Just the beginning

"Yea I know I know.  That is priority one, but I am just not sure what we can do until we have the information from Kozai.  I just don't know.  I wish I would have asked him to spar, or had an opportunity to see a demonstration.  O well I guess.  I think the best thing we can do is stick to the strategy we know.  If you can distract and I can momentarily immobilize we need to finish the confrontation decisevly.  This is not going to be a fight were we hold back and see what happens."

Maku continued to dance and think.  He did his best thinking while dancing.  "I think our best bet is if I can use my Mind Razer genjutsu to provide ourselves with a momentary opening.  It would be our best bet at the end of the day.  I am relying on you the most.  Your brute strength needs to totally annihilate him in any moment of opportunity.  To get him there though......that will be the real question.  Did you have any meetings with him that I don't know about?  Learn anything?"  He asked.  he had never had any one on one meetings, so it was difficult for him to make any judgements.

"I just had a glimpse at his more caring side when the Raikage Misaka came into my care and I brought her into the village. He showed care that i've never seen from him before. Other than that no, all of our meetings you have been there for. So i'm just as blind as you are. I hope my fists are enough for this fight, just the energy he puts off from his body seems to prove otherwise, but I guess we won't know untill we try."

Youka propped himself up from his seat and stared at nothing in particular because he was blind. He wanted to throw something at Maku, but he was actually asking very good questions and providing great feedback. Maybe he worked better while dancing.

15/30 recovery

Maku was now doing a hybrid of the macarina solo, mixed with a move that the uneducated observer of dance would call a seizure.  "Could we exploit this softness.  Doubtful if it was to one person.  To replicate the feelings we would need her in the actual dangerous situation, anything less a trained shinobi like himself would see through.  I doubt he would be blinded with rage, while instead be more focused because of it."  Maku continued to dance, as it gave him poise and focus on the situation at hand.

"No, I think our best bet is a head on collision.  no real tricks, but instead use our own skills to the ebst of our abilities and pray for success.  In the end, that is our best option.  A man such as he will expect tricks, and hope to end any confrontation quickly with his raw power, we should see that used agaisnt him.  Meet his power head on, if we break through we can claim victory, and if we can't we never deserved to live in the first place."  Maku continued.  Truly he had never felt this way, the vibrations in his body seemed to connect a wire that had forever been loose, slowing him to think seriously and with strategy.  

Sitting down cause after he dances he has to stop, Maku immediately posed another question.  "What do you think is the best desert?  I think banana splits are."

"By our best bet, you mean the one that is over a 15 percent success rate right? I just feel like we are going to be pushing against a brick wall, The whole time we've been around this man, there hasn't been once where he has let his guard down to where we could see what he is thinking, he always has his eyes watching and his aura is suffocating to say the least."

Youka could hear Maku finally stopping his movements, it was about time the fool stopped dancing. After Maku had stopped his brain apparently stopped as well and his next question was on food and favorite deserts. It made Youka make a face of utter confusion.

"You know what they say about brick walls though.  Bricks are hard and stuff."  Maku nodded at his own wit.  Mmm Youka was being such a Debbie downer.  Letting things like, mortal demise, and eternal torture get his spirit down.  "Anyway seriously though what else can we do but go at it.  Is there anything else you know that would be helpful cause I don't.  He has always kept his guard up, and yea he has a lot of power.  We can come against it though, the two of use together can do it."  Maku said with total confidence.  He believed in his heart they had a chance at anything in this world, even if it sounded sappy.

Maku was rolling in the chair again.  His eye was starting to feel better, hopefully it would be healthy soon.  It was boring.  It was probably around 5am at this point, and he was still awake.  He felt himself starting to nod off.  Perhaps he should find that radio again....

Youka was honestly more than likely just tired and needing rest, too much had been said and it was all waying heavily on his mind. He would have to rest and sort all of this out in due process, it would allow him to categorize it all from most important to least. He wished he had Maku's ability to be so nonchalant about things, however his own methods and the demon in his head wouldn't allow such things to come to pass.

"I think for right now, we should just focus on recovering and resting. Anymore talk will be wasted on tired brains and we won't be able to explore it to its full potential. Tomorrow..well later on today we will take care of Kozai, and send him on his way to Taki, I assume we will be going as well."

19/30 recovery

"I suppose.  I am sure we are expected as well, though I don't know why.  I seriously doubt anything incredible will be announced.  These political situations strike me as so dull lately.  More than likely just a chance for the villages to meet one another and gain some sense if com patriotism."  Maku said as his head lay flat on the desk.  What if he just closed his eyes for a moment.

"Honestly I wouldn't mind taking a skip around the boarders before we go.  Nothing I've heard makes things seem urgent or going to happen right away, so I say we take out time going, and if we get distracted so be it" he said with his head still firmly on the desk.  "How much longer, I'd like to sleep sometime today, and I don't mean in 12hrs when it's night time.......again."

"Well it will be a very interesting even I think, Echo has a way of making even the boring somehow extraordinary. More than likely it will just be something about merging his villages I think in all honesty."

Youka rubbed the top of his head ruffling his hair slightly before letting out a large yawn. He was getting too tired to even think properly.

"Well whatever you would like to do, we will have to make it a part of what we are doing now I think. Everything must be connected or at least to some degree now. Oh we will be here for sometime my friend, get ready to fall asleep twelve hours later."

21/30 recovery

Maku gently lifted and dropped his head on the desk.  All the whimsy was leaving his body.  It was tired, bored, and overall just starting to get sick of this lab.  There wasn't a lot he could do about it though when it came right down to it.  Youka was right, after this it'd probably be time to see Kozai and begin that process.  Ugh, what a pain Maku thought.  It was all going to pay off In the end however.  At least he hoped so.

Flipping the radio stations he began trying to find something to keep him awake.  However he was mostly unsuccessful and apperantly the ninja wireless broadcast info system was coming up as blank of interesting things just like he was.  "Well yea you have a point.  We will do what we have to.  Might as well escort Kozai to taki, make sure he is delivered safe, I wouldn't want any harm to come to him by accident."  Maku said.

Hearing Maku's head hit the table Youka could tell he was getting tired beyond compare. It was the same way with Youka, sleep was coming and it was coming fast, however he still couldn't fall yet. He would have to wait till this was over in order for them to both get thirty minutes of sleep.

"Nah, I was thinking we would just let him run free you know."
