The Land of Rivers Country Club

In the Land of Rivers resides a little known place that is known for its fishing.  An old country club resides there, that sees its fair share of hustle and bustle, but once a month they are bombarded with amateur and professional fisherman alike.  The monthly fishing tournament brings in avid fisherman from across the world seeking a chance to hoist the trophy high, and claim the reward purse, along with their picture on the wall of heroes (Well, wall of people who win the tournament, but wall of heroes just sounds better.)

Icarus Ryoshi



The club is run by a man named Icarus Ryoshi.  He is a famed fisherman, catching the greatest and most legendary fish that the ninja world has to offer including the Hylian Loach of legend.  In his younger days he was a ninja, however as he grew older he started working towards his true passion of fishing.  He soon became well known, and self sufficient for his skills, until finally he was able to scrape together enough money to build the country club.  Once built, it became a sanctuary for businessman and political dignitaries alike.  Using this revenue, he started the fishing tournament, and seeks to bring the world together in one of the most relaxing (and fracking frustrating) pastimes around.

First Prize:  5k ryo and a mystery box (It could be anything, even another mystery box)

Second Prize:  2.5k ryo and a boat (You can register your own boat, and you get it for free. Guidelines will be provided at the conclusion of the event)

Third Prize:  1k ryo and a ticket for one free beer at the country club bar
