Ai, so Hanten was tired. He had just gotten back from a mission, and was not so eager to do another, so he took a refreshing shower before opening the packet that had somehow appeared on his front doorstep while he had been away. Eh, eh, that was really annoying. The village must know that he was just a little boy with NO talent whatsoever, so why did they keep going after him? He deserved a break, after all. Well, those were the consequences of being a genin in a village where massively powerful ninja roamed the streets like ants.
As he got out of the shower and dressed in his standard uniform, he sat down with the folder, smiling as he opened it. Oh well, it wasn't his fault that he was being overworked like a horse. At this point, he was just curious to see what had been assigned to him this time. He opened the folder, and took out the packet of papers that was inside. Oh, this was another thief capture mission, but it seemed slightly more important than the last one. This was apparently not just any old normal thief, but an art thief. Well, whatever his motives were, the village apparently had all his information already. Well, that made his job much, much easier. They even had his address! Why they hadn't sent a more capable person to capture him was beyond Hanten's wild imagination. Oh well, he supposed that asshole jounin had better things to do with their time then capture criminals.
Now, it was time to head out. He headed toward the east part of town (why were all the bad guys over there? They should seriously spread out if they wanted to succeed). He walked into an apartment, and climbed up a flight of stairs to the third floor.
"Wow, this place stinks! Wonder why people would want to leave... oh, right, they're dirt poor!" He said, completely ignoring that fact that these poor people could here him.
"Well then, it's the third room on the right!" He sliced away the bolt, and kicked the door open. "Hello!~" There, in the middle of the room, was a guy with his hand in his pants, groaning. Errhhh.... was he turned on by art? There were about 20 paintings strewn about the room. "Uh, that's just weird! Get ur- oh, never mind." He slammed the hilt of bakuzan against the man's skull, knocking him out effectively.
Hanten dragged the somewhat heavy man out of the building, and into custody. "That... was definitely the weirdest mission I've done yet! Well then, time to get back home!"
After leaving the man with the appropriate authorities, he just returned the paintings and went home, still smiling. Well, the mission had been quite a lot of work and effort, and he hoped that the rewards he would reap from it were well worth it. This would probably just be his last mission for the day, as he was pretty exhausted himself.
