Aqua would notice that Takeo had taken attention to him in the games and had noticed him. Now it was time for Takeo to give him his response. Of course he would try to respond to him whenever he could, and if Takeo had failed to stop talking anywhere in that assessment of Aqua he would say the following to the Tenkage. His tone of voice wouldn't change nor would the volume of the words. Aqua of course was nervous about what was going to happen, but he didn't have a choice to show that to his Master.

Takeo wrote:

He said as the first thing that came out of the young kages mouth. It was interesting that he thought of that as the first thing that he said. Perhaps Aqua thought that he would have to defend himself by saving he was just over-confident, something that Anbu should be when dealing with threats. If he was given the chance however Aqua would just simply say to him.

"I still respect the power of my opponent." In a rushed sense, seeing as though Takeo was bound to continue. I rest of it would just be so fast that Aqua would just have to wait for him to pause.

"I would say that I have a lot to learn." Aqua would begin to say when he was given the chance to during his pause after he said 'effective'. "I would think you would want to train me so that I could become better." He would say. Hopefully this would stop him to make him think. If not then the discussion would continue.

Once the black diamond would appear on his cheek Aqua would be very nervous about what was happening. Was he trying to seal him with something or was he trying to kill him. Aqua was taken back a bit. He would step back and put his hands into a ram hand seal. This would only be as a response to the changes in Takeos appearance as it was a call for fighting.

If and when Takeo decided to run he would try to body flicker himself right next to Isha in an attempt to escape the attack.

Takeo heard the responses Aqua gave, though that didn't stop him from speaking. He had expected answers like that and would have been disappointed if he hadn't received them. Once Redan activated Aqua appeared on edge, moving back and moving his hands to form a hand seal. The boy was observant, even if he didn't understand what Redan was it was obvious he recognised it as something to be wary of. It wasn't hard to guess what jutsu the boy was about to perform, but Takeo moved forward anyway. As was to be expected he Body Flickered off to the side, next to Isha to be exact. Having known that would happen Takeo had not accelerated to his top speed, allowing him to skid to a halt before hitting the desk with relative ease. As he did he spun, turning to face Aqua and flinging the blade of Bararaq Sei towards him. The blade shot forward at a speed of 157, aiming towards the head of Aqua. Takeo of course only did this because the boy was wearing a helmet. The last second he would pull on the wire slightly, slowing it down enough so that the blade would only smack agasinst the helmet with a loud clang. A sharp tug on the wire would bring the blade back to his grasp, the lightning around the blade disappearing entirely. The black diamond also disappeared, something Takeo regretted almost immediately. The pain after ending Redan was truly a terrible thing, but it was the price to pay for the strength it gave him. Takeo closed his eyes, turning and leaning back against the desk. "Come by tomorrow, someone will escort you to the ANBU training facility. Train with them, eat with them, become one of them. Come back when you've performed a minimum of two S-Rank missions. Based on your performance you'll either become an ANBU or you won't." His face contorted with pain for a moment and he turned his gaze to the ceiling. "Now...is there anything else?"

Isha was surrounded by the speed demons, his own reflexes were not enough of comprehend such movements clearly. However, Isha took the moment to take cover, as this was the only tbing he felt he could, and should do. These shinobi were on a whole other level, Isha, witnessing the blade which Takeo held with electric finesse, he moves. As the Tenkage appeared to slow his sliding body, Isha drops down to the ground, moving out of the line of fire. He knows full well of Aqua's new location. He scoffs shortly before responding. "Don't come over here, you ass!?! Your the one he wants...", his hands were placed on top of his white long hair. Mini mi was fast, as so was Aqua. Someone was bound to get injured from this ordeal.

"No there is nothing else sir. Thank you, I will take my leave." The small chink on his helmet left him with a slight headache and no damage to the armor, if Aqua was allowed he would go to the training towers for the bit to work on something that he feels would help him out immensely. If not then he would follow the course of events that would be done. As he left he would bow out of respect to the Tenkage, showing him the power that one can have, and proving to Aqua that he still has a long ways to go before he can truly become and anbu. However he would also bow to isha as per respect to his position. If not stopped he would make his way to the training tower.

With all of that said and done, it was time for Takeo to go rest. His body was still throbbing, and his spirits had fallen because of the failure with the technique creating. "Finish up the paper work and you can leave early." He told Isha, raising a hand to the man as a way to say goodbye before leaving the office. Once in his own home he would stay up for several more hours, repeatedly trying to perform the technique to mixed success.

Isha, sensing the fight to be over, rose from the ground, now standing up on his two feet. He looks around and to make sure to was safe, even though most of the few actions were too fast for him to see. He didn't even notice Takeo passing him at first, nevertheless, Isha was safe, and that was the main thing. Wuwu said his goodbyes and such, he even nodded towards Isha, which was a surprise. Isha nods forward, jolting his head to right to avoid looking at him any further. He still didn't like him for some reason. "Yeah, I could use a break from this all too... To the Hospit-", Isha was cut off by the Tenkage. he was instructed to finish the paper work first, implying that he could leave early. Isha took a long glance out towards the glass window. "Right...", he said, fixing his bar stool and placing himself on it. Now, the lone white haired doctor returned to his work, the now dim lit room held one light on. Its reveals the hard working man, filing the paper work.
