That went well....(P, NK)
Wed Dec 11, 2013 12:10 pm
Shinji was currently sitting in the waiting room of the hospital of Tengakure. Why one may ask, well, that is a good question. He was there for an eye exam. He was by no mean worried about his sharingan, it was perfectly fine. Rather he worried about the Byakugan Xyxer gave him. This was due to the fact that the eye had been in the possession of Xyxer and Shinji was not too sure what the slightly deranged wanderer may have done to the eye, hell, the guy might even have an eye fetish in which he, well, never mind. All the same Shinji sat in the deserted waiting room. He sat to the right of the door such that if someone came in they would have to look to their right to see him. Otherwise it would be very easy for any new patients to miss that the second Tenkage was even in the room. To take up the time Shinji had brought his pet dragon with him who currently slept on Shinji's lap. Luna, the dragon, had not yet grown too large, so it was not uncomfortable in the least. The last thing Shinji wanted was to be disturbed by a bunch of bumbling fools, but perhaps it was not his lucky day, only time would truly tell.

If there was any resemblance of some sort of peace and quiet in the hospital it was soon shattered. The cause of this was the arrival of Takeo. Bursting through the hospital doors in a blur of motion he yelled frantically to whoever was in the room about how he needed a medic. Draped limply over each of his shoulders were two figures. One of which was noticeably...less armed than the other. Blood covered most of his clothes, a result of the bleeding from the limbless girl. Takeo's face was quite pale, perhaps as the shock of what had recently occurred was taking effect. The less wounded of the two over his shoulders was quickly discarded, tossed to the floor by Takeo so he could focus on the Xyxer Jr. Moving swiftly towards the receptionist desk he repeated his demand for a medical nin. The request was swiftly relayed, and soon a team had taken Youta off to be saved or something. One had also taken the time to quickly heal Haru's wounds in his ribs. By that time the effects of Redan had ended, and pain shot through Takeo's body. An unfortunate side effect of using the jutsu, but he could bare with it for now. Collapsing into one of the seats of the waiting room, he let his head rest against the wall and he let out a tired sigh. Today he been rather...tiresome.

...Someone else took the hit for her. The sword was swung down on the girl, but before it hit her, another silhouette suddenly fly by. The person threw themselves in front of the blade to stop it before it got the girl. Not yet certain of what was happening the girl heard a familiar voice scream. Then a moment later, firm hands caught the kid and carried her away from the scene...

On the quick run there, he had refrained from berating Takeo at all, mostly because he was focusing on not bleeding all over his new robes. He wasn’t afraid of dying, his wounds were relatively minor, and the medical ninja were pretty good. As the stunning effect wore off from takeo’s annoying chakra blades, he had reached over and tried to stop the bleeding from Youta, although it was relatively ineffective. Thankfully, Takeo was quick on his feet, if a little low on situational awareness. As Takeo burst through the doors of the hospital, Haru felt full control come back to him, though he felt weak from blood loss. If it had been just him there, he would have taken a cheap shot for revenge, but the boy was currently dealing with Youta. So when he felt the support go out from under him, Haru would land on his feet with catlike reflexes, holding his wounded ribs and waiting for the medical ninja that soon arrived. A quick few seconds of a mystical palm technique would leave Haru good as new. While he waited for this to happen, he would glance around with his Byakugan, taking note of Shinji’s presence, but not really paying much attention. He watched Youta carried off for operation, as he felt his strength returning to him. Oh, how he wanted to go bash Takeo’s head in for being so stupid. But no, picking a fight so soon after an injury like this wasn’t a smart idea. Best to wait a bit before doing anything particularly violent.
As he stood back up, he rubbed his stomach, muttering complaints about tears in his robes. As he reached the doors, he would push them open aggressively, pulling the letter from his pocket.
”Are you fucking kidding me? What the hell is wrong with you?” He would immediately shout across the room at the other man, pacing quickly across the room, anger clear on his face. ”You send me to your house, then try to kill me for doing it?” He would ask accusingly, waving the letter for effect, not bothering with pausing for him to continue speaking. ”Youta kicked the door down because she thought you were holding her master hostage in your basement or something, she didn’t believe me when I told her she was dead. None of that would have happened if you had told me you had family at your house!” He would take a deep breath, closing his eyes for a moment. ”And to top it off, in your hormone induced battle rage or whatever you were doing, you didn’t even realize it was me until after you mutilated that girl!” He would say at a more sober level. He wasn’t nearly as mad about taking the blade to the ribs himself as he was about Takeo bringing the girl into it. Neither of them had made a hostile move against any person in that house until Takeo attacked them, and even then, Haru’s intention was to defend, and Youta’s to avoid.

Den arrived into the hospital quickly, apparently someone had lost their limbs in an accident. The 3rd Tenkage moved quickly, his robes and Kage hat hiding his shinobi gear as he moved through the village. It would take him almost no time to reach the hospital. As he entered through the back, a medical nin began to fill him in on the situation, They were trying to stabilize the girl, which was of course difficult because she was bleeding out of four places.
"Let me see her." The girl was young, only 12. Not that much younger then Den's chronological age. The girl would have been taken into an emergency room after being picked up, and as long as nothing else happened that would be where Den would find her. Den would quickly set to work, and would put his hands on the girls stomach, activating his unique Space-Time medical technique in an attempt to stop her bleeding. Activating both aspects of the ability, he would attempt to heal her body, speeding up the process through space time manipulation. Because he did so,the girl would be healed in no time. After the bleeding was stopped, Den would then remove his hands on the girl, and try to figure out what needed to be done next.
(Half-Asleep, hope i didnt screw anything up)

What was there to do, but quirk an eyebrow at the motely group that just came in? Naturally Shinji did just with a look a of mild amusement on his face as he listened to what Haru was saying to the bloodied Takeo. However, Shinji could already see the shape of what this whole argument was over without Haru going too far-especially considering the fact that two wounded people had already entered the hospital. Sighing Shinji stood up and would walk over to the ranting Haru. Shinji would stand exactly two meters behind the enraged Haru. Naturally the Tenkage would move swiftly and silently due to his use of a technique that silenced them. He was not trying to sneak up on Haru rather it was a force of habit as of late.
Shinji would arrive behind the enraged Hyuuga. Perhaps to freak the Hyuuga out or perhaps out of sheer boredom Shinji also had both his sharingan and Byakugan active, because why the hell not? With one crimson eye and one ghostly white eye that contrasted to give their owner an odd otherworldly look, Shinji spoke in the smooth practiced voice of a politician, " What an interesting story, Haru. However, from the way you have told it, well, you are at fault in this instance. You did break into his house. If anything I would be thanking him, hell, he could have killed you-at least from what I have seen here." Pausing for a second Shinji decided to ask for Takeo's side of the story, "Now, Tiko, how did these events occur from your point of view?" Waiting for a reply Shinji noted that he could see a short distance around him with his active Byakugan, which was slightly trippy, but he was getting used to it. In the back of his mind Shinji also found it odd that so many people were in the hospital, but dismissed it as there was no real point in dwelling on it.

With his eyes closed Takeo couldn't help but feel more than slightly annoyed when Haru began a rage filled rant towards him. So for the most part he simply blocked out what the boy was saying to him. Of course he did start paying attention when another person began to speak. Opening his eyes he looked down towards the person that stood behind Haru. Recognising it as one of two Tenkages currently running around Tengakure he immediately realised that he was officially screwed. However from the words the man spoke he felt somewhat at ease. It was true that the fault was Haru's and that chick's. After all, he was simply defending his home from invaders. Leaning forward, he placed his elbows on his thighs and let his chin rest against the back's of his hands while he listened to the man speak. It seemed then that Sanji wanted to know what had happened. So Takeo of course gave the man what he requested and told him how it went down from his point of view. Most of the story was focused on how he was acting on the natural instinct to defend his family from the foolish people that invaded his home. He did gloss over the details about how Xyxer arrived then proceeded to do fuck all, because it wasn't that important honestly.

...The girl would recognize a familiar scent and open her closed from the shock eyes. The one carrying her was her mother. The woman's eyes glowed in faint blue, but there was also a small glimmer to be noticed, as tears ran down her surprisingly calm face. The kid would feel overwhelming happiness and sense of security now that she was in her mother's arms. The feeling however would not last long as the next moment her mother would fall. The girl would not understand what was happening, but it seemed like the woman was doing a dodge roll with the kid in her hands, when she was done she would put her child down. As her small feet touched the wooden deck, Youta would see the scene before her. They appeared to still be on the bridge, before them three pirates and behind them her father. The man was bleeding from a giant wound covering half of his torso, the slash he took for his daughter. Realizing that the man was a goner, the pirates were not even facing him, their looks now focused on the two females. Before her eyes Youta's father would collapse to his knees, his gaze desperately searching for something, only to stop as he spots the girl. The ninja's eyes were already empty with the imminent death, but he upon finding her he would smile, making a grimace of success, then falling face down...
[Case this is confusing, I am continuing the dream/vision of Youta's past that I started in the previous thread.]

Haru would reluctantly listen to Takeo’s version of the story, noting that he was just protecting his family. Haru could buy that, except that Takeo had failed to recognize Haru, which he found quite ridiculous. As Takeo finished his story, he handed Shinji the letter Takeo had sent him. He would tell Shinji his side of the story, being sure to emphasize that Youta probably thought Takeo was holding her hostage or something, and didn’t seem to believe that she was dead. Bashing the doors in was a natural reaction, and Haru didn’t know Takeo had family in the house, since most families would not be ok with keeping a corpse in your basement.

Someone would enter the operating room with the girls limbs shortly after Den had stopped the bleeding, now was time to try and put those back. Using his healing technique, Den would attempt to reattach the flesh, skin, and bones to the girls torso, making sure of course that he put each limb in the right spot.
After a little while the arms and legs would be re-attached, and Den's work would be done. He supposed that later he'd have to deal with whatever had caused this accident, but hopefully that wouldn't have to be until later.
"Send those involved to my office once the girl has recovered." Den would then head to leave the hospital, leaving through the front though. He's see Shinji, Takeo, and Haru on his way out, and would wave to them as he passed by, though he wouldn't stop to chat. They seemed like they were busy doing something, but it was probably not important. And definitely not related to whatever happened to that girl.
After leaving the hospital Den decided he would train for a bit. He'd walk into an alley way and, if no one stopped him, would teleport to Sanctuary. Once there he would practice some techniques, such as Hiding like a Mole, and the one wind release technique he had learned a while back.
As he practiced within his dimension, he felt that he wished he hadn't forsaken his learning of pure Ninjutsu. Even though Space Time manipulation and the medical arts had proven to be valuable schools of learning for him, now that he was Tenkage he'd need to have more combat related abilities. And while he could use both Space Time and Medical Ninjutsu for fighting, it was difficult to make purely offensive techniques using them. He'd have to put more effort into relearning the art of Ninjutsu, for the good of the village.
