Fen Sees(P,Kozai)

The day seemed warm in Kumo, which was unusual for such a mountainous region with such a high altitude. Being wrong about his prediction that the weather here would be wintery did not make Kozai upset in the slightest. Rather, he took it in stride with the fact that he was now in a new village, with many new people to meet. Hidden in cloud, huh... how fascinating, he had little doubt that this place would be either be full of poorly trained scum, or have a reasonable number of highly trained ninja.
He honed his chakra senses, hoping to seek out an interesting but small chakra signature. He wanted to get a sense of Kumo's base ninja, not their rising jonin and such.
As it so happened, he found one closeby. He rushed over the rooftops, and landed behind the boy with an audible "thump". As his feet hit the grass, he would pretend to accidentally flare his chakra, bringing it up to his level when he had first become a chunin (around 40). 
"Why hello there. Would I be right in assuming that you are a ninja of this village? I have a great curiosity as to your way of life in this enormous village."

Fen would hear the thump over his head, and he would still be looking up at the sky, he would listen and hear the words of the man who spoke to him, Fen would nod softly to answer the question, mean while he would speak aswell "Yes I am a Kumo nin, and my way of life is diffrent from the rest, as I am diffrent from the rest" Fen would push himself up off the ground, and would stand up slowly, pulling out a kunai, he would begin to start to push chakra into the blade, hopeing to get some sort of response from it, as he awaited the mans retort to what he said, his concentration would focus on his normal chakra pool and pull it from its spot and slowly push it through his hands, and then from his hands into the kunai, as he was using both hands to hold the kunai, the kunai would slowly begin to glow with a slight blue color

Hm... the boy's motions seemed different.... more concentrated. Was this merely part of a unique discipline, or something else as well? Regardless, if what the boy said was true, then he had found something valuable indeed: the point of deviance among a karge population. According to existing theories thus far, this meant that the boy in front of him (though facing away from Kozai still) was either destined to evolve shinobi, or die a horrible death full of disadvantages. At this stage, Kozaihad no way of telling which would happen, but he felt a great interest, nevertheless.
"Different, you say." Kozai would begin, his tone polite yet curious. "How so? I assume that its not just mere voices in your head, as most everyone has thise these days."

Fen stopped his concentrating for a moment and he spun his head around, his dull eyes would look towards where the voice was comming from, but not right at the man, he smirked softly and spoke with a quite voice "You mean You cant tell?" Fen turned his head back around to face front, and began to once again draw chakra to his blade, making it glow a slight blue color once more and then he would finally spoke the answer in case the man had not figured it out yet "I am blind sir" i could guess this was a man he talked to because of the deepness in his voice, did not have the right feminine qualities most girls had

Kozai chuckled as the boy turned toward him. Even before the boy spoke,Kozai knew that he was blind, just by looking at his eyes. Hm... it seemed that the ocular nerves had been damaged... nothing that wasnt easily fused with a little aplication of chakra and skill. Kozai pulled up the right sleeve of his lab coat. 
"Well then, boy, if that's really all, then I'm sure I can restore your sight. That is, if you're willing to pay me. Money or information, I dont mind either. By the way, my name is Kozai, and I am a medical ninja of the hidden rock. Who might you be...?" Kozai would wait eagerly for the boy's answer.

Fen would drop the kunai as he heard the mans words, he would spin around and look in his general direction, a look of seriousness on his face as he spoke to the man "You are serious?, Your not playing with me? You can do that?" Fen would reach for his money, and find it gone, and his head would drop, seems his ryo had been missing for sometime, he never noticed till now, how foolish of him, this would not have happened if he could see, he would whisper to the man " I have no money, seems I lost it somehow, is there any other way I could get you to help me to see, I have never known the sight of anything, I have been this way for as long as i could remember, please have mercy on me and help me", Fen looked in the direction of the man still, his eyes began to water as hope was seemingly slipping from his fingers of seeing things he never saw before

Kozai's chuckle rose into a chortling laugh. No money... well, as Kozai was, he had no need for money, save for research funding, and that could come easily from his own pocket. It really didn't take much to fund his lab, as empty as it currently was. No truly expensive machines to upkeep, not a single employee to pay. Probably the highest cost so far was acquiring the materials needed to synthesize The Seed. Nevertheless, he wouldn't keep this poor child waiting much longer, he too, had something that needed finishing. 
"Oh, don't worry about money, then, just show me what separates you as a ninja from everyone else in such a large area." As he said this, he would place his palm on the boy's forehead. "Before I begin, may I ask... how were you blinded? That is of some importance to the operation."

Fen Would shrug and say to the man "I do not know, I have been Blind ever since I could remember sir, I have no idea whats wrong that would have made me like this" Fen would then look down, little to his knowledge, was that when he was a baby, a bijuu had been sealed in him, and the final flash of the bijuu before it was fully sealed is what blinded him, cause a babies eyes were new and had not developed fully, the sudden bright close up flash of light had caused damage to the eyes.

Fen had though of his darkness release, but he did not know how to show off elements, then it hit him, the technique he was using a moment ago, Fen would pull a new kunai out of his pocket, and hold it in both hands, he would pull at his yin and yang chakra, and mixing them togther with a litte more yin then yang, the darkness element getting created,then he would pull the element to his hands, and then out his hands and into the kunai, it would begin to glow a black color with a dark purple glow around the black color, Fen would continue to look forward and spoke to the man once more" this is My creation, the Darkness release, will this work for you as payment?" fen would await the mans answer once more

Hmm, so blind from birth, huh? Well, that wasn't a problem for Kozai, he thought, as he channeled his chakra through the boy's head, reattaching and healing his damaged ocular nerves. Hmm... it seems that it wasn't too much damage. 
He knitted the nerves together, hoping for the best. This was a new jutsu to him, the mystical palm, as well as a new concept. Healing itself was something he had rarely done before, unless it was to heal himself.
"Indeed... that will work perfectly. Darkness release; how ironic that just now you are beginning to see light. How do you make this new element?" Now, the process would be complete and the boy would be able to see. However, Kozai would also place a mark seal, which would fade from view after a few seconds. He wanted to meet the boy again....
