternity; the wind lashing out against his back; his limbs flailing over his body uncontrollably from the wind resistance, yet he kept his fingers curled into a fist, holding nothing 'cept the potential all Uchiha had. It was then that he butt collided forcefully with the ground, and he gritted his teeth in pain, rolling onto his stomach to rub tush and back. His arms felt weak, even rubbing rear was a workout now. Kenzo pressed off the ground to rise to a stand, shaking as he stumbled before bracing himself upon the tree trunk with his forearm. Now, he was warmed up...

Now that he was all warmed up, Kenzo was ready. Those thin legs struggled to carry Kenzo's body forward, but ,even as they struggled, he continued to walk, closing the distance between himself and that familiar tree stump that was missing a large chunk of dark bark from the tree trunks exterior. Where had the tree stump acquired it's injuries? Likely those wounds came from another shinobi, someone higher than academy student rank, but if he or she could do it, Kenzo could do it too. After all, a little hard work never hurt anyone... right? Whether it did, or didn't Kenzo didn't care. All he cared about was getting stronger, and the only way to do that would be to implant his own infliction upon the wooden. He stopped walking mere inches away from the tree stump, his right hand still curled into a fist as he walked. He ceased his walking when he was standing only a foot or two, arm distance, away from the tree stump.Kenzo's Narrator wrote:With a sigh, Kenzo approached one of those trees, and rubbed one of his long fingers against the hard, rough, bark. This bark probably could make a fine blade. What else was there to do?
That curled fist was raised to press his knuckles against the rough bark. this time, he wasn't going to back down. Kenzo cocked his right arm back after getting a feel for the wood, forcing his tired arms to continue moving. Now that he was warmed-up, he couldn't stop now! His fist was brought forth with all the strength he could muster, just as it had been before. When his soft skin met the rough wood there was a powerful clash between the two materials. Kenzo's flesh had lost this battle, causing his knuckles to redden painfully. The brown victor had not even move an inch, nor had Kenzo's punch left a mark. This only fueled the youthful, belligerent Uchiha's rage! At that point Kenzo swore that by the end of the day he would have left his mark! Suddenly his right arm had dropped to his side, and his left arm was cocked back before smashing against the hard, rough brown. Again, there were no results that Kenzo favored. The pain in his knuckles was the only thing he seemed to be getting out of this. His arms had long ago developed a pain that one would never deem pleasant, at least not one who held on tightly to their "womanly" persona, but Kenzo was definitely a male! One who strove to me a male, and he loved that uncomfortable feeling in his arms because it made him feel like a man. He continued assaulting the tree with all the force he could muster, one brutal blow after another. He was doing no more than hurting himself, eroding away at more of the flesh that protected his knuckles with every punch that collided with the bark.
Give up already!
Kenzo commanded as he abused the poor wood. Kenzo continued this even as blood began to leave his knuckles. He stepped forward, forcing his right fist forward towards a section that appeared to be giving away. This was it, the final punch! The bloody fist collided forcefully with the wood, staining the wood with his blood.
"Gah!"
The pain forced Kenzo to speak, or, to be more specific, the pain force Kenzo to cry out in pain. He shut his eyes for a moment, retracting his bloody fist and clutching the air rather tightly. He groaned in pain and anger opening his eyes, to see a small wooden shard on the ground. Success! Finally, Kenzo had done some damage. He was satisfied for the moment. Kenzo knelt pick up the shard, thrusting the wooden piece towards the heavens. He then tossed it away, and began to walk away. An air of complacence engulfed the boy as he walked out of the training zone. His body ached, so he knew that today's training session was over. The sun had not even begun to set yet. What would he do for the remaining hours of the day? Perhaps visiting the academy would prove to be an interesting thing to do today besides train? Gah! If he did that then he might get caught, and be force to attend class. How boring that would be, but what is better; sitting in a classroom all day doing nothing, or sitting outside all day doing nothing. He might even run into one of his clansmen if he tried to wander the village, so going to the academy was a must. Well, right about now the academy students were on break. Sparring practice would begin soon after that! The day had only begun, and Kenzo could already tell, today would be a good one. Kenzo lingered in the shadows, heading towards the academy with hopes of a bit of... one on one training.

Kenzo was never one to linger in an air of complacence for too long; the small muscles in those long, covered legs flexed after he toke his first step, pausing in place as though they had been constricted by some unworldly force. That force was Kenzo's unbreakable will. That temporary complacency had dissipated almost faster that it had taken over Kenzo's body, for with his newfound power he needed a subject to test it on. That first step was only the beginning of the rigorous workout that would soon come. Kenzo knew this because he could hear light footsteps; patting softly against the hard ground, crunching and crushing the brittle, green grass beneath their meager weight, and temptingly crying out towards Kenzo's burning sole. These footsteps were not obviously not his own, for his shadow didn't not relay any movements from the male. A look of difference remained upon his face as he turned to face the direction where the sound was emanating from as he wondered who, or what it could be. Hopefully a new challenger had arrived!

Ayumi ran out of her house and took a deep breath of the fresh air. She starts to make her way towards the training grounds. Her slightly built body, which was slender enough that no muscles are visible - not that she was flabby, just thin - easily squeezed through the crowd, having little difficulties while doing it. After passing the crowd, she continued to make her way towards the training grounds only to swerve towards the academy after a few minutes. Personally, she doesn't even know why she was even heading towards the academy. It's not like she has any business to do there. She was just... let's say "pulled" towards it. In her head, a thousand questions popped out; Wait... why am I going there? Am I even supposed to go there? Did mom or dad said anything about me having to go there?
The fourteen year old quickly made her way there, looking at the building of the academy. The good old academy... she thought to herself. It has been a while since I've been here. Ayumi started walking towards it and stopped suddenly as she sensed that someone was in front of her.. or well at least standing a few feet away from her. She turned to look at whoever was standing there; apparently a boy and from the looks of it, an academy student.

The "boy" stood just outside the academy, and his challenger had just arrived. It was a female with a number of qualities that made Kenzo's mind wander: she was young, leading Kenzo to believe that she was one of the many students of the academy; fit, leading Kenzo to believe that she was an active girl with hidden skills and/or potential; and alone, leading Kenzo to believe that she was a being so revoltingly ugly that her hideous gaze could turn men to stone. Any who followed her were likely turned to stone, rendering their legs useless, and their bodies unable to follow any longer. She probably even had a home full statues of men that were once living, or a gallery where she put the men up on display for all the citizens of Konohagakure to see as artwork. Even still, Kenzo was not weak like those other men, despite his younger age; he would not allow himself to be weak, or show any weakness. But he knew his limits -which were very restricting for a male of his age with his insignificant amount of fame and lack of power. Thus, he would prove himself a worthy male by defeating this monster of a woman now!
It was then that she turned to face him. The calm winds protected Kenzo from her disgraceful glance by forcing the long, black, unkept threads attached to his head from the left to the right, spreading each lengthy thread in a manner in which they covered his face completely. Kenzo allowed this; his hand did not rise to part the hair for the sake of his vision. He simply allowed his hair to rest in front of his obscured countenance. He said not a word, for he had found himself inclined to silence that moment he saw her face, as if he wasn't quiet even already. His breath had been taken away with the wind as he gazed upon the goddess! No could it be? Someone tell him it was not, but it was: love at first sight! His body longed to draw nearer to her, even at his young age. He could not resist the urge, so he stepped forth towards the woman until he stood 4, maybe 5, feet away from her. Behind the shroud of hair, Kenzo's eyes were spread wide in hopes that his childish fantasies would come true, but all those thoughts; thoughts of love, passion, companionship, and true love's kiss, faded away. He supressed that fondness with the greatest ease, taking in a breath of air as the winds grew calm. Without the push of the wind, his black hair fell back into place, if it could be said that the black strands had a place, for each thread was randomly placed atop his head; some were mangled in with others, yet they appeared to be styled in a fashion filled with hard turns and angles. Those that had seen the boy could even say that he resembled an ancestor of the mighty Uchiha, Madara.
Kenzo's eyes were also revealed. He appeared to be disinterested in any, and every, thing around him, except the girl whom his eyes were focused upon. His eyelids hung low, only revealing half of his dark, onyx irides. He lifted his arms, curling his hands into fists as he stood before the girl with his small size. He stood like a pro boxer, flexing his biceps to let her know he was ready to fight. This was his challenge to her; now he could only wonder one thing:
"Will she accept?"

Ayumi continued looking at the little boy as if she was waiting for something to happen. She cocked her head to the left, studying his face, which was mostly covered by his hair. He looks... emoish with his hair like that... she thought as she pushed a strand of her long, black, hair that flew to cover her face or well to be precise, her cheeks. The boys walked towards her until he was standing a good four or five feet away, still looking at Ayumi, when the wind stopped blowing and let his hair fell back in place. The boy then lifted his arms, balling hist hands into a fist, and was standing in a fighting stance.
Ayumi lifted her right eyebrow, lifting her her right hand and rest it at the side of her waist. "Are you... serious?" she cooed and walked away, heading towards the entrance of the academy. She knew that it was rude, but if the boy was really challenging her, he could end up being seriously hurt if she doesn't hold herself back.

There was NO other option here. Rejection didn't sit well with Kenzo, especially when it came to battle. She probably thought he was an annoying little brat, but why the f*@k would he even care what she thought? Perhaps that first statement was wrong? There was indeed one other option: to fight, or to allow the "little boy" to pelt her with stones. The stoning would only lead to other forms of torture, but, maybe, if she was a true pacifist, she would allow Kenzo to continue his assault. Continue? He hadn't even started had he? Not yet... Kenzo hunched over, and lifted a single pebble from the ground with his right hand. That pebble was then launched with pinpoint accuracy towards the back of her head... maybe it was luck? Even if it was, she couldn't continue to reject his challenge if he forced her hand... could she? Why would Kenzo do this to the girl? Not even he understood the streotype; boys his age teased girls they liked all the time, but there would be something unique about this time whether the female fought back, or not. As he waited for her reply, his hands slowly formed a handseal. Now, that burning sensation that engulfed his body from the inside out would be set free! It was only a matter of time and place! He would be satisfied!

Although, her head was turned and her eyes were trained towards the building of the academy, she could somehow sense that the boy was still there, looking at her. She shook her head slightly and was nearly at the entrance of the academy when she sensed that something was heading towards her. She ducked or well crouched really as a pebble went pass her head and landed on the ground two or so feet away from her. She stood up and turned around, looking at the boy square in the eye, crossing her arms across her chest. "Spill it. What do you want?" she asked him, waiting for the boy to reply...
